Comfortable and attractive - I am very pleased with these shoes. The arch support is excellent and the overall fit is very good. I had worried, based on other reviews, that they might be too narrow for me, but that has not been the case. They really were comfortable right out of the box and I have worn them nearly every day since they arrived. I have done a great deal of walking in them in hot, humid weather and have been very happy. I usually wear a size 9 and found the 40 to be a good fit. I will probably buy another color next summer. As always, Zappos service was amazing.

The best - This shoe is by far the most comfortable shoe I've had in years. It is also the most comfortable sandal which is usually difficult to wear because of the straps. I have purchased two more pair of the Naot shoes because I'm in love and can walk anywhere anytime!

Great Fit And Even Greater Service! I have had one of my most rewarding shoe buying experiences with Zappos.com. I have small feet a size 5 or 5 1/2. Most of the time locally, I can't even find a size 5, so what a treat to find so many in one place. Zappos has over the top customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be ordering from them when I need another pair of shoes. I ordered a size 36 and they fit like a size five. Perfectly!

Best sandal ever! Excellent choice for my bad feet (plantar fasciitis, neuroma, small bunion, burning soles). Out-of-the-box comfort, excellent arch, doesn't cut across bunion area, no rubbing anywhere. Good looking, too.

Good looking and comfortable. I have had a pair of these sandals for several years. This summer I decided to look on them and see if a name was still on them. Sure enough Naot was faintly visible. Then I searched for a shoe company through a charity organization that gives a percentage of their sales to our church, schools, etc. Sure enough, Zappos was on the list. I will always look for your name when I want to buy new shoes. Thanks!

I am thoroughly enjoying my new Naot shoes. They are extremely comfortable, great for walking and not bad looking.

I own 5 pairs - This is the only shoe I've ever had that I could take new out of the box, put on, and wear all day. I even have them in gold. My feet are narrow, but these fit perfect.

Attractive, comfortable sandal - This is a great little sandal that can be dressed up or down and is very comfortable.

Comfortable and cute - The Kayla is a comfort sandal and does look like one. The red patent is attractive... and your feet will be very happy! I am new to wearing comfort shoes, having realized that if I want to wear heels and not-sensible shoes some of the time, I have to baby my feet the rest of the time. The Kayla sandal fits in quite well with the rest of my (mostly) non-comfort shoe wardrobe. If you are a half size, round up - I wear an 8 1/2 and bought a 9 (sized 40) which is just right.

I love these sandals. As comfortable as Birks, but dressier and easier to walk in thanks to the backstrap. I found that the size 39 was too narrow for my foot, although the length was close to ok. A size 40 worked better for me. I am usually a 39, although I do sometimes wear 40s.

Nice looking, comfy! I ordered these in cherry patent leather. The patent leather feels a little stiffer than the other leather options (which are much softer against the skin). But this does look better and you get used to it soon. The sandals are very comfortable - I have low arches, and the arch support is pretty good. Could have been slightly wider for Medium width, but it still fits well. However, if I was at the borderline of Medium and Wide, I probably would go with Wide.

Great Walking Sandals - I love this shoe as it is the perfect walking sandal. The footbed is perfect for me. The arch support and toe indentation is perfect for my foot. I also love the suede footbed as it absorbs perspiration and keeps my foot feeling fresh. The velcro strap makes this shoe ideal for walking. The styling is more traditional and not high style, but it does not looks out of date and feels so good. I purchased my first pair of Naots in Israel over 16 years ago and loved them, but they have been hard to find in the states. I recently found Naots and the Kayla style at a comfort walking shoe store, but they did not have my size and they did not have the great color selection that Zappos does. I purchased the black, copper, and cherry red patent. A big thanks to Zappos for having the best selection of sizes, styles, and fabulous color selections of my two favorite walking shoes, Naots and Keens. Zappos makes shoe shopping so easy and so much fun!!!

Naot 'Kayla' For me, this shoe is the ultimate sandal -- timeless style and perfect comfort. Altogether I have 10 pair (can't resist their range of colors). But my experience was slightly contrary to your advice about size -- although as you say the fit definitely runs small, because it's an open shoe I was better off with my usual size than 1 full size larger.

Comfort vs. style - It is a great, comfortable, black sandal. I can wear it everyday and not end with sore feet. It supports my arch a and the velcro closure on the strap allows for perfect fit... However, it has no real "snap", it isn't "sexy", and it turns no heads, and doesn't attract ompliments. It works beautifully but isn't much fun.

Very light and comfortable - looks most stylish in patent leather.

Naot Wearer - I have had many, many pairs of Naot shoes, so knew exactly what I was ordering. They are the only shoes I can wear that are comfortable, but this particular style stretches out after lots of wearing, so aren't snug as when new and therefore not as comfortable.

This brand of shoe fits my foot nicely, and can be ordered via the web because the sizing is so consistent. Indeed, when the sizing DOES vary (i.e., when a model runs large or small), Zappos tells you so. This sandal is somewhat less stylish than some, but has good support. It is hard to find a white sandal like this one that has good support.

Naot Kayla - Comfortable. Go with pants, capris, dresses, skirts, shorts; well made with quality leather. Will buy more.

Perfect sandal - These are the most comfortable sandals from the start. I ordered the size 35, and they fit like a glove! The chart says 36 is a 5 but that is a size 6. I like the footbed that has enough support. I also like the velcro strap, that allows easy access into the shoe, and adjustment if necessary. I would say true to size as I know my foot to be. Not the conversion chart. This is true for other name shoes as well.

Naot Sandals--Total Comfort - I have three pair of these shoes--black patent, beige nubuck, and bronze. I have rarely felt as comfortable as I do in these sandals. They have great support and you feel like you're floating. I met someone recently who said she wore them constantly for 3 weeks in Italy.

Kayla - This is a very comfortable summer walking sandal, but slightly too wide for my AA feet. I had to have velcro extended on the ankle straps on my last pair as the leather stretched and the footbed compressed to mold to my feet. If Naot could be talked into making a narrow width version of Kayla, it would be perfect and I'd be a customer for life.

Good looks, good comfort - This is my first pair of Naots and it won't be my last. This is a nice little sandal that looks good with just about anything. I love the embossed leather. They are very comfortable. I wear a medium width, but my foot is rather narrow -- the footbed on these is narrow too, so I wouldn't recommend them for people who have a wider foot but I do recommend them. Of course, Zappos is always 5 stars and I honestly don't know what I would do without them. I have a very limited selection of shoes in the area I live in without driving 60 miles to the nearest major city. With Zappos any shoe I want is just a click and a day away. Thank you, Zappos!

Comfort & Style - The Naot Kaylas are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. I can walk miles in them; they are stylish, esp. the cherry patent leather ones. Great shoe!

Naots are terrific. Very well made. I walked through Europe in them last summer. They survived heat and rain. Excellent arch support.

Very very comfortable great for plantar fasciitis - Very comfortable but ran very small luckily I had read reviews and knew this so I ordered a 44...I wear a size 11 1/2 -12 depending on the shoe. This 44 barely fits but is nice and comfy.
