Superior Sandal - This is probably the best sandal I have ever worn. I have pancake feet-flat, low volume, collapsed arches, narrow. Naot states that this shoe is for narrow to medium feet. This shoe gives good support and makes my feet feel secure. I bought black embossed and then after wearing them I ordered the buffalo embossed. The black fits slightly better as the front straps are tighter on those. I may have to add some moleskin underneath to take up the slack on the brown pair, as they are not adjustable, and, as I said before, my feet are very flat. These shoes are cute on and great for narrowish feet. I am thinking of ordering the copper color, too. Buy these if you have narrow feet and need good arch support, you won't be sorry!

A great shoe for walking - Walked all over Venice in my previous pair of Kayla's. I've been waiting to find them in another color in my size, which I just did! They run narrow, which is great for me because I have narrow feet.

Skinny, flat feet LOVE these shoes! I usually wear a 41 & probably could wear a 42 in these but because my feet are so flat & I don't have much of an instep--the 41s work. My toes are right at the end but it seems ok---I love these 41s & would love them in every color. The low heel also helps my feet not slide forward as well as the adjustable (velcro) ankle strap. I find I want to wear them every day---even more comfortable than (flip flops!).

Naot kayla - They are light weight and extremely durable...I have had many pairs but couldn't find black leather so bought black patent. I love them. I wear them in Europe where I walk and walk.

Zurich in Naot Kaylas - These sandals were purchased especially for a summer trip to Zurich. There was no break-in time required and they were very comfortable for all day city walking on the cobbles and streets. The only drawback has been that the very front strap has stretched giving the front of the shoe more "play" than I would like. I have already purchased a second pair, however, for this summer!

Comfortable and casual - I purchased this sandal in gold. It's casual and extremely comfortable. The gold color compliments whatever you're wearing, whether it's shorts, a skirt, or jeans.

Great shoes and Great Comfort - My sports therapist recommended these shoes for some pain issues I was having. They are surprisingly fashionable given the amount of support they give your feet. This is really a great shoe.

Great Shoe - This shoe is super comfortable. I ordered the brown and the black. The brown fit great, the ankle/heel strap was really loose on the black pair and I had to return them. It is so nice that they carry shoes in a size 4.

Just right! I was searching for black sandals and wasn't successful. I had this style in other colors and decided to try Zappos to make the purchase. The package arrived earlier than expected, the shoes fit fine, and I am enjoying wearing them.

First of all, I love Zappos! Now, about the shoe I bought, it is the most comfortable sandal ever. No break in time, just pure comfort. Get some, you know you want to! I buy a 36 in a regular shoe from Naot, but bought a 37 in the sandal and it's perfect.

My favorite - This is a stylish sandal that can be worn with skirts or pants and I couldn't ask for more comfort. No break in period was needed. I can wear them all day and not want to kick them off when I get home. The footbed and straps are just right for my medium foot and don't squeeze my toes together, which would cause pain from my Neuroma.

My favorite shoe - I have really bad feet and should wear orthotics all the time, but don't want to wear closed shoes or athletic shoes all the time. These support my feet and are very comfortable. I can be on my feet all day and my back and feet don't hurt at the end of the day. This is my second pair.

Like walking on a cloud - This stylish sandal is so comfortable due to the great arch support/footbed. I highly recommend the Kayla. Grab a pair in every color, you won't be sorry.

Great shoe, sizes seem to run small - I love this shoe, the comfort can't be beat, but the size does seem to run a half size small.

Wearing this sandal is heaven. It's the most comfortable sandal imaginable. I love the look of the nubuck - very classic.

I love these shoes. I go through life always searching for the perfect shoe. These are comfortable, stylish, and look great on my feet. They can be worn all day and all night.

Naot Kayla - I love this shoe! I own four pair of this style and it is one of the most comfortable. I have a bone spur on the side of my foot and find this style to be helpful. I think it has excellent arch support (as all Naot's do) and can be worn from the first day without any break in time. If you have a wide foot this may not be the shoe for you - it works fine for a narrow to medium width foot.

Love these shoes - I bought a pair of these Naot sandals before heading out to three consecutive trade shows for my business. I knew I needed comfort, support, a good fit and attractiveness in the shoe I'd be buying. These shoes were perfection. I walked an average of 5-10 miles per day in these sandals, and wore them in 10-hour stretches of time. Never did my feet bother me. This was a first. I highly recommend them.

Super Comfortable - Great sandals. I have 2 colors. Recently got the gold one and this one works great for more dressy outfits. Even looks good with the skirts. The arch support is just right for my feet. Highly recommend it.

A terrific sandal! I love these shoes! They are incredibly comfortable and really cute. I've walked all over in them with nary a problem. The footbed is a dream and the straps are soft and comfortable. I highly recommend them.

If you need arch support, you GOTTA get these sandals!! I agree with the other posters who described these sandals as out-of-the-box comfortable! They are also cuter and more feminine-looking than the picture makes them seem. They are 99.9% as comfortable as my Birkenstocks, but a lot more stylish. I have never worn this brand before, but these sandals won't be my last pair. Thank you, Zappos, for the fast shipment which got the sandals to me in time for vacation.

Naot sandals - I truly love these shoes! I have two pairs that I wear almost daily! I tell everyone that will listen these are the sandals for walking and still look fashionable.

Kayla is comfortable - Have found this shoe comfortable, attractive, and true to size. Bought one in patent leather and two days later bought another in copper leather. Three weeks later, still very satisfied.
