Just received my second pair of these awesome boots. Don't know which I like better the olive or the brown. These are quality made with gorgeous soft leather and there is no break-in period at all. The inside ankle zippers make them easy on and off and I get tons of compliments every time I wear them. Thanks Zappos for your excellent service as always too!

I wore these boots everyday in Europe from December 14 - January 1st. I walked in them all day for at least five hours (probably more) each day. They are super comfortable. I did add a gel cushion to the sole and also found that if I wore two pair of socks, the boots were more comfortable. My feet hurt walking around with just one pair, but maybe I was still breaking them in. The leather was super tight around my calves when I first got them, but they have a stretched quite a bit now. The leather is very soft. I wish they hadn't stretched so much, but they are great shoes and I totally feel like mine are worn in now. I wear a size 10 and I think these are true to size. I also thought the calf circumference was actually a half size larger than what Zappos lists in the description. I didn't find them too narrow in the toes either.

These are beautiful boots. I like that the snaps up the side are functional. It is a really nice detail. I ordered the black, and I am pleased with the leather finish. There is just the right amount of shine- not too glossy, and not too matte. I am 5'10" and I have kind of long legs, and these hit the top of my kneecap. I have been looking for some over the knee style boots that I could actually wear, and I am so excited to have found some! These are definitely narrow.

Fast delivery! Seems that the moment I even thought about these boots, they were already on my doorstep. How does Zappos do it? Love these boots. I bought the brown. I am almost 5'9", with a 33" inseam, and the top of the boots cover my kneecaps--perfect. The leather is very soft, with a lovely sheen and a nicely (new) worn look. Not many boots can carry off a zipper, two buckles, and a long row of snaps (that's a lot of adornment!), but it totally works on these. I'll be able to tuck in skinny jeans easily, but likely bulky corduroys or wider leg jeans would not fit as neatly or comfortably. I have a fairly slim calf, and the width of these boots is just right for me and my wardrobe. Because I have a history of plantar fascia (now healed), I will likely slip a small arch support inside, but they are already pretty comfy without. love the wooden stacked heel, a nice look that I appreciate much more than a plain, plastic heel. If you are hesitating, I d say hit "add to cart"!

It's gorgeous, chic and very comfortable and love the overall look. I plan to buy in another color. The picture cannot justify how beautiful this boot is. I got it in olive-gray color. I am 5'1" with petite body frame and it's just perfect. It hits 3.5" over my knee and that's what I wanted.

I got these lovely boots in Olive, and now I want the Whiskey Brown! They are very versatile, stylish, and pretty comfortable! However, unlike most of the other reviewers I didn't get my pair until a week passed. Still very happy with Zappos and the quality of these SE Pierce Boots!

Beautiful boot! Great quality and the olive color is unusual but goes with everything. I've worn these with skirts, jeans and shorts with tights and without fail, I receive at least one compliment with every wear. I ordered my true size and they fit perfectly. The width is a bit wide for me, but they are stiff enough that they don't slouch. A little hard after hours of wearing, but a small price to pay for such a great purchase.

First of all, I ordered these at 8:30pm in the evening and they arrived by 11:30 the next morning. Zappos, you amaze me. Second of all, these boots are fantastic. The quality is great. They are comfortable. They stay up. They aren't too tight, but with the adjustable belts around the back, you can make them work for you. They definitely run a little large. I am usually a 7 and took a risk by ordering the 6.5 but they fit wonderfully. I ordered the olive gray color and they look great with skinny jeans, black leggings, brown tights, you name it. A very versatile color. I am so pleased with these boots, and with their sale price, I'm contemplating buying the brown as well!

I absolutely love these boots! I bought the olive color, and not only are they fabulous looking, they are also fabulous feeling on your feet! I have really high arches and these provide the best arch support of any flat shoes that I have had. I am thrilled with this purchase and I will definitely buy Sam Edelman again.

These boots are utterly stunning! I'd give them ten stars if I could. Besides being lusciously soft they are gorgeous, and comfortable. Fabulous footwear. Yippeee!

Gorgeous, tall boots. I’m 6' and they reach just the top of my knee cap. Very comfortable, true to size with socks on. Size 10. The olive is a nice complement to a blue or black jean/legging.

Wore these to work two days in a row the day after I received them. Soft leather shaft but not flimsy in the least. I teach -- I stand/walk all day on a floor. Very comfy boots even till the end of my day. I have difficulty finding comfy shoes because I've had bunion surgery on each foot, and I find my feet have a low tolerance for shoes that are not well-made. The boots run approximately a half-size too big, so my heels slip a bit but not enough to cause blisters or bother me. The toe box seems a bit narrow to be labeled "medium width"; would've liked a bit more width. Expecting the leather to stretch over time. Love the style. A great investment.

These boots are really sharp and sassy! They would have comfortable except for a size 5 ran more like a size 6. With thick socks and foot pads my foot was still slipping. The leather is awesome, color is definitely much nicer in person. It has a unique style this boot. One of kind made to order just for you. I wished they would have fit, but I do not think they carry a size 4 1/2 boot size for women. I wish they did. Go at least a half size down from your normal boot size. If you are not wearing socks with them, then I say get a whole size larger. Must have boot, beautiful in person.

These have to be my favorite boots. Classy, stylish and comfortable, what more can you ask for! I'm normally a 7.5 / 8 and I ordered these in 7.5 and they're perfect! I'm 5'7, 130lb, the boots come just above my knee. Surprisingly easy to get on/off. Love them!

This is my first pair of over the knee boots. I am in love with these boots. They fit me perfectly. I have a deep arch so I added in my own arch support. I plan on ordering another pair once they become available in my size.

Love the boot. They run half size big. I'm a size 8.5, but a size 8 fits fine. It does run a little narrow on pinky, but I believe it will stretch with wear. I'm totally satisfied with the purchase. I ordered the olive color, and the leather is good quality. The shaft fits nicely around my big calves. Love the buckled design and the buttons that run along the sides. Innovative! Buy it and you won't regret it.

I wear a size 9 in most shoes and I bought a size 9 in these. They fit perfectly. The leather is very nice, soft and pliable. I bought olive and the picture on Zappos is true to color.

Love these boots! They are so cool looking and have gotten so many compliments! I was a little apprehensive about the length since there were a lot of reviews from people taller people than I but I am 5'4 and they come over my knee, but look really stylish. The Whiskey color is beautiful...wish I could have the olive too! Zappos is awesome! I love ordering and having shoes arrive on my doorstep by the next day.

I've been searching high and low for the right pair of casual boots and I think I've found them. I love the look of them and so far they are very comfortable. Mine required a lot of breaking in, especially the right boots which felt much tighter around my calf than the other leg. They are very snug and tough to fit over think jeans, but I think once they stretch out a bit they'll be fine. These are good quality boots and are worth the money in my opinion.

Love these boots! I bought both the black and whiskey. I'm 5'8 and love the height. They are quite comfortable and look great with jeans, jeggings, leggings, skirts and dresses! Really happy with my purchase! I usually wear a 7.5B and they fit perfectly! In most boots I have to purchase an 8, but not with these.

Love the boots and many compliments as I trekked through the airport in comfort. Leggings and 3 quarter length top has you looking fashion forward.

I received these boots as a Christmas present last year. I've worn them throughout the year in SF. They are my favorite shoes to walk in -- even more comfortable than running shoes or Converse sneakers! I got these in my usual 6.5. My foot is very wide at the front and narrow at the heel, but they fit perfectly! I also have extremely muscular legs (about 16.25" circumference). The boots were very difficult to squeeze into at first, but after wearing them for a while with only tights, they loosened up a bit. They are still a bit snug over jeans, but I'm impressed at how they have adjusted to my monster calves. I'm not a very stylish person, but these boots have made me feel much more fashion-forward and 'put-together.' They look just as good with jeans and a t-shirt as they do with a midi-length work-appropriate dress or a short skirt and brightly colored tights. The 'olive' colored leather is more of a light, smoky brown than an olive green, but it is a beautiful color. The buckles and snaps add visual interest without looking to punk-y or overwrought. My favorite shoes ever!

These boots are beautiful! A little tight in the calf but I have big legs and was able to get them on with straight leg jeans. The leather is very nice and will stretch a little with time. They are worth every penny I spent on them and have no regrets with this purchase.
