Awesome! These shoes are snazzy & they're comfortable. They are a little more presentable than sneakers. They're coming to Italy with me next month.

The shoes are nice looking, plenty wide and comfortable. I ordered a 1/2 size up and the fit was perfect. I would recommend the shoe and Zappos.

Absolutely the most instantly comfortable shoes I've ever had. I have oddly long feet with a long arch, and it usually takes forever to get used to shoes. I bought them for the gym and walking, but wear them much more often because the black ones have a nice minimal style. I'm buying an extra pair.

Very comfortable shoes, but the color "ICE" is not white! It is a medium gray and I am very disappointed. They will be going back since I really want a white sneaker.

Love these shoes. I have a very hard time with shoes due to a foot surgery. Merrell's are pretty much all I wear but even some Merrell's don't wear well. The are wonderful. I'm back for another color. Oh, the zipper sticks a little on one shoe. No biggie.

I love these shoes! They do run a bit large, so if you're planning on wearing them without socks I recommend ordering a half size smaller.

I love these shoes. They are totally comfortable, feel good on (not tight anywhere, not too loose, roomy toe box), are subtle enough that I would wear them to work, have a little bit of arch support although not as much as some might like. But even though no one else commented about it, I could hardly get the zippers to move. My husband finally got them down far enough to get the shoes on my feet (and I did not want to take them off), but no matter how hard I tried or which way I moved the zipper, it just was not going to easily move. I suppose there is an easy fix (wax or oil or something) but I do not know what to use and do not have time to figure it out. And I sure did not want to go ahead and wear them and have the zippers break in a week. So, sadly, I sent them back.

Took the advice of others and ordered 1/2 smaller than normal. Bad choice for me. I am ordering in my regular size. Love the shoe style and color will be great for traveling and all those security checks.

These shoes fit very well and are very comfortable. I work at a school and am on my feet all day and found the support for my flat feet very adaquate.

I love these shoes. This is my second pair. They are unbelievably comfortable, very light on my feet, and they look great with slacks. (Also I wear them for biking.) After reading other reviews, I worried about the arch support, the fit, and so much more. But, for me, they're as great as my last pair, which I bought more than five years ago.

I bought these shoes for a safari in South Africa. They were fantastic. I wore them on the plane (for way too many hours) and me feet felt like I had nearly no shoes on at all. Yet they gave my feet good support. Wore them while doing a lot of walking around cities and they were comfortable at all times.

I'm about to order my fourth pair in this style -- every time I wear one pair out, I get a new one. The fit, comfort, and style are perfect for me.

Great for comfort and durability - a must when on a walking type vacation or when you are on your feet for a long time.

I was shopping locally but couldn't find what I wanted...something all black w/plenty of cushion and not too much like a tennie...the store had nothing I liked but I spoke to a lady who was wearing exactly what I wanted. She told me the brand and I went online to Zappos and I found the Merrell Lorelei Zip. Love them and bought another pair in tan color. Zappos always comes through!

Very comfortable walking shoe, I loved the first pair so much I purchased a second. My feet never get tired in these shoes, no matter how much walking I do. It isn't the prettiest shoe out there, but it's the most comfortable that I have found in a long time. It is a very lightweight shoe, thus the rubber front to protect the toes. Although it is a thin sole, it feels very supportive. The zip is a little harder to get off and on than a lace-up, but it does fit my foot perfectly. I wear these with a thin sock and the shoes breathe very well. I gave it a 4 star for style because it is sort of ugly, but the comfort can't be beat. There was no break-in period, the shoes felt comfortable the first time I wore them.

LOVE these shoes, very comfortable, lightweight and stylish. Plan to order more in other colors!

These shoes are awesome! Lightweight and comfortable. I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 typically, ordered these in the 7 1/2 and they fit other than being a little wide but still a great shoe.

I absolutely love these shoes. They are light-weight, fit well, and get many compliments. Available in many colors, and also a suede-ish material, I can enjoy them year round.

These are comfortable and supportive. I've had a few pairs, different colors and they do not disappoint. I have bunion on one foot and they are soft enough and give enough to accommodate it.

Surprisingly comfortable. I bought these to replace a similar pair that I had worn into the ground (so to speak.) Three different people have asked me about them. If this helps anyone, I usually wear 8 or 8 1/2. I bought an 8, my heels are narrow and I do not walk out of these.

Really have enjoyed these shoes. They did rub a little on the back of my heel for the first few days but a light pair of socks helped. I wore these for several days for a vacation in Disney. Lots of walking. My feet felt better after a day in these than in my regular Nike Lunarglides...which I really love as well. Really like that this shoe is lightweight, not bulky at all but feels great. Would buy these again.

Love Merrell's. They are great walking shoes and I wear them mostly on weekends when running errands. The only slight problem I am experiencing in a little rubbing on the back heel - nothing a little moleskin can't handle though. Great shoe!

I saw these on a woman in town and she told me what they were. Zappos had them and I did too in less than 24 hours after I placed the order.

These shoes are fabulous. I just ordered my second pair since I wore out the first pair. Perfect for everyday use, but also great for my stretch yoga class. I receive compliments on them often, and some have asked to try them on! You will not be disappointed with the comfort and style of these shoes.
