I ordered through Zappos because the shoe was out of stock at Merrells website. These were a replacement for my husband. The shoes fit perfectly, delivered quickly as promised and no shipping charges. Would order through Zappos again.

I bought these shoes for my husband but I tried it for me and loved how soft and comfortable they are, so I will buy a pair for me too.

This is only my second pair of Merrells but I was very confident that they would be as comfortable as the first; I wasn't disappointed! They fit well, slip right on and are very comfortable when I am standing for a while, which is a big point for me. I like the style of the Encore Bypass and I can dress it up or down. Since I purchased these, I have also bought a pair of Merrell mid-hikers, and while they need SOME breaking in I've already wore them on an extended trip to Boston. Merrells' are my new shoe brand!

Great shoes! My work makes me stand for long hours, these shoes are wonderful for work. I bought two additional pairs in different colors.

I have a cousin and uncle that have these, and both kept telling me how comfortable they were. I was hesitant, because my wide foot is hard to fit. Finally broke down and bought them. I am SUPER happy with these shoes! Hate to wear anything else! Wish I could wear them to work. Planning to buy the other colors and another pair of the Black. Awesome and comfortable!

Perfect fit! Highly satisfied. Most comfortable pair of shoes I've worn without custom orthotics. Wear these inside the house only, but will be ordering another pair for outside wear. Great value for the price.

These were purchased as house shoes because my husband has Plantar fasciitis and needed the constant arch support. They do have good Arch Support.

Great item and comfortable and suitable for all leisure activity. Runs (in my opinion) a bit on large side so order a little smaller than usual.

Great shoes! I wear them for work in a hospital where I'm on my feet all day. Nice support for flat feet and breathable for sweaty feet. Easy to clean. No slippage even though it's a clog. If it's cold out, I throw on some wool socks, no problem. Highly recommend!

I am a 67 year old diabetic and have difficulty finding comfortable shoes for my foot pain which is constant. I have 3 pairs of diabetic shoes and 3 pairs of Merrell shoes. I learned that Merrell shoes are almost as good as the diabetic shoes I have. They give me a choice of styles that is lacking in the diabetic shoes and would highly recommend them to anyone, both for their comfort and styling.

I bought these for my husband at Christmas. He bought one pair in another color at a local shoe store and has never quit wearing them since. I decided to get him a pair in black for Christmas and he is very happy! If he is happy, I'm happy!

I just received these shoes, glad I read the reviews, on me they run a half size large. I normally wear a 10 1/2, ordered these in a 10, perfect fit. after only an hour of wearing them, I'm satisfied with the quality fit, comfort and value

Merrell shoes are remarkably comfortable. Surprisingly, despite their design, they are excellent walking shoes.

Excellent shoe. Perfect for warmer climate (FL) and walking in homes where there are more stone floors than wood. When we resided up north, I lived in my Merrell mocs, now these are my go to shoes.
