My husband is a true 34 waist and these are VERY snug. Other than that, they are very nice shorts.

I ordered a size larger because of the other reviews and they were a perfect fit in the waist, but were much too large everywhere else. Wish these shorts came in shorter lengths, also. Very nice shorts, just too roomy for my husband's legs.

I wear a 40-44 depending on the pants. I get these in a 44 and couldn't even button them. I had to return them. Great product just like everything Colombia puts out just didn't fit.

I consistently wear a 40" short across multiple manufacturers, however, these are definitely undersized in the waist. Barely touching the button in trying them on and measured the waist at 38.75" Thankfully returns are quick and easy here and I'll try a larger waist to see if it's consistently off.

These look very nice, but unfortunately they don't fit around my waist. All my other pants are sized with 34" waist, but these are so small that I can't even fasten them.

I cannot truly review these as the pair I received are so small I can't even get them on. I normally wear a 36 to 38 waist. I ordered a 38 so as to be roomy and comfortable. The tag on the shorts say 38 but they are so small I cannot close them. I would put them at a 30 maybe 32 at best.
