This bag is Giant but that is exactly what I wanted flying overseas with my 17 in laptop, snacks for the kids, my purse and a few valuables all tucked away and the zipper closure kept everything from falling out while tucked away in the overhead bins and going through security. I see this as a good overnight bag when we aren't traveling. I wanted something that would hold a lot but still be a purse style for carrying.

I love this bag...exactly what I was looking for. Zipper top (very important), lots of room inside to pack things, plus the extra pockets around the inside are excellent for organizing your things along with the four outside pockets! I have used this as an overnight bag, a kid's bag (three kiddos extra pairs of clothes, snacks) for when we go places for the day. I am planning on ordering another for my mother and sister to match their go round totes.

I received my Get Carried Away Tote today! It is my first Vera Bradley bag and I absolutely love it! At first I thought it might be too big, but it is the perfect size. I bought it to use as my gym bag. It holds all of my toys and clothes for the gym including my racquets. There is still plenty of room for my cosmetics bag, jeans, boots, curling iron, and more! I have the boysenberry pattern and it is beautiful. The best part is that Zappos got it to me in less than three days! I ordered it over the weekend and it was on my doorstep early 2½ days later and in time for my spin and yoga classes!

I did not expect such a large bag, but I absolutely love it! Great for beach or school!

Very large - more than I hoped for. Beautiful color and lots of space. This bag will get lots of use. If you are a person that must travel and need to have everything close and organized, try this VB Get Carried Away Tote. This bag is able to hold a week's worth of clothing and all that goes with it.

This is a beautiful bag, and is very large! I ordered as a gift to use a "diaper bag" for a baby shower, and although it's got tons of pockets (some are even lined with plastic) it's too large to use in that capacity. It's a great overnight bag, actually a long weekend bag, it's that big!! Love the zippered top, love Vera Bradley, love Zappos! Highly recommend this bag if you are looking for more of weekend away bag.

If you can't make a decision between the duffel and this tote, definitely go with the tote...it holds more. It's made of thick quality quilted material that can be washed in the machine (once you remove the bottom). It also has a zip top, which most totes don't have now-a-days, and several various sized pockets along the inside of the bag. I absolutely love it! Hopefully you will too!

I really like this tote. I purchased it in Rhythm and Blues and the colors pop so much more in person. There is so much room, so many pockets, and the straps are so comfortable on my shoulder even when it is filled with all of my junk. I did not know this but there are also two inside pockets (one on each end) that are lined with plastic to help with leaking items (or condensation). I am using this for my cruises and I know I will not have a hard time organizing all of my travel items!

Oh my heavens! I am in love! I just got this tote in the mail. I love the bigness (is that a word) of it. My 1 year old daughter and I will be traveling to Houston in 1 week and I bought this tote to fly with! So many wonderful pockets to keep everything organized and such a beautiful pattern too! Have I mentioned I adore Zappos.com! Seriously, I love it!

Just a few days left until Christmas and I was frantically searching for a Vera Bradley tote for my grand-daughter when I decided to look at Zappos. They not only had the bag but they shipped it overnight. I will definitely order from Zappos. I told people at work how nice the young man was that took my order. Love this bag! Lots of pockets and very sturdy. I used the bag as a carry on for a plane and found it was a little bit bigger than I really needed but it was nice to have to bring all my new souvenirs home!

I bought this bag (in the black and white pattern) as a book bag for my daughter who is taking county college classes. She loves it! She was concerned with the large size of it but it's perfect to carry your books, laptop, water bottle, lunch, sunglasses, wallet, etc. because it has a lot of pockets to keep things separate. We definitely recommend this for a school bag.

Very well constructed and cute! Lots of pouches for all things you'd like to have access to while traveling and fits under the airplane seat very nicely.

I love this bag! I am a teacher, so I have lots of work to carry around. It has nice pockets inside too which help organize. There straps have adjustable extra cushioning as well.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend who is an artist and jewelry maker. We could both see it was beautiful, but when she opened it she was delighted with the amount of storage and the variety of compartments inside. Would recommend this to anyone would like to look fashionable while toting their "stuff".

This bag is great if you want something this big. I like that it has a zip top for security, and all of the pockets inside and out.

Pure function and fun fashion! Went to Costa Rica with an 8 and 9 year old. Many chargers to coordinate -- had all of the pockets needed! We had Nintendos, iTouchs, my computer, iPod. All were easily accessible and the bag is so light!

Bought this for my girlfriend after she was looking everywhere for a tote bag. First thing, this bag is pretty enormous. If one was to fill this to capacity, they probably wouldn't be able to carry it. The pockets inside and outside are great, as you can't go wrong with too many pockets.

Very large bag, too large to carry to work each day, but a great for a weekend trip! Like this pattern but don't see it carried as much as the others.
