Exactly what I was looking for in a tap shoe for my 4 year old just starting tap class. They are comfy, cushy on the sole and the snap closure is perfect. They might run a bit small, or my daughter's feet grew.

Ordering from Zappos is everything that's right with online shopping. Huge selection, in-stock items, and fast service. My order was shipped the day I placed it, and my daughter had her new tap shoes by Friday for dance class, even though I didn't order them until Wednesday. Oh, and I chose ground shipping. No shipping upgrades, and they still arrived like I had paid for 2nd day. I absolutely will continue to shop at Zappos!

My 5 year old wears these for her tap class. They work perfectly for her and she loves the laces.

My daughter normally wears a size 12.5m street shoe so I ordered a size bigger 13.5. Its a little bigger than what I would have liked but she will have plenty of room to grow. Don't feel the shoe is to narrow, the with about average. Also I agree with the other reviews, very cute and has the elastic where you tie the shoe so it stays on.

My 5 year old loves these. Her feet are wide so sometimes we have trouble finding specialty shoes. We ordered these in a wide width, she says they're comfortable and they seem to fit true to size. The bow is decorative, they actually close with a snap.

I ordered these 2 sizes larger than my granddaughters street shoes based on recommendations to order larger and wanting room for growth. They are definitely long enough but not as wide as I would expect.

I got these for my 3 1/2 year old! They are cute shoes, they have a snap closure and another one that can be tied. The good thing about the snap is you won't have to worry about them coming untied, but you cannot make it tighter. The one that you can tie is pointless. I thought I could make them tighter, but you can't. I took the string out because I found it pointless. However, my daughter does like them, and they're easy to put on! I would recommend them!

These tap shoes are cute but TINY! We had gotten size 11M at Target but realized my daughter needs wide, so we purchased these, in size 11W. They are easily 1/2" shorter than the Target brand, and exactly the same width. This is my first experience buying tap shoes for a little girl so maybe it's normal for them to run small, but be advised - size up!

Great tap shoes. My daughter likes to tap around the house. I buy a pair every time she outgrows them. Unfortunately, no longer available on Zappos so you will have to purchase on Amazon or the actually site.

These are really cute, just bought a couple pairs for my daughters. I think they fit true to size and my girls say they’re comfortable.

My daughter has used this shoes for about 5 months now and they are going strong. They're super cute with the bow on top and she loves that they have a little bit of a heel. She says they are very comfortable and are great quality. Will definitely continue getting these as she gets older.

I bought 6 different sizes and brands of tap shoes for my wide foot daughter. These were the only shoes that I could get her foot into. When I measured the bottom these were 1/4" bigger than the rest! Thank goodness. I bought a 1/2 size larger than her actual new balance shoe size. They also have a snap for the Mary Jane part of the shoe, and a thick lace, so worst case scenario, there's more room if you don't do the snap, and only rely on the lace to give the foot even more space. They're a beautifully made shoe, I hope they continue to wear well, because Bloch (in wide) is now our go to tap shoe!

I ordered these for my daughters’ first dance classes. They each needed a different size, one with W width and all 3 pairs fit great. They are really cute and the snap closures work well and allow the girls to put them on by themselves.

I'm really pleased with these - my 6-year-old says that they're comfortable, and that she likes them. I like the elastic, which makes them really easy for her to get on and off herself. The lacing is nice for the bow look, but not necessary for actual function, so it's easy to not use for class, and then just put onto the shoes for actual performances. I will say that I think these run slightly narrow, and slightly smaller than their labelled size. My daughter normally wears a 12 and has somewhat narrow feet, so I ordered her a 13 in medium width, and that works well for her. But they may run too narrow for some even in the medium width, so just keep your child's feet in mind.

My daughter usually wears an 8 and I ordered a 9. It’s abt a half size too big, but perfect to grow into. I was mostly concerned with the width because we had to return a pair of Capezios because their “wide” was a joke. These tap shoes in “wide” are great!

Beautiful quality. My 6 year old loves these tap shoes and didn’t have any issues with blisters. Great purchase. Definitely recommend!
