I really wanted to keep this shoe, but there was a tightness at the ball of the foot that quickly became painful. Had to return.

I needed an inconspicuous but comfortable shoe to wear to work while waiting for meniscus surgery. This shoe blends in well with my black dress pants and doesn't look inappropriate in a business environment like a white or patterned running shoe would. They are comfortable, although not as padded or with as much arch support as I would like if I were planning to walk or run distances. Although I don't have a bunion, I expect they would work well for someone with bunions, since they are very roomy. These shoes are made well, and the leather is not stiff at all. This is definitely a plus, especially given the low price compared to many other styles. With that said, these definitely do not score points for style! They are definitely a stereotypical "old lady" shoe (no offense, I hope).

I wear 11W-WW and need great arch support and a wide toe box. I bought these after reading the reviews, but unfortunately the toe box was way too pointy for me. The rest of the shoe wasn't that comfortable either (stiff, no noticeably better arch support than others).

The fit was fine. I purchased these for walking. The foot bottom is too hard. I wanted more support than for example a Sketchers pro walk. However, these are hard. So I am returning.

If you have flat arches these are not for you. Someone at Saucony said they would be great for flat arches. Not true! Short walk around the house and both feet and ankles hurt. Too bad I would like a leather sneaker for my orthotics

Meh. They were fine. I feel more supported in the Vionics I usually get, where I get so much arch support, I don't need to put in my orthodics. I need my orthodics in this pair of Sauconys.
For the price, it's a good buy, but if you can afford to spend more, I'd look for something else.

They look really nice and well-made. I haven not actually worn them yet, kind of saving them for the start of school. I'll come back and update this if they turn out to be exceptional!

I am having a difficult time finding comfortable tennis shoes that accommodate my needs and are all white. I thought these were the ones, but the soles are uncomfortable. I have plantar fasciitis, and was hopeful after reading the reviews, but disappointed after wearing them around the house for an hour. They make my heels hurt, and there is no arch support to speak of, so my feet were overpronating so much I thought I was going to roll my ankle. They fit well (8 Wide) and are very cute, but unfortunately I need more in the sole. Sadly, these are going back.

Ordered these shoes 3.00pm yesterday and they arrived today around 11.30am - can't believe how consistently exceptional Zappos customer service is. Unfortunately for me, these shoes rub on my bunions and the edge of my right pinky so they will be returned. I had high hopes as I slipped my feet in as they felt soft and supportive; I am having a difficult time finding the right walking/light hiking shoe but will keep trying. Thank you again Zappos.

The first two wearings this shoe was heaven. I was a happy lady. Then the third day, it felt like I was walking on rocks. I was very disappointed and am sending them back.

Based on all the good reviews, I was really hoping this shoes would be the answer to my foot pain, but they weren't. There is an odd bump on the outside of the heel area, right where I have pain from lateral plantar fasciitis. They seem like very supportive shoes and would probably be good for someone with a different type of foot pain!

This was a very interesting shoe. I was very pleased when I wore it for the first time. I have a little arthritis in my feet and one foot has had several operations so comfort is very important, this shoe has enough room and enough padding to keep me happy. I did, however, ultimately ask to return it as the black dye in the bonded leather began to bleed out and stain the shoe around the lower lacing holes; it was really unsightly. Considering this some kind of weird manufacturing defect, I contacted Zappos and they said just keep it (I use it for gardening) and I got a white pair as a replacement. This was also a surprise, you would not know from the fit that they were supposed to be the same shoe. The tan pair would fit a somewhat wider foot and the leather seemed quite different, the white pair gave much more support. I give full marks to Zappos for their excellent service in sorting out this weird problem.

The insole is great in this shoe with contours and raised area around the toes. It is fairly well cushioned. The problem for me is that the heel area is narrow and stiff. I have medium width heels. It feels like the entire back of the sneaker is pinching my heel and ankle area. Heel rubbing occurs immediately. Also, if that big, klunky "N" was removed from the sides of the shoe, it would be much more attractive.

The narrow was too wide in the heel for me, so I had to return them. Overall seemed to be a really nice comfortable shoe. Too bad they didn't fit me.

After wearing these indoors for a while, I cannot recommend them for a couple of reasons. The make really strange noises on certain surfaces, almost like a popping or farting noise, and they really hurt my feet after a while. I didn't notice either issue at first. I have wide feet and the fit was ok for that, but I am what they call an over pronator, so maybe that was the issue, since these are considered neutral. So be sure and take your time to check out the hidden quirks of these shoes before you commit to wearing them outside.

Not sure what all the raving reviews are about. Unlike other sneakers I have these provide virtually no support, the leather feels too flexible and the lack of support resulted in a bad twisted/sprained ankle. I also found they run extremely large. I normally wear 6.5 wide. In these I went down to a 6W and the toe box is excessively loose.

I read the good reviews but I was disappointed after I bought them. I bought them "wide" but still, they're too narrow. In addition, they feel very stiff and heavy. I'll return them. Also, I checked the price at the Saucony site and they're cheaper there. Another disappointment because I like to be loyal to Zappos.

I ordered this product because the best fitting shoe I have ever owned is a Saucony, and it is worn out. The model I loved is no longer being made--I have tried several others and the footbeds are now nearly flat. They are bouncier without the arch support that I am looking for, and slightly shorter. This is the second product that I tried after speaking with customer service to get help choosing a shoe. I had to return it.

These started hurting halfway through the day the first day I wore them outside the house. I'm disappointed. I will try them again and I wore them outside, so I can't return them. But I don't think I'll get a lot of use from them.
Had the fit held up, I would have decorated these since they were so plain.

This shoe is too narrow and I ordered half size bigger and still small. But the Zappos service makes up for it. The fastest shipping experience I ever had and it's even free. Thanks Zappos!

My make it or break it point in walking shoes are if my heels slip while walking or not...my little heels did slip in these so had to return. However, the toe box was nice and roomy and they fit well except for the heels. Not exactly a fashion statement, but that's okay for walking shoes. I am currently trying this shoe's more supportive cousin, Omni Walker, yay heels do not slip but the toes area is a little tight.

These were just meh, the color and style a bit boring. Felt true to size, okay arch support, but a slight bit tighter in the toe box which is very similar to a pair of Saucony running shoes I have.

After reading the very positive reviews of this walking shoe, I decided to go for it. However, I did not find the reviews to be applicable to me at all. I found this shoe to run large, with minimal support and really not that comfy...of course that could be because my foot was not being supported. Although I normally wear a 6.5 shoe, I really could have used a 6 in this shoe. In any case I am returning them due to lack of support. They also look clunkier in real life than they do online.
