I always have a difficult time with women's sneakers and finding a wide comfortable width. If I buy men's sneakers I don't have an issue. I was excited to see a women's shoe in extra wide (EE). Unfortunately, in trying them on with my normal socks, my foot just swam in them. They felt wide from toes to heel. Someone mentioned in a review that they weren't very attractive, and I have to agree. I bought them in black and they kind of looked like blocks on my feet. I'm returning them. I might have re-ordered in a narrower width if I had likes the style better, but I'll keep looking. Thanks for being so great, Zappos!

These are ugly. I thought maybe the brown would be ok but it's just not. Also the toe box felt huge compared to other wide shoes.

look like grandma shoes. I wanted to wear to work--12-13 hour shifts on my feet at a computer...way too wide

Initially I thought these would be keepers but after a second walk around the house for a day they began to feel stiff and the top part of the show bent in an uncomfortable way. I knew the fit would really begin to bug me. I guess I prefer a more cushioned / padded shoe interior. Price was great and it would have been nice to have a tan shoe option but they gotta go back unfortunately. Shoe is not attractive at all but I put support and comfort above looks.

Overall a fine shoe. Toe box was okay in the wide width, but overall feel was a bit tighter than I thought it should be. I need more arch support for my plantar fasciitis, but it wasn't horrible. Returning, but it just wasn't right for me.

Found these shoes to be VERY big in the toe box. Not just width, overall space between the top of my foot and the shoe itself was too much. I usually wear an 8 1/2 to 9 D in a running shoe so I ordered an 8 1/2 D. Unfortunately, they have to go back. Thank you Zappos for providing those of us with hard to fit feet an opportunity to shop at home.

The shoe had a terrible chemical odor. I assume it was from the Scotchguard which was listed on the tag. The shoe was a bit longer than my usual 8.5 and quite loose at the heel. It wasn't very attractive and the round laces didn't lies ad flat as they should have. It looked messy and it was hard to fix. I returned this pair.

I wanted to like this shoe. Roomy toe box, not a bad looking shoe but just felt hot! It is Spring and I think the sole and shoe itself would be on the warm side and that isn't comfortable for walking as the weather gets warmer. Also the price is great! Too bad for me.

Soooooo tight right out of the box. My feet started to tingle. I need a wide.

Love these shoes-very comfortable, however, they discolor at the top front of the shoe (whitish discoloration on black pair) which is very unattractive. It starts less than 1-2 months after purchase and I'm on my 3rd pair so I can't believe saucony can't remedy this situation.

Not enough support for fallen arches

I had a pair of these same shoes that I bought a couple of years ago. They were great, comfortable for a wide foot and fit my orthotics. They made for a very safe and stable walk. Fast forward a couple of years-I ordered the "same" shoes-same make, same name, same size. They must have been redesigned or made by a different manufacturer because they are much narrower. My first clue was when I struggled to insert the orthotics (after taking out the inner sole, of course). Buyer beware-these are not the same shoes that are so highly reviewed in older reviews. Oh well, at least I have my old pair!

Very comfortable for my x-wide, high instep, flat foot. Helped alleviate a forefoot problem I was having. However, when I first started wearing them one shoe had a little squeak. They have gotten more squeaky and the sound is now coming from both shoes. People tell me that can hear my shoes before they can see me. Embarrassing.

Not bad looking but mediocre arch support and the EE was still too narrow for me. Returning.

I didn't like these shoes. I found them to be clunky looking and feeling. Reviews raved about their comfort and they were fairly padded. Not my style I guess. I also found they ran narrow especially for a medium width. I had to open the laces across the foot some. I will be returning these and leaning towards a more traditional running shoe. These were ok, not really comfortable, and not uncomfortable. They just weren't impressive enough to justify keeping.

Very tight and I don't have wide feet. Not sure I like dip in toe area.

Bought these as all purpose, sturdy, comfortable footwear for my job where I'm on my feet for up to 12 hours at a time. I chose Saucony because their running shoes have fit me well for many years, and these do, too (unlike the New Balance models I tried). My toes have plenty of wiggle room even with my custom orthotics inserted and my bunions, but the shoes are not too loose. They have been quite comfortable, as needed. I only wish my feet did not look so long in them, but, alas, I do have long feet...comfort is by far more important to me.

Not as cushioned as I would have liked, I stand most of the day so I need more cushioning to avoid pain in my feet.

definitely comfortable for wide toes (EE) BUT not much support if you're really a walker.

Saucony has always been really comfortable shoe with lots of padding. This one did not have any padding and the seam of my sock rubbed on the outside of my little toe. I have small feet, but usually put inserts in all my shoes. I ordered a 5.5 which was a good fit. an the toe area was roomy enough except for where the sock rubbed ( I have a problem with that in lots of shoes). These shoes felt stiff and definitely did not have the padding and comfort all my other saucony's have had. I'm returning them. and really don't know what shoe I'm going to try next. The style is kind of boring too--all white and old style.

It's comfortably shaped, however, it doesn't breathe at all and my feet got so hot while wearing them. As another reviewer mentioned, there's something about the texture of the insole that causes friction on the bottom of your feet (I was wearing socks) such that I felt like the skin was sore and kind of burning by the end of day. I have to buy new insoles to replace these, and, I think this might have to be a winter sneaker due to the shoe being so insulated.

Definitely not as comfortable as I had hoped. Would return them but my husband threw the box out.

Returned due to lack of arch support.
