I have had plantar fasciitis and now a bone spur on my heel. I was frustrated trying to find a shoe that had support and padding-this is the shoe!! So happy I purchased them!

OK, so maybe these do not qualify as "cute shoes" but they provide excellent fit and support for workday comfort for very difficult to fit feet! I admit I am pleasantly surprised.

I have wide problem feet. I've had reconstruction surgury on both of my feet and I am a walker. These shoes are a dream come true for me. They have a nice round toe box and the padding on the tongue is the best. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into the engineering of this shoe. Top quiality too. Hands down the best walking shoe I've ever owned!

Was seeking shoes to help with plantar and I think these are going to work out! I have to walk a lot for my job and I wore them the first day all day and they felt great! I would recommend these shoes for people with this issue.

I'm a nurse on my feet 8 to 10 hrs a day These shoes are great! Very comfortable right out of the box no break in time. Nice wide toe box true to size.

I ordered 4 different sneakers for my hard-to-fit 10WW feet and these are my favorite. They even look good -- not as much like marshmallows as some. Toe box is comfy although a little too cozy at the baby toe, but overall is fine. I love how the heel fits -- my heel often slips if the toe box is wide enough but in these shoes my heel doesn't slip at all. Very good support too! Really glad to have found these and grateful for Zappos making it possible to do so!

Have not given this shoe enough time to know whether it'll work out long term. But in the few days I've worn them around, they are super comfortable! I have a narrow foot, but with pins in both feet, I need a winder toe box. The ST2 seems to fit the the bill, as the heel is very secure, while the front part of the shoe gives me lots of wiggle room. Could also insert my orthodics with no problem. Should mention that while I wear 9.5 in most shoes, these seem to run a tad long, so returned them for 9s, which fit perfectly. Also got narrow 9s in white. Only wish the bone came in narrow.

I have to wear all-black shoes for work, and they cannot look too much like tennis shoes. But I wanted good walking shoes that would provide great cushioning for my long shifts. This was the perfect choice. It felt a bit strange at first, while I was walking slowly to test them but when I finally started taking full strides, I saw why everyone loves these. It is all about the stride! These shoes are built to compliment your gait; they cushion your heel as it strikes the ground, then support the natural roll to your forefoot. It feels like I am bouncing along on pillows. I knew that I was right to get Sauconys again; these shoes are awesome.

I'm a size 5 Wide. I hated trying to buy shoes, until I found Zappos. The reps are great to deal with and no shipping charge. What is there not to love about dealing with Zappo? Great people.

I have worn Saucony athletic shoes for 25 years with total satisfaction. They fit, they last, they feel great. But when you are reaching certain age levels, your needs in shoes change. So I ordered these superb walking shoes because I knew they would fit like a glove and be so comfortable. I have the white version of this and it never seems to wear out! So now I have the black version for rain and winter. I am thrilled with them and would advise anyone looking for a great supportive and comfy shoe to buy them.

I have plantar fasciitis and extremely high arches and these are the most fabulous shoes for my feet. I can walk for miles. This is the 4th pair I have bought and so happy I'm beginning to get a choice of color. Thanks Saucony!

These shoes have a wide enough toe box to accommodate my foot and yet the heel is not so wide that the back of my foot slips (for this reason I like them better than New Balance similar styles). The cushioning is wonderful. So very comfortable right out of the box.

I decided to switch shoe brands so I wasn't sure about the fit. High arches can cause problems. Took them out of the box, put them on and went for a 4 mile walk. Great support and fit.

These shoes fit perfectly...they are definitely walking shoes...not aerobic exercise shoes. I wanted walking shoes and these are good ones.

The shoes were amazingly comfortable right out of the box, unusual for my 2E width feet. I've been wearing New Balance for years but had trouble tracking which models were comfortable. I may switch to Saucony now.

Just bought another pair. I bought my first a couple years ago. They still look pretty good, but the shock absorption had been pounded out of them. The new ones feel much better. These helped my knees and feet. I am a very mild over pronator. Mostly just need cushioning and support. I re lace them for narrow feet, and they do wrinkle a little, since I'm a quad A and they only come in N. They are more comfortable to me than New Balance. I've had to wear this type of shoe a lot due to various foot and knee problems lately, and the black is inconspicuous under black pants, although not attractive. I usually wear a 10 1/2 to 11. These are long enough I can wear the 10 1/2. They are a bit wide in the toe box compared to others. Heel okay.

I have been wearing this brand and style of shoe for a couple of years. It is hard to find my size in the stores, so ordering from Zappos was great for me.

I had studied a catalog that I get and called FootSmart to find shoes that were made for my particular foot problems. These seemed to fit the bill. I had been having a lot of difficulty completing my usual walking at the gym. These shoes have made a huge difference in the way my feet feel and in how the rest of my body feels at the end of my workout.

I'm an old lady who teaches tai chi, and my shoes have to be sturdy enough for a lot of standing, walking, and pivoting. Out of 10 different pairs of athletic shoes I tried (sorry, Zappos, I have fussy feet), these were comfortable right out of the box. My orthotics fit in them (collapsing arches and broken metatarsals). They have decent arch support, so I can stand and walk in them all day. I have narrow heels and wide toes, and these shoes accommodate both. A bonus: they are dirt colored! So additional dirt doesn't show quite so soon.

Happy Feet! Finally found a pair of shoes that fit, and feel great. I have wide feet with high instep and weak arches. Most shoes that are wide enough are not high enough and cause me pain across the top of my foot. These shoes do not! They are roomy in every direction, yet they don't slip off at the heel. I'm never taking them off.

After shattering ankle these are the only shoes that give me the support I need. I can wear them all day with no pain. Great look. The size was true. They're the best!sue

Super nice shoes. I have a horrible foot problem...you name it. I have it. I ordered the wide and love the room I have in these (with orthodics). Wore them in a 10k out in Boulder, CO. Not the sexiest shoes around, but I am a walker and need support and comfort. If you have poor feet and need room in the toe area, this is the shoe for you. I ordered a 10W. Zappos is "the best".

I'll start off by saying I'm an ICU RN and work 12 hour shifts, so I'm on my feet all day long. I used to bounce from shoe to shoe trying to find a pair that would keep my feet pain free for a full shift. I tried these out a few years ago and haven't needed to look any further. I like they are solid leather, because sometimes stuff drops on your shoes that you don't want to try and dig out of mesh! I like the large toe box and don't mind the style (I prefer plain white runners). I can tell I need to replace them when my feet start to hurt at the end of a shift, which for me is about every 6 months. A small price to pay for happy feet!

These felt so comfortable on, I was willing to overlook their granny-shoe style. But my right pinky toe felt like it was folding under. This is probably just my foot, not the shoe, though. Amazingly, the B width in this shoe is wider than the D width in Asics. It felt good to me, though, as my smaller toes often hit the end.
