These are comfortable shoes with a soft leather upper. I have an extra wide forefoot and a narrow heel. With most shoes I need to add heel grips to keep them from slipping up and down. These are plenty wide in the forefoot and yet fit my heel perfectly without grips. And kudos to Saucony for making shoes for the neutral walker. I just wish they came in a dark brown.

Great shoe for support! My feet suffered nerve damaged during chemo this year, and I searched for a pair of sneakers that would allow me to continue walking. These fit the bill. Going back for a pair in black.

I bought the Saugony Progrid because it looked in the picture of it that it has more support than any other walker I've looked at. Fortunately it has very good support and my Orthotics fit inside the shoe. I need to remove the insole in shoes I buy to accommodate my stiff orthotic so this shoe feels comfortable with it.

No breaking in period! Super comfortable straight out of the box! I'm going to order a 2nd pair so I won't have to go through the nightmare again of my fave sneakers being discontinued. I think they are a bit lacking in style with their 100% pure white statement, but I like them better than the crazy "too busy" mix of colors out there. A middle of the road approach would be appreciated by this consumer. I have very high arches and these shoes are pretty good with support but I still wear my orthotics. That's a defect in my foot, not the shoe!

I love these shoes. I got them one size larger than usual to accommodate an orthotic. It is a match made in heaven. I have been looking for ages. The toe box is roomy, which I like and though they look a bit on the orthotic, old lady side, my feet could not be happier. That is what matters.

These are excellent shoes for people that need a foo bed that keeps the foot in a neutral position (not over pronating towards the arch or the outside of the foot). They have an excellent heel cradle. I had to send the 5B back and order a narrow (Usually tennis shoes or sport shoes do not come in AA). My heel is narrow, and forefoot is normal width. Usually I can scrape by with a 5B. It is really nice to have shoes where my heels do not constantly slip. The collar does not hit my anklebones, and my slightly high arches feel great in these shoes.

Love these shoes! Great support all around. Not as pretty as a lot of other athletic shoes but beat them hands down on support and comfort.

Comfortable. I wear 11 wide. Very hard to find. White goes well with wardrobe & I can walk everywhere.

I have a very wide and short foot and it is very have to find a 6 WW. And Zappos has what I need and it is so easy to get my shipment the next. thank you Zappos.com for having what a need and want

I was very pleased with the speedy delivery of my new sneakers. I put them on to "break them in" as I customarily do with new shoes only to find that they were perfect. I forgot I had them on my feet- they were so comfortable. No "breaking in" necessary.

I have bunions and have a difficult time finding shoes to fit. These have a wide toe box and good cushioning and are very comfortable.

I love these shoes. They were comfortable from the first moment that I put them on. I added my own orthotic for my high arches and the size fits perfectly.

After looking wistfully at all the jazzy, brightly colored walking/exercise shoes out there, I went with an old standby, in a new-to-me stone color. I am glad that I did - stone is now my new white - and comfort is still foremost. I put these on, hopped on the treadmill and walked two miles, right out of the box.

I really thought that these shoes had some great cushioning and support. They are nice, plain white shoes, not flashy, so they appealed to me. I would up returning them because of my wonky feet, they just were not the right shoes for me. They would be great walking shoes for someone with minor plantar fasciitis, since the arch support was pretty good.

I have ordered many different brands and always come back to this shoe. I have MS, this shoe in leather is the most supportive and fits my orthotic for drop foot the best. Wish it came in fashion colors, such as navy, tan or grey.

Great service. Great shoes. Absolutely no problems of any type. I highly recommend both Zappos and these shoes. I have had six lumbar surgeries. Having the right support in the shoes I wear is critical. These shoes deliver total support.

I have these in black leather so I know they are great shoes. I was looking for a good walking shoe with a little style for an upcoming trip. I tried an expensive Finn Comfort Charlotte, but they were too tight in the toes. So I went with this as a proven winner. Not stylish, but fits me perfectly with a wide toe and great support. My foot measures 8.5, but with socks a size 10 (gulp) is what fits my foot (long toes) in this style.

True to fit as far as length and width. Very comfortable. I first had these in white and then I ordered something else in black. I had to return those black shoes and I then looked for what I had ordered previously and got them again, but in black.

As other reviewers stated, you can wear this shoe right out of the box. I haven't gone hiking in them yet, but they worked well for me on the stationary bike and elliptical machine. I've worn them for most of the day doing regular activities. They are comfortable and offer good support. By the way, Zappos' service is awesome and makes shopping by mail a pleasure.

These are excellent walking shoes for my narrow feet (10 AA). The uppers are butter soft leather, the construction is sound; the fit is the best I have ever found for my narrow heels; and the shoes cost less than the shoes I previously had from a different manufacturer. I put the shoes on and walked away happy. Zappos' service was incredibly good as usual!

The shoe feels great except the heel comes up too high in the back. Usually wear 6 1/2 but always have to go up 1/2 to 1 size larger in sneakers. 1/2 size would have been fine. Had to return.

I love <3 Zappos ! I have to wear black tennis shoes for work, plus I need a wide, they are very hard to find for women, in the summer time especially. Whenever I need shoes I just get on Zappos and find what I need and order it. My favorite thing is they are always super fast at delivery. I just got these Saucony tennis shoes and they are great, very comfortable from day one. I carry mail and walk a lot, my feet have loved the new shoes! I would definitely order them again, as I have in the past. I have to get new shoes probably three times a year. Zappos <3 makes it so easy!
