These shoes came swiftly. I tried them on and they fit perfectly and true to size. I tend to have a narrow foot so many shoes are too wide but these felt great and with the strap across them it made the fit just right. These are for dental hygiene school so I will be walking in them a lot and so far they are quite comfortable. Great purchase!

I am returning these as I just could not get past the contrasting colors on the ankle strap. That just looks wrong. The strap also does not lay right for me with the Velcro because I have to adjust them farther down the strap. Not much Velcro left to actually hang on to. There needs to be more of it sewn onto the strap so that it can be adjusted tighter. They are comfortable feeling standing in them however.

Love my Jambu Grand. I was looking for something Super Comfy but more stylish than the Dansko and I believe I found my match :-) I started with a 1/2 size larger like suggested but ended up returning those and ordering my normal size.

These shoes were everything I was looking for in a heel without the discomfort. The insole alone looks like it's double padded. I rarely wear heels and this makes it much easier to do so. Thanks Jambu for finally making a pretty shoe that is also comfortable and versatile. I am hooked! Next pair will probably be the Dublin!

I hated to send these back. I ordered 1/2 size larger as recommended, but really my usual 8 would've fit. It's the soft heel pad which makes up the 1/2 inch. They run too wide for me but they are beautiful, comfortable nice heel height for most walking in a city, but maybe not for a long trip where I need only one dependable shoe.

I Love this shoe! I took them out of the box and walked around Rome for a week without a single blister or ache. They are fashionable and super functional. I bought a half size larger than usual and they were perfect.

I got this shoe in size 10 and 11.10 is too snug and 11 is too big. I love Jambu. Unfortunately, they don't (so far) make them in size 10.5. All the reviews are true. Looks great. The arch support is awesome. I contacted Jambu about possibly making more half sizes. Haven't got a response yet. Sonna, (the girl in the video) you really sold this shoe.

As with some of the other review, when I first opened them, I was worried about toe room. Not an issue, these shoes first of all look better in real life (a little dressier than they appear). I purchased the black pair. Also, I've worn them in the mud, and the non rubber portions, you can't even tell. And now they are on sale, tempted to buy a duplicate pair.

Lovely shoe, but the sizing is off. Definitely purchase a half size larger than you typically wear.

I love these shoes! I loved them in the photos, the Zappos video, and I love them on my own feet! I normally wear a 7.5 or 8, so I went up to an 8.5 as Zappos suggested and they fit just right with tights or thin socks. The velcro makes it so convenient to get them on and off. I bought these to walk around while I'm backpacking Europe and have sucessfully broken them in. Ciao!

I am so happy with these shoes. Very comfortable. They go well with dresses or pants. I normally wear size 8 but ordered 8.5 and it fit fine.

Love these shoes. I ordered 1/2 size up per other comments and that was the right thing to do. Also, I have a very narrow foot but these shoes fit fine since I can cinch up the strap. I also had to add a forefoot pad to fill in a little space.

Very comfy and cute shoe! I usually wear between a size 8 and 8.5, ordered 8.5 and they fit great. I have problems with mary jane shoes cutting in at the toe, but these do not. Very easy on the feet. The only weird thing is that these are labeled "J-41" instead of Jambu...obviously they are the same shoe and now that I look at the logo it looks very similar to J-41. Very cute shoe nonetheless, I was just very surprised when I opened the box!

Very comfortable shoe. Hesitated to purchase because of the red in strap and needed it to be all black. Hint, the strap is stretch material and can be marked to all black with a Sharpi permanent marker pen. Perfect!

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable and they are either sporty or dressy which I think is a great asset. I also love the velcro strap across the instep as they can be adjusted to your foot to create a perfect fit.

I love these shoes! They are the most comfortable shoe with a 2" heel I have ever worn - I can wear them all day (I am on my feet a lot) and not even think about my feet. They look great, too. I've been wearing them with socks in the winter, but they'll work well without when it is warmer.

These are the first heels that I have worn in years. I have skinny feet with a bunion on the right foot, and so getting comfy shoes is a nightmare. I love these and I feel so tall when I wear them. I have to pull the velcro way over, but it works out OK without dragging on the ground. Do order up a half size.

I normally wear a 7.5 or 8, so I ordered an 8. Unfortunately still too small. Toe kept hitting the front as other reviewers have explained. Will probably try again because these shoes are so cute and comfortable otherwise.

Other reviewers mentioned sizing was an issue, so I got the 9.5 instead of my usual 9. I found it ti be a bit big, but I've kept them because they are so comfortable. These shoes can be worn without socks, with leggings or jeans, and yet with black opaque tights look fabulous with this autumn's dresses and skirts. An incredibly versatile shoe. Have received compliments every day I have worn them. Really practical without being boring. Love it.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable and cute. I rarely wear heels, and I don\'t feel the least bit unstable in these.

WOW WHAT A SHOE! Last march I bought a pair looking for a comfortable shoe to wear while visiting New York that would still look good(not sport shoes!). I found the most versatile, comfortable shoes that are even trail rated for hiking! I am not tall, so the height is welcome, and I wear these everywhere. I have LOTS OF SHOES, but these are the ones I always wear in my everyday life which includes riding a bike, walking in dirt sometimes wet), running up and down stairs (sometimes in construction). I receive countless complements on them and am going to buy another pair. They run small, so get a larger size than you usually do. You won’t regret getting these shoes. They do not wear out, but I want a pair to look nice when travelling (great in airports). They are truly "GRAND". They would be good for a senior as well, very steady and easy to put on. Also, orthotics fit inside them. They make it possible for me to bring my extreme fashion shoes to events as I know I can get home in these as well as take bad sidewalks, escalators, rain, etc. I have worn them while working out. They offer excellent arch support as I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and they were the most comfortable shoes I had at that time. They are also great while cooking. A great value, practical, comfortable, and flattering. GET A PAIR (OR TWO)!

I like these so much that I bought 2 pairs - the brown and the black. However, there will be discrepancies in terms of construction from pair to pair. I had to exchange my first black pair since its footbed did not have proper arch support for my feet like the brown pair. The second pair was much better. These do run smaller. I am normally a size 6.5 but I ordered 7s and they work well. In terms of comfort, I can wear them all day and even run in them, which speaks volumes for someone with sensitive feet.

I have been looking for these shoes for a long time. I preferred the one with flowers under it, but every company went out of it. They are so comfortable, stable and great for long distance walking. I am back to school and walking a lot now, not even a blister or redness. I am a size 7 and it exactly fits! Awesome shoes!

These are very cute. They have great arch support. I ordered them in red. What's better than a comfy pair of red shoes? Not much.
