Wow - I purchased these shoes for work. I didn't even have to break them in. My feet are so happy. I am a server in a fine dining restaurant and constantly moving during my entire shift. Comfort is first behind how cute my shoes are, but these shoes have it all. The heel is perfect and looks great with my long skirt. Best work shoes I have ever had, and I have been a server for ten years!

Great shoe - I moved overseas and you do a lot of walking over here. These are great and comfortable. I was just thinking today as I was walking around a bustling city how happy I was with them. They also look good even though it's very dusty here. I don't think they're the most gorgeous shoes ever, but they are perfect for what I need.

I bought these in a store a few days ago and came to Zappos to see if I could find more colors because I love them so much. But, I did order them in a half size bigger than usual and they fit me just right.

These shoes are a hit. The insole is nice, the outsole offers nice traction & stability. The velcro strap is quick, simple and comfortable. The sizing is accurate and these shoes are very well made. They are casual but also a little bit sexy and display the foot nicely. The heel height is great and this shoe works with many looks. This is one of my "go-to" shoes for everyday wear with yoga pants or palazzo pants. I find this shoe to be a little more comfortable if worn with a thin sock or nylons as opposed to barefoot because the materials on the upper are a little stiff.

After an exhaustive search for a comfortable pair of Mary Janes I ended up with these to replace my beloved Merrell Plaza MJ's. They are surprisingly comfortable for a shoe that had no flex in the sole at all. I do sometimes feel like a duck slapping around in them, but they are easy on and off with Velcro straps. The arch support is fine and the padding around the heel is great. Overall a very good and well made shoe.

Yes, the suggestion on the video is right - should order one side up. I usually wear an 8, or 8 1/2, so I order an 8 1/2, but end up getting 9. But Zappos' service, getting different size is no pain, no loss. Thank you for free and easy return policy.

Great shoe! Runs a tad small. This is the second pair of Jambu shoes I've purchased.

Awkward. I normally wear a 9.5, and have the gold Jambu Touring in 9.5 (very comfy & true to size. My "go-to" sandal this summer!), but after reading the reviews here, I ordered the Grand in a 10. The right shoe fit perfectly...love it! However, the left shoe - while it "fit" - seemed to be angled oddly, as it allowed my foot to slide forward, forcing my toes to hit the edge of the toe box. Painful after 10 minutes around the carpet - couldn't imagine a whole day at work. Tightening the ankle strap did not help, nor did a foot pad under the ball of my foot. So adorable and comfy. Would have kept them if they were both cut the same. But sadly, back they go. Zappos customer service, as always, is stellar!

Probably getting a ½ size bigger would have been more comfortable. Did not re-order in larger size. Could not say for sure.

A very stylish and comfortable shoe! Although I usually have to order a half size up in this brand, I actually had to exchange this one for my regular size because my heel slid around too much and I couldn\'t make it stop unless I cinched the strap down until it was way too tight. I can wear these shoes comfortably right out of the box and there is no break in time! Love these shoes!

I love these shoes! Style! They are cute with leggings, skirts, casual dresses, black dress pants, and jeans. They look big on and they have the most unique detail, lets just say Ive never seen a pair of shoes like this in my life. Comfort! Extremely comfortable! The only problem I have is the heel is a little higher than expected and I hope after being on my feet for 10 hours at Home Depot will not hurt the top of my foot. The heel does seem a bit too high for all day long wear. Also you can wear them with or without socks. Try them out! I love Zappos!

I bought a pair of the red Jambu Grands at an outlet store for an absurdly cheap price about a year ago. I don't think I would have gambled on a pair if I'd had to pay full price without knowing how comfortable they were. Now I know how comfortable they are, I would buy a pair, full price, in every color. They are the first and only heels that I can wear for more than a few hours at a time without wanting to rip them off and throw them away. In fact, I can wear them all day and can walk the 3/4 mile to and from my parking space at the university without a single blister. I decided to get the black Jambu Grands through Zappos because of their very generous return policy. I was slightly disappointed to realize, when I got the shoes, that the materials on the black pair were reversed from those on the red; the upper part of the upper on the black pair were not as supple. Instead of soft leather, they were made of a nubuck type material. (Looking at the Zappos description of the shoe, you'll see they do describe this correctly but I just didn't notice it.) The first time I wore them, they rubbed the top of my toes because the U-shaped scoop at the front was stiff. If I had bought them from a conventional store with a conventional return policy, I would have been quite upset. Because Zappos gives you up to a year to return, no questions asked, I felt confident that I could try to break them in. With the next wearing, they had flexed enough that they no longer rubbed. If you have tender feet but want stylish heels that you can work in all day, you cannot beat these shoes. They are worth the price.

The shoes are beautiful looking and the height is perfect. I rated it a 4 star b/c when I walk, all my toes are touching the front of the shoes so it's not that quite comfortable (I don't think it's too small or big b/c when I standstill, they feel fine but when I walk then my feet move to the front. I also tried a size smaller but had to return because too tight).

Really short - Unfortunately these run really short and just right wide... I wear 6 to 6 1/2 based on width usually, but the 6 1/2 was really short. I think these will be fine in a 7, which I have never worn.

I have worn these for three or four years. Best shoes I have ever owned. Super comfortable because they fit well - not because of extra padding. I have slightly wide feet. After all this time they still look great - if a bit worn. Can't beat Zappos for a great deal and super service.

Beware - Runs Small - I love the look of these shoes and knew the height would allow me not to have to hem some of my pants, since they are always too long. However, either the warning about the sizing wasn't there or I failed to notice it when ordering. I usually wear a 7, so that's what I ordered, and it was too small. So, taking the advice of others here, I ordered a 7.5, which was also too small. In fact, it didn't feel all that much bigger than the 7. So unfortunately they have both had to go back and I have to see if I want to order an 8… but all that was not Zappos' fault. I love Zappos!

Very comfortable shoe...the velcro is a nice touch but may snag socks or hose...other than that I love them!!!

Very cute-looking shoe, but strangely stiff upon first wearing. My feet were kind of tired after just one afternoon. I've only had them a couple of days so they may still break in. They seem to run small too; I am usually an 8, and I ended up getting an 8.5 and my toes still feel like they're at the very front with no extra wiggle room. On the left shoe, there was an odd hard spot under the heel; I kept checking to see if I had a rock stuck in it or something, but there was nothing. I would give leeway to most shoes for fit, but having a weird lump in the sole seems like shoddy workmanship. Also, the top of the shoe rubbed on my heel on one side. I think if I put some insoles in, it might help matters. Another reviewer said hers got better after breaking in, so I'll hope for the same with mine.

Great shoe, a little uncomfortable at first... This shoe looks really sporty! I love the deep red. The shoe is uncomfortable the first time wearing, in fact I got a blister. The next time wearing felt much better. I love the shoe the only thing is that my toes push forward and touch the end of the shoe, but I walk really fast.

Cute, cute, cute! Super cute and sexy, yet functional and comfy. It’s about time we have a comfy high heel that's also sporty! Easily goes from work to drinks and dinner out.

These are really comfortable and quite cute, but they do seem to run small. I'm a 7.5-8 and wear these in an 8.5.
