This is a beautiful up-to-date style. Unforunately, it was a little narrow in the toe box and I couldn't wear it. Also, the top of the shoe is short, and the cracks between my toes showed. I'll try another style. Loved this color, however.

It's comfortable, but if it can be wider, have more arch support, and better finishing/assembly quality to eliminate the sharp edge at the seems (it cut into my skin). Too narrow for size 4.5 and it slipped off my foot a little bit. Not sure if it's slightly too long or the poor arch support.

Nice shoe. Little narrow and need to order a half size bigger. Also because a little narrow it hurt the top of my toes.

I love these shoes. I bought them in red. They are a perfect match for my red Dooney bag. I am now looking to get another color as soon as I can make up my mind which color. They are so comfortable and stylish.

Just like the top review says. I have worn these shoes almost three times a week for how versatile they are. I work in marketing and am on my feet much of the day giving tours and walking around for a major company and I have a bad back and finicky feet, high arches, bony protuberances. There was no break in period for these shoes. The one thing I will say is they are vinyl and I wish they were leather for breathability but they are so comfortable that I do not care. The one plus is the durability is great because they are not leather. You can scuff and kick and not even peel the outside. I will likely buy a back up pair in nude because I love the color so much. The price is amazing for what you get and how you feel after all day on your feet. I am tempted to go with another style brand but why should I? I would have given them five stars for overall, but I am docking them for vinyl, but then again, they would not be at this price point would they?

These nice and are comfortable. It took me a while to find the right size. These shoes run about a size large. Initially, the toe box feels tight but the shoes stretch out very quickly. When I thought the toe box was tight I ordered a wide. This was a mistake as the heel was then too wide and fell off my feet. The medium width stretched quickly to fit my feet.

What a cute shoe - I really wanted these to work, but they were far too small. Sadly, they're going back.

From someone who doesn't love heels. I love these. Got them in the nude/natural color and they are beautiful. I never wear heels, but these are great. 3 inches is the perfect heel height for me. I have a pretty narrow foot but ordered a regular width because that is what was available and I'm glad I did. The regular width is fine, pretty narrow through the toe area. The only problem is these slip off my heels a tiny bit, but all heels do if they don't have a strap. I'm going to buy some heel things at Target, and then these should be perfect.

These are very cute. The toe is a bit more round that I usually wear, but still doable. I have a narrow foot so to find cute is really hard. I am almost always a size 8.5 but these were too small; returning for a size 9.

I love the look and quality of this shoe, they have a nice professional look without too high of a heel. The length of the shoe is perfect but like many other reviewers, the toe box was much too narrow.

My most comfy pair after tried on 6 pairs of Cole Hann, Michael Michael Kors and CK. If your normal size, go a half size down. I have wide bones of my toes, and the wide fits very well. The total finish is not as good as those expensive pairs. The stitch is uneven and looks cheap, there's wrinkles on the leather that close to the sole. I ordered another same pair and found that these are common issue. Overall, a 4 stars perfect work shoes.

The shoes run a 1/2 size too big. I ordered a narrow and my heel slips out wanted to return for a 1/2 size smaller but it's not availalbe.

I love these shoes! But the toe/ball of foot part doesn't lie flat on the ground, so all weight is on the ball of foot. Hard to describe, but for instance if I place the toe/ball part of the shoe flat on the ground, the heel rises up at least an inch, like it needs another inch of heel to "flatten" the ball/toe space. I have very thin feet, so this makes all the weight be placed on the ball of my feet. Wish they fit!

I bought these a month ago and I love them. Delivery sooner than expected. They are comfortable and I am going to get another color. The shade is a bit duller than how they appear in the picture online.

Looked fabulous but returned it because it was tight at the toes. I ordered the wide and it was still tight. I am usually a 6.5 but that was big at the ankle. I am still trying to find shoes that are wide at the toes and narrow at the ankles.

Beautiful pumps. However, even though the toe area fit perfect, the throat or rim of the shoe cut into the top of my foot, and was painful. I wear a 10AAA or 10AA depending on the shoe, these were too big in the heel. Need a 4AA or 5AA heel width, which is almost non-existent nowadays. I think a shoe should fit out of the box...there is no "breaking in" for me. These are beautiful, but going back today. Thank you Zappos! Your service is unmatched.

I love the look of this shoe and really wanted to find a size that fit. I wear a 9M, and I ordered (one by one) 9M, 9W, 8.5W, and 8W. 9M was way too tight in the toe, 9W was fine in the toe but too long, 8.5W was a little tight in the toe but still too long (slipped off my heel), and 8W finally did not slip off my heel, but squashed my toes too much. If I could get an 8.25 double wide, I think that would be perfect.

These shoes look great, but I would not recommend them if you do a lot of walking outdoors. I have had them for 6 months. The leather scuffed off the heels quickly, they took several weeks to break in, finally the upper split last week after I took a sharp step to the side.

Some of the reviews indicated this would be comfortable for someone with wide feet, but I found this shoe to run long and also be too narrow in the toe box. Thus, I had to return it and resume my search for black work heels.

These look great, especially for the low price. Unfortunately the sizing was off: I tried my usual 7W and 7.5W, but the shoes were too long and much too narrow. Also, the video makes it seem like the platform is flexible, but it's actually rigid, which makes these shoes much trickier to walk in. Really wish I could have made them work since they do look so good! The "natural cheetah print" is the best animal print I've seen so far.

I was super excited about these shoes, but alas they are going back. Some people wrote they are too narrow, and i thought great my feet are really narrow! The problem however for me is in the shape of the toe box. It is kind of awkward and a bit too small given the width of the heel. I don't think my toes are large, but maybe someone with a different shape can enjoy these shoes. I guess I'll wait until they come out with a new pump and try again.

These are great looking heels and comfortable, but even in a narrow it felt like I had ordered a medium and slipped right off. Heel insert didn't help either, so they were returned. Size 11 N and typically a narrow will always fit, this however was not so narrow.

I was looking for comfortable pumps to wear to a conference. I have a narrow heel and wide toes, so I chose these in part because they looked like they had a wider toe. Unfortunately, they were not what I had hoped! My heel slipped and my toes pinched. The shiny black has no "give", so it did not stretch at all. They are super cute, so I've worn them multiple times hoping to break them in but it hasn't gotten better. The toes are so tight that they cut off my circulation. After several hours of standing, I lost all feeling in my feet and had pins and needles for at least half an hour after taking them off. I wouldn't be able to wear a wider width, because even with heel pads my heels slipped a little. I would not recommend if you have this foot shape.

I was very excited when I ordered these as I had been looking for a "comfort" work shoe. Unfortunately, they are not a good fit. The toe is very narrow and my heel pops out when I walk. The shoe itself is beautiful, well made and stylish.
