I’ve been wearing Birkenstocks for 20 years. They fit just the same as ever - perfect. Although the first few days in a new pair are an adjustment, it is well worth it. I go down a European size from other brands.

I purchased these for my husband and he really likes them. He has a small foot 7.5 men and I bought a size 40. I think I’m going to order myself a pair in black because he says they really support your foot. My only complaint is that the shoes were delivered to the house across the street. Zappos please make sure they deliver to the right house next time.

I wear an 8.5 and got the 39 narrow. It is too big for me lenth-wise so I will have to exchange. Other than that I love them.

Birkenstocks will be your best friend if you have high arches. These are my every-day shoes and my house slippers all in one! I have very narrow feet so I love that they're adjustable but not flimsy. I just got my second pair but my old ones are still great, just very worn after years of every-day use. 10/10 would buy again!

I’ve owned many pairs of Birks over the past 20 years. My teenager wanted this pair so I bought them for her birthday and she loves them. Birkenstock is by far superior in quality and comfort than any other brand I’ve worn. Wearer for life. ??

I've been wanting to get Birkenstock's for a while to help with my toes nerve pain besides loving the style. I was in doubt between the soft and regular footbed and figured the best way to know the difference was trying them out at the store, I personally didn't have a preference so I went with the regular. I am a size 11W and tried the 42's but they were a full size smaller so I went up a size, 43's are perfect for me. I got the brown color and can wear with anything.

Comfortable with good arch support. And cuter than I was expecting.

If you haven't tried them before, you're in for a treat. I love my Birks. The color was a bit more effeminate than I was expecting, but I'm not really overly picky.

I bought these for my 12-year old daughter's birthday, thinking she'd likely need a narrow width vs. the regular width, given my past experience with Birkenstocks. The shoe fit fine over the top and around the back of her foot, but the toe area was too narrow. Both her big toe and her pinky toe were sitting a bit over the side of the shoe. I already ordered and received the regular width version of the shoe and she's very happy. She loves the color too!

I ordered 3 sizes to ensure the right fit. I am a normal size 10 in womens. I ordered 10-10.5 regular and they felt too lose. Even when I buckled them snug it was not snug enough, they felt like they were slipping. Then I ordered a 9-9.5 and my pinky toes would hit the tip when I walked. Then I ordered a 10-10.5 narrow. These were perfect. They fit like a hug. No slipping no pinching. The regular is wider than normal so if you have normal feet, go with the narrow.

True to size. Takes a few wears to break in, but hands down my favorite sandals. I have owned a lot of Birks, but this style and color have to be one of my favorite!

LOVE these shoes - I buy two pairs per year. I don't think they last as long as they used to, but while it's good, it's good.

I am a true women’s 8 (I have flat/wide feet) and the 38 is always the perfect size. I also prefer the narrow which is the perfect fit and has the best support!!!

As always, super quick order fulfillment and immediate exchange for the correct size (I had ordered the wrong size). I am a big fan of Zappo's.

Good have held up for years

This is the second pair I have bought from Zappos and the shoes last a long time. I would definitely order a size smaller than what is shown on the size chart. The chart showed I should order size 42 and I had to send both the 41 and 42 back. My husband wears a size 9 shoe. The 40 is a perfect fit.

I've worn Birks for decades, but when my last pair became ready for retirement I drove to a local store to check out their selection. They had the Arizona for more. I asked if they could come down and they said no. So I went online and found Zappos. The price was better and included free shipping. I figured my new Birks would have "Made in El Salvador" stamped on them, but no, they're the real thing. I love 'em.

These Birkenstocks were very comfortable and they don't get as dirty because they aren't suede. I ordered narrow because I have narrow feet and it worked perfect. I am a size 6 which is 37 but I ordered 38 so I had a little room but not too much. Overall these are the best shoes I have ever bought!

I have been wearing Birkies for 15 years. Living in Texas you can't find just anywhere, so Zappos has become my go to place. Order comes next day or 2 days always in great condition and complete customer satisfaction.

Sizing feels identical to Birkies bought 20+ years ago. Nubuck strap is easier to slip into than real leather, and costs much less.

Love these. Got them to replace my 20 yr old original pair. They will take some breaking in but they are already amazing sandals. Great color too.
