Shoes are great, but the delivery was even greater - so fast it is hard to compare.

Zappos is awesome! I had ordered a half size smaller since some said they run large. Turns out my normal size 8 was just right. My second order arrived the next morning. I could not believe it! In any case, these Birks feel great. The uppers look and feel like leather but are maybe a little softer. Very happy!

Excellent shoes - my third pair. Purchase through Zappos was easy and quick. No issues or concerns.

Great shoes. They do the job you would expect Birkenstocks to. They look sharp, they are well made, and I can expect to wear them for the next 3 years of my life.

I have been wearing Birkenstocks Arizona sandals for about 18 years. These are as delightful as any that have come before them. They really help support my feet and cut down on aches and pains. They are easy and quick to put on to step outside or take a road trip. They are perfect for air travel with shoe removal rules. Birkenstocks Rock!

Love Birkenstock Arizonas. Okay, it's not the most fashionable look, but for comfort, can't be beat. The cork starts molding to the shape of your foot after a couple days, which makes them even more comfortable, but they're great right out of the box.

The Birkibuc uppers are great and indistinguishable from the leather uppers. You can buy these with confidence that they will look, feel and perform just like the standard Birk you've come to love.

First of all, I mound not believe the price of my new Birkenstock Arizona sandals. They are my fifth pair of assorted styles, and their is no other sandal that gives you the comfort and the wear that you get in these shoes.

I needed something comfy to throw on my feet while doing chores, etc. at home - these are super! Comfortable and very well made. I'm very pleased.

Delighted with the narrow width available. The Birkibuc feels and acts like the original material; maybe even more comfortable. Arch support is great. Shoes stay on, for great walking.

Great product! This is my third pair of Birks and I love them. Also, love the convenience of ordering from Zappos! I will continue to shop Zappos and encourage others to do so, too.

The web page was easy to navigate, placing the order was very simple. Shoes came extremely quickly to my home, and product was exactly what was shown.

Absolutely amazing! Everything they say about Birkenstocks is absolutely true. After some time spent breaking them in, I wear them everywhere. They're absolutely comfortable and are well worth the money. It took me about 2 weeks to break them in, which is an abnormally long time, but I have abnormally hobbit-like flat feet, so it was expected. In the end, my feet and I have gotten used to them and couldn't be happier about the purchase.

The shoes are very comfortable, I have been wearing them every day, especially in the heat. Also, the service from Zappos was great, very surprised to get the sandals the day after I ordered them.

I'm unfortunate in that my right foot was injured badly when I was 31, and not properly set. 50 some years later, the only thing I have found that is comfortable to wear is my Birkenstocks...and luckily they are acceptable fashion for everyday and only a little cool in the middle of a Florida winter. I have three pair, and never hesitate to order any style in the European size that is right for me. I'm a definite fan of Zappos Birks.

Wonderful arch support. I wear them both inside and outside...if they should get wet..no problem. My only complaint would be the hard footbed. I\'ll be looking for those styles that have a softer one.

I bought this Birkenstock design 12 years ago and they still are in great condition. While not great for trekking mountains, are the best sandal for general walking made. The only footwear that like wine gets better with age. The best sandal for anyone with foot or arch problems such as plantar fasciitis.

I was skeptical concerning the improvements people said they had when wearing these. I am no longer doubtful, they are terrific!With plantar fasciitis I now wear these from the time I wake up without discomfort or orthotics. Superb.

These shoes have a long standing reputation for being the 'next best thing to barefoot and providing adequate support. They do have to be broke in though, that's just part of the Birkenstock process. But the best part is still the great service provided by Zappos, shipping and customer support. Best of the best!

I think Zappos service is extraordinary. I have been very satisfied with all my purchases, but My only disappointment with my most recent purchase was my fault: I neglected to notice the sandals were Burkibuc and not genuine leather. I had purchased my first pair in 1991 and I believe that material was not available then. I guess I mistakenly thought the material would be the same. My fault; not yours.

Ever since I\'ve bought these shoes they are the only ones I wear! I am a student in college and they are great for walking around a big campus all day- I\'ve even worn them out at night. The color goes with anything you wear. The only problem was I ordered 2 sizes too big. I am normally about a womens 7 or 6. I had to send them back to get a 6 but even those were too big. I kept them and they gave me terrible blisters for a couple days but they wore in quickly.

These sandals are foot salvation! During the lengthy -- and painful -- process of healing from plantar fasciitis, my Birkenstocks (my first pair ever) are the only shoes to provide consistent relief. Since going barefoot is a no-no with this condition, these sandals are on my feet whenever I am in my house. The first day I was concerned, as I couldn't stop "flip-flopping" them on my feet...by the second day, I got the hang of it. I'll never be without a pair!

Zappos' site was very easy to use and I received my order rapidly. Zappos' picture was very accurate and matched what I received. I will be shopping with them in the future. I was referred by my sister who shops with them and was quite happy with their merchandise and service.
