I bought this mat a few months ago and I'm very happy with it! It has certainly improved my stability, comfort and gives me the support that I need. It makes practicing yoga so much easier. I would certainly recommend it!

I've been practicing yoga for a few years and my mat started deteriorating. I asked at class and several people raved about Manduka (and it's lifetime warranty). I love this mat! My hands don't slip in downward dog, it's dense enough to cushion my tallus bone, and it's long enough! Love, love, love!!!

I recently got back into yoga after a few years' break. I had been using an old cheap mat and borrowing my roommates Yogitoes grip towel and then one day, decided to get a new, high quality mat and my own Yogitoes towel. I spent a lot of time researching and decided on this Manduka PROlite Yoga Mat - Truth Blue. When the mat arrived, I noticed that it felt heavy and nice, and the mat seemed high quality. The blue is also a pretty color. I used it for the first time with my Yogitoes grip towel for a hot C2 yoga class at my nearby studio and immediately could tell the difference in quality and performance between this and my old mat. This mat doesn't slip around the floor and the towel stays better in place compared to my old mat. I definitely work up a sweat in my hot yoga classes so having a non-slippy mat is very important. The thickness is nice and my body feels good while doing all yoga positions. Needless to say, I'm happy about this purchase and plan to use it for my in studio yoga classes several times a week. This mat was a higher up front cost but I feel it's worth it for a quality product that will last for a long long time. I bought this several weeks ago because my knees hurt on my old mat when in specific poses. I asked a teacher at my studio and she suggested the pro. Because of the weight and reviews I chose the prolight version. I was not disappointed. While a bit thinner than the pro version this is perfect for my at home practice.

Since I got this mat. my practice is running very good.

This is the best mat I've found. There is no slipping or stretching and it is easy on the body.

This is my first high quality mat purchase. I decided Manduka because the Lifetime gym I go to also has them in their yoga studio and their warranty is great. I got it on sale so definitely worth the money. Light enough to not weigh a million pounds but thick enough that it is very comfortable. I look forward to breaking it in.

I've never splurged on a mat, always settling for the cheaper options, but I'm glad I did. I do hot yoga 4 times a week now, and this mat (plus a mat towel) is great. I bike 10 miles with it on my back each time and it's not too heavy. I did the salt treatment the first night and it seems a little slippery still, but I understand only time and patience will help (and the mat).

I asked a friend if this was a good mat. He said I have it and love it, so I got it. Glad I did, love it too!!!

Mat has just the right amount of cushion to support more difficult yoga poses but stable enough to move without worry.

Love the mat! Breaking it in with the salt scrub (I just did it once) definitely helped. My only disappointment is that the Jade color is not as pictured - it's a brighter teal in real life which is still nice but not what I was expecting. I probably would have picked a different color but didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it.

This is my second Mat , not that my 1st needed to be replace after 6 years...just wanted a colorful one:0) !! Great mat , no worries with slippage in hot yoga class!

During the 20+ years of plus years of practicing yoga, I've has some very disappointing mats in my life; the one that looked cool but slid everywhere, the one I thought would last forever but fell apart after one month, the one that was too thin, the one that smelled like a trash fire. Oh yes - I've had many mats.

I live in India, which is the country of origin of YOGA. I practice as well as teach yoga regularly. I had heard of Manduka mat and even seen some of the yoga practioners using it. Although i had a reasonably good mat but was not very happy with it. So i decided to procure a Manduka mat but it was not available in India so i ordered it online. It took lot of formalities and waiting like sending my details and invoice to the customs in Delhi and then waiting them to clear it. Finally the mat arrived and i was happy inspite of all the waiting, extra payment for shipment and custom duty! I have been using my Manduka mat every day for my yoga practice and can feel the difference. It is sturdy, anti skid, thick enough to have a firm grip while doing and holding the asanas. I love its colour! Manduka Yoga Mat is going to be my companion for life!

Bought this as a gift for my mum. She loves it! Doesn't move at all, it's cushion helps with her joints and it's easy to carry.

I bought my ProLite mat a month ago. It was easy to complete the recommended salt application and I'm looking forward to breaking my mat in more. Good size and length and love the color.

It's everything as advertised! Use it for room temp vinyasa and hot Pilates. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this as a travel mat for a yoga retreat in Bhutan. I was prepared not to like it as much as my Pro but I really love it! It is great and doesn't feel much different than my heavier pro. It was great for travel!

I chose this mat for a client that was just starting out in their practice. It is great and lightweight and rolls up beautifully.
