I just love it

it has been the only brand i've used since 12 years ago. It's perfect :)

Grippy mat! Love lotus green colour and the density/thickness of this mat. I still slip when my hands are sweaty, but I expected this since a closed cell mat. However, Manduka's Yoga Grip Gel takes care of this! I look forward to a long yoga practice with this mat.

Im in love! It stays in place, the grip is great (and it will only get better in time) and the color is so cute! It is definitely worth the money!

Even though I have not used it yet, it is the same as the one I have and I like it.

The mat is substantial and seems durable. I do not slide on the mat during my yoga practice, and the padding is sufficient to protect elbows and other bony parts that contact the mat and bear substantial body weight in yoga poses. I like the color a lot too.

The mat is nice for slower yoga flows. Just like its written in the description, it gets slippery quite easily. So downward facing dog etc get a little tricky. I guess retrospectively i should have bought the hot yoga mat. However, I like the feeling of the mat, the color and the fast and plastic free delivery. Overall a good mat and the price is okay if it lasts as long as promised

I love that this Mat is wide and big. Its the perfect thickness for me. My hands slip a little bit but I think it just needs to break in a little bit. So happy I finally ordered a new mat.

What a difference on my knees. The grip is great. First quality mat and enjoy it.

Oh my gosh! I have been doing yoga for about 20 years now, but this is my first Manduka Prolite mat and I now completely understand what everyone raves about! I took it out for a bedtime practice (several since) and have never felt so supported yet comfortable on a mat! The purple colour is also so soothing yet vibrant at the same time. So glad I'll never need another mat, because this is THE ONE! :D

Well the first time I used it my hands and feet slipped so much I couldnt enjoy my practice. I previously used the Eko mat and didnt have this issue. I am going to try the salt scrub and hope it helps otherwise I am disappointed

The mat is really nice, love the color. But for my Yoga practice is not enough the grip. I was really disappointed about this because I expected more about the serie PRO..

The mat was slippery and smelled bad. I have taken to putting my old mat on top of it so I can use it. Very disappointed as mat was expensive.

Great yoga mat, very compact and sturdy and beautiful. It was on sale and I wouldnt have chosen this color, but actually I love it.

These mats have it all - perfect thickness, grip, standard length longer than other brands. A superb quality mat to offer your students for studio classes.

It's light weight and still plenty of cushion! Really glad I chose this one.

I have students that really need a longer and wider mat. Having the long and wide mats available is more inclusive and elevates the experience.

My rating may be different for later but the surface of this mat is SO slippery that I cannot be still during my practice. Vigorously trying to break it in with salt but I'm not thrilled about a multi month break in period. It's not safe!

I liked the thickness and stability of the mat, it doesn't move around even on high impact sessions. It is slippery as soon as your hands starts to sweat or carry moisture. It doesn't help that the textured lines are parallel to the length of the mat, so your hands slip even more. May be if the lines were perpendicular to the mat, it would provide more traction? I did the salt treatment to help break-in the mat, used the mat 8 times in hot yoga flow and fitness classes, made no difference. I didn't want to wait and see when or if it'll break-in before the 30-day return policy expires. Overall, I like the mat but not for hot yoga/fitness classes, you'll need a towel. Customer service was prompt to provide a return shipping label etc. For what I need, I think the a GRP mat might be better.
