Mat is too heavy and I slipped a lot. Would like to exchange.

Good thickness, were I can still balance but has padding. Like the color and no strong smell. I also like the length, my whole body fits on it with a little room, Im 54.

I love the density, weight and overall functionality. I'm still in the break in process, so it's been a bit slippery, but I have no dought it will be just perfect soon.

Good materials

It's a beautiful color and I really want to love it but I've been using it regularly for a month now along with the salt recommendation and it has not decreased in slipperiness at all. It's not bad enough to where I think I'm in danger, unless I'm doing a bridge or tabletop or anything else inverted. Not sure if I can recommend getting one of these mats vs another mat that is already broken in.

I love these mats! This is my second one and my reasoning was so that when I teach online I needed a different colour to allow for poses to be seen! The purple lotus colour lets me practice and present my classes without having to buy a whole new wardrobe!

This is the worst yoga mat I've ever used. I feel unstable and unsafe due to how slippery it is. Yes, I followed all the instructions upon purchasing. Over a year of consistent use later and nothing has improved or changed. I do not feel comfortable in basic downward dog because my palms slip forward. I could see this mat being functional for a human that does not produce sweat, but that's it. I feel more steady on the $10 mat I bought at Marshall's years ago than this waste of fabric.

It's the perfect yoga mat. Firm, with good cushion and grip, and the color is beautiful.

Great quality, great grip, and half the weight of 6mm one which comes handy when carrying it around.

Perfect for on the go

Beautiful deep blue mat. Its material provides good grip for hands and feet during yoga exercises.

this is the real stuff ! thick but not too much, not slippery, no plastic smell, nice color : feels like my yoga practice will improve !!!

This is my second mat with Manduka. My first one was the Pro, which I still love. So when I needed a new one, I elected the same mat, but in the lighter weight-Prolite. Love it! My prior one is in my home gym now to rotate it. The New one goes to Yoga with me. I also ordered a pair of leggings and love those, too! Great quality products.

The mat is very slippery if you sweat even a little. What can I do? I dont like a Yoga towel

I love the color and the overall quality of the mat seems to be pretty great. I hope through time the slippery feeling in downward dog will go away as I don't have a possibility for the salt treatment in my space.
