This is one of those booties you have to try on before you go "WOW, this looks very good on, AND it feels very comfortable". I bought the grey and love it. This boot goes with everything! They're a M/W width and I'm a Medium, but I like that I have a little extra room for socks.

I absolutely "love" this boot. It's comfortable, easy to put on, and just feels good. I've had compliments on the style and I'm so happy with them.

I ordered the chocolate brown and I want to say that the color is nothing like the picture. For one it is not shiny and isn't such a red brown. The actual color is much better than what is shown. They seem a little tight as were the other two pairs of Borns I have ordered this year. I am keeping this pair because I am sure they will stretch out.

I have recently discovered Born shoes. These are as good as the rest. They are a bit difficult to get on but once on my feet, are very comfortable. I have high arches, a very high and damaged instep and plantar fasciitis so when I find a shoe that feels as good at the end of the day as it does at the start, I am happy. These do that for me. Went down 1 star for overall due to the difficulty getting them on.

I am a kindergarten teacher and spend all day on my feet. I have discovered Born brand shoes are kindest to my feet and usually are comfortable to wear the whole day. I love the look of these boots. The left fits perfect while the right is a bit tighter. I am not able to wear them to work but they are very comfortable for a few hours out and are very stylish.

Cute shoe/boot but if you have a narrow ankle the elastic side supports will not suffice. Sorry I had to return these as they are really cute!

Great boot! Very comfortable from the minute you put them on until the end of the day! Color is a little funky, kind of between a grey and a brown, but they look great with jeans!

I was very pleased with the purchasing process however the shoe doesn't fit my wife size. She has another 7.5 Born shoe which is perfect however this in model the shoe size is completely different. My question is what is the procedure for returning the shoes? I have the original boxes and she can't use the shoes so she was very disappointed. Thanks, Michael Katz!

I've no idea why anyone would call these boots grey. The color is accurately depicted in the pictures -- a basic neutral brown with a bit of a "worn-in" look. I liked the color quite a bit, but in the end decided they weren't quite as cute in person as in the pictures.

Nice fitting boot. Could use a bit more arch support; but that can be fixed. Haven't stood all day in them (I'm an instructor and often on my feet at least 8 hours of a work day); but they are comfy and stylish enough for nice khaki pants! They are a bit too casual for dress pants, but jeans are a must! They do seem a bit large and I usually wear an 8, but those were really long. A 7.5 works very nice.

These are a great looking shoe, however, I couldn't even get my foot into it! Also, they are extremely narrow, and I don't have an extra wide foot. Not for me.
