I'm a hairstylist and this shoe was comfy all day (it was a 10-hour work day)! Looks great with jeans or pants, but I wouldn't wear them with a skirt.

I love these boots. They are the most comfortable boots I've worn in a long time. What's nice is that they have a "soft" touch to the ground - no loud "clomping". I wear them casually with jeans; and I have worn them with nice dress pants. These will definitely stand the test of time; if I don't wear them out first.

I love these shoes. I where them with almost everything. They have just enough heel to be stylish without hurting your feet. Very comfortable and true to size.

Lovely and comfy, and so well made--I can tell from looking at them and also from my experience with other Born shoes that they'll last for years. I bought these to wear with jeans but have discovered that I like them with skirts too. They're chic without screaming trendy. I got the Topo color and it was a little more distressed than I would like, but some people will love that worn-in look: ranch/urban chic! Anyway, I put some brown shoe polish on mine and now I'm good to go. I suspect in time they'll wear back to the original look, but hey, it's all good. If you're on the fence, get them! Not cheap, but a bargain for the quality.

These are probably the most comfortable boots I own and I own a lot! I love them so much I bought both the brown and the black. I wish they came in a cognac color. They look fantastic with jeans and you can walk all day in them and look stylish. The leather is soft and pliable and the rubber heel makes them so good for standing for long periods. Do not hesitate or think too long, they are truly worth every penny!

I have been looking for a boot like this for four years! I have a similar pair of Clarks that are this style and I always kicked myself for not buying them in black. Problem solved! These boots are awesome. I wear them all the time and they look fabulous with jeans. They are super comfortable and stylish and I get lots of compliments on them. I am thinking of ordering more in other colors!

Loved these shoes. I normally have a problem getting shoes due to flat and wide feet...usually anywhere from 10.5 to 11. These shoes were and are amazing. I got a size 10 and they were just perfect write out of the box. I would say considering my shoe size these shoes run a half size large and have a wider with. In essence I am a changed woman since finding Zappos. It is possible to find shoes that truly fit!!!

These boots are so comfortable -- right out of the box. I love the look of boots with jeans, but sometimes even a shaft just doesn't work with the straighter leg on some of my jeans. These give a perfect look! The size was perfect. I ordered the brown -- LOVE them!

Excellent ankle boot. Perfect with jeans and comfortable all day. I have trouble with higher slip on boots, but these go on no problem and fit snugly with no concern about them sliding around. I wear them with simple ankle socks and my normal size fit perfectly. Liked them so much I am ordering a second pair in black that I had to wait to come back in stock. Highly recommend these boots which immediately became a staple in my wardrobe.

I have been looking for boots for two years. I found these on zappos.com, and thought I would give them a try. Zappos upgraded my shipping to next day air, and I received them in two days. Love them! They are so comfortable. I think the best compliment you could give on a shoe is that once you put these on, they do not hurt your feet. They are wonderful!

I fell in love with these the moment I opened the box! So very comfortable and a great heel for jeans. They are not tight anywhere. I got the gray color although they don't look gray at all. Just a nice color that is neutral. I would not hesitate to buy these again. Zappos, I love shopping with you! You make buying and returning oh so simple!

This is my first pair of booties and I\'m in love! They are very comfortable and natural-feeling, even with a bit of a heel (I\'m a flats girl, myself). They have a bit of a cowboy-boot look going on, which is super fun. I am a size 10.5 and usually find the best fit in an 11. This boot was too big in the 11, so I bought the 10 and am counting on the leather stretching after some wear.

I love these boots! They are very comfortable, typical Born, and fit my size 8 feet perfectly. I wanted something to wear under boot-cut jeans without having it go all the way up to my knee. They also have a rugged non-slip sole and will probably be good in bad weather, with a little water proofing. I got the gray color and it looks great with just about everything. Easy to slip on and off, just the right amount of height, comfy cozy and perfect!

I just love these boots I got from Zappos.com! They are perfect for everyday with jeans. I saw them in a department store, but of course, they didn't have my size. I knew Zappos would. They did. I ordered my usual size, and they were perfect. But I wasn't nervous, because I knew I could always exchange them - with no shipping costs! Zappos Rocks!

I was speculating for a long time before choosing these boots. I am very happy I did. I ordered 6.5, my normal size. They fit perfectly. However, I would recommend for anyone with wide feet to choose another type/style. I consider my feet to be on the narrow/ish side. Great with jeans. Great heel. Great boot.
