Boot in the color black, material was shiny and cheap looking. The brown pair was great quality leather and the look was what I expected.

Wrong pair was sentimpossible to reach someone to discuss my options. Sent them back to company.

I too had to order up a half size for these boots. Love the quality and always receive a compliment when I wear them. I would be a repeat customer!!

Purchased 1/2 size up as recommended. Perfect fit. No breaking in period. Beautiful leather!

I just received my boots and they fit perfectly. Love the Caramel color. I take a size 10 and bought a size 10. I did not size up as previous reviews said to do. If I had, they would have been swimming on me. Maybe I just have much narrower feet. They are comfortable out of the box and I look forward to wearing them for many years to come!

I was looking forward to buy my first pair of combat boots and researched high and low and based on all the reviews I granted me my Christmas present. I am so sad and somewhat disappointed. I wanted these boots to fit like a glove. When I put on the right boot the feel was tough and the lace felt like cardboard, I could not even tie it correctly. The left boot look ok . Immediately open ticket with support, see what they have to say.

I don't think this is an authentic website even though it looks convincing- they received my return but never processed the (preapproved) refund and there is NO customer service available! The phone number hangs up on you, all seven emails have been ignored, and the online chat never responds to a message!

I love how the Veronica boot; fits and looks great. Mine arrived with ProFoot insoles. It took me a day or two to ask myself since when does Frye put insoles in their boots? Im thinking they were from a customer who returned the boots and the insoles were never removed at Fryes return center. They are a lot better without the insoles. My regular size 9 fits great. I love these boots.

My boots were shipped promptly and I loved one pair and returned two others. They processed one return/refund but nit the other one and I can't get ahold of anyone for the life of me! I think this store is a different retailer of some kind and I'm not sure why they're allowed to use the Frye name. They never answer the phone number, have an sutomated thing that says they'll call back but never does, and it doesn't matter how many times you email the support address, they ignore you! Buyer beware!!!!

After approximately eight wears, and owning these boots for just over 60 days, the stitching came out on the top of the shoe on the piece of leather that holds the laces in. Ive reached out to Frye multiple times over the last 2 1/2 weeks. via email and telephone and have never received any response. I called again today and it would be escalated and I would receive a return phone call today. I never did. I would get a call back and I never did. Ill Ive been told by two separate representatives that answer the calls is that they only offer a 30 day return policy and theres absolutely nothing they can do. This is the most expensive shoes Ive owned and the most poorly made and Ive experienced terrible customer service. Unbelievably disappointed and threw $300 in the trash.

These are utterly gorgeous. The pictures don't do them justice- in person they're really incredible. They have a really classy glam that is an awesome take on a classic.

I read many reviews purchasing these boots, so I ordered up a half size. I ended up returning them and exchanged for my normal size. True size was perfect. I have high arches and a wider width foot. Theyre very comfortable with quality lasting leather, but wear the right socks. It makes a difference. I purchased the wine color gorgeous.

All the reviews said they run small. However, they run BIG. I am trying to exchange. I need to exchange however, FRYE sends the usps return slip. Haven't talked to a person or received the proper return slip.

Love Frye boots I have several ones. This one I love it though it ran a litter big normal am a size9 but this is a half size bigger. I will still buy 81/2 when its on sale after the holiday I hope overall great product

I got the boots, but there's a problem. The heel on the right boot is cracked and not very well glued. Also, the heels on both boots are not the same height. The right one is taller than the left one. I really want to keep them but I'm scared to wear them because I think the heels might come off. Will be returning.

I bought the Veronica Combat Boot in Wine. These are my second pair so I have a strong affinity for them. The color is gorgeous. The only thing I dont love is the size and style of the laces so I will likely find some different ones. I have flat, wide feet and usually wear an 8.5 in regular shoes but wear a 9 in these.

Absolutely size up! I have several pairs of Frye boots in size 9.5, and this was the first time I ever needed a 10. I love these boots so much! I bought the wine color first, and they were so great I snagged the black floral pair when they went on sale! They break in immediately. I get complimented on them constantly!

First when you open the box. The smell of good leather is awesome. I love these boots. This time I bought the black floral. I buy the unique boots. Yes this style does run narrow. Perfect for me. If your feet are wider go up half a size. They go with everything. I have worn them with everything. Very comfortable quality leather boot. You cannot go wrong buying this one.

Terrible!! I ordered an 8.5. They sent one foot 8 and the other foot 9.5. Also scratched. Emailed customer support 4 days ago and no response!!!
