My boyfriend raves about them...how light they are, how well they grip and how good they look. I tried to get the same pair for myself but they didn't have my size. They truly look awesome. It's a classy looking tennis shoe.

This shoe is the perfect blend of weight lifting and running shoe. Thank you inov8 for finally coming up with a shoe that can do both! I have tried all the fancy athletic shoes and by far these top them all. The grip on the bottom gives great stability and the lightness of shoe feels like you are not even wearing shoes. I ended up buying another pair in a different color. Thank you again inov8!

Was looking for a crossfit type of shoe. I have tried the minimus and other low profile shoes. The inov8 195 are the perfect fit. The low profile shoe with the rubber sole definitely makes a big difference when lifting. This shoe is very light for running as well. One of the best purchases I have made this year! The size of shoe does run a little big but I like it cause it gives me more room.

Awesome! I just got these and wore around the house for an hour or so. I wear only minimalist type shoes for everything from work to working out. These are awesome. They are not as minimalist as my VFF's of course but they are nice. They are a little narrower through the toe area than my Merrell barefoot and a pair of New Balance Minimus that I have but not uncomfortably so and my feet are reasonably wide. I thought they were very true to my usual size. I can't wait to wear these for everything, running, work and whatever else!
I'd also recommend:
Merrell Barefoot, New Balance Minimus

These are excellent! I am on my feet all day and these sneakers are light as air. I feel support and cushioning with every step. I don't have to take them off as soon as I get home. Fit like gloves. I get lots of compliments on their style. I recommend them to anyone!

I love these! Bought them for my crossfit work outs but ended up getting another pair for regular wear. They are so comfortable. I did find them to run a little big.

I absolutely love these shoes. They are a very slim shoe so if you are used to bigger bulkier shoes these are definitely going to feel weird. For me personally they did run a half size smaller than the shoes I usually get (Puma, UA) so keep that in mind when ordering.

Love this shoe! They are, as many have stated, a half size to big. I ordered a 13 because that is my true size, but I should have ordered a 12.5. I wear this shoe as my daily and workout shoe, and I would highly recommend them. At first they can appear to be lacking in the quality department, but they are very good quality shoes! I have abused the crap out of these shoes and they show no wear. Buy them, you will not regret! Wish I could have sent them back for a half size smaller though.

I've been wearing Vibram Five Fingers to work out for several years now and really love how I can balance and feel grounded. But I needed a regular shoe for Krav Maga because I kept ripping my Five Fingers when I pivoted on my toes to kick. So I started looking for a minimalist shoe that would work. I tried Merrell's Barefoot Glove (several models) as well as New Balance Minimus and Brooks Pure Grit. None of them gave me the same light and minimal feel as the Five Fingers. Then I stumbled across the Inov-8 F-lite 195s. These are the closest things I've found to the barefoot feel in a shoe that has a tiny bit of cushion. I can run in these without any issues and they're great for Krav. I still prefer my Five Fingers for strength/agility training because I can use my toes to balance. But I bet many people will prefer these, if not just for the looks alone. As for fit, I wear a 10.5 in these and that's the same with my other shoes. The toe box has plenty of room and they don't narrow in the mid foot so much like the Merrells that made them uncomfortable. You can really cinch these down tight for a secure fit too. So far they are holding up great to the beating I put them through. And the mesh is very breathable. When I run or even walk fast I can feel cool air over my toes which is awesome.

These are fantastic running shoes. I use them mainly to walk a three mile loop on pavement and packed dirt. They are very lightweight and comfortable. It's like walking barefoot only with some cushioning in the heel. They do run a bit narrow which worked great for me. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and needed a 9 in these.

This is my first pair of minimalist shoes, and so far I'm loving them. They were extremely comfortable right out of the box. As others have said, these are narrow, but they do stretch, which I think is the point.

I love my shoes! My daughter had some of the shoes and liked them so much I ordered some for myself. I am usually very hesitant about purchasing shoes online, not knowing how the shoes fit, etc. I like the way the shoes fit (right on for size), plus a bonus - the shoes are so light. Love them!

I have had these shoes for a week now and so far so good. They look and feel great! I have used them for the gym, running outside and on the treadmill short distances (3 to 4 miles). There is definitly a difference in the support area so I am still adjusting to that. My feet do not hurt but I am experiencing some sorness in my legs due to the minimalist aspect of the shoe. I assume it is due to using muscles that are not normally used with regular running shoes. The do run a half size too big. I initially ordered a size 12 and had over an inch of space at the front of the shoe. I returned them and got a 11.5 and they fit. They are very snug but not uncomfortable.

I'm a huge fan of Merrell Barefoot shoes and appreciate minimalist shoes in general. However, as I was just getting started in minimal running, I began having runner's knee and foot muscle fatigue problems. I was on the hunt for a slightly firmer sole, but with a neutral (close to zero-drop) footbed. I settled on the Inov 8 f-lite 195. They were comfortable straight out of the box and make a great running and gym shoe. I actually use them most often to teach a spin class where we get on and off the bike a lot. They fit well into the toe clips and work well for the functional fitness exercises we do on the mat. My only complaints would be regarding trail runs. Admittedly, these aren't trail shoes, but work well on the trail as well, with two caveats. 1.) There's no rock plate on the sole, so big or sharp rocks can and do poke into the sole of your foot. 2.) The toe of the shoe is super soft and flexible (desirable in a road shoe), but if you stub your toe on a root or rock--wow, wow, wowie--does it ever hurt. Nice shoes. I own two pairs. The first ones have over 300 miles on them and show a little tread wear and some wear around the toes. Second pair have less than a hundred miles on them and are as great as the first pair. Full disclosure: I bought the first pair from naturalrunningstore.com which is also a great shoe company.

I love these shoes. I have had them for about eight months. They are my training shoes. The only negative is the white portion on the side of the soles flaked off after the first time I wore them because it is a latex. Other than that they are the best shoes that I have used for training.

The color is nice and the fit is right on. I bought them for a running clinic I was starting and wanted a shoe with less lift in the heal. So far so good. A very comfortable shoe and I plan on putting a lot of miles on them.

I absolutely LOVE these shoes. My personal trainer has a pair and was raving about them so I decided to get them. These are literally the BEST shoes I have ever owned. They make a HUGE difference at the gym with weightlifting and CrossFit. I can't say enough good things about these shoes. They are worth every penny and if you're thinking about buying them, do it already! I don't think I'll ever wear a different shoe to the gym again!
I think the shoes may run a half size bigger. I ordered a half size smaller than I normally would and they fit perfectly.

I absolutely love these shoes. Very low heel to toe drop. Super lightweight, yet very sturdy upper. A "natural" fit all around. They're so comfortable, I am wearing them around town, in addition to during workouts.

I think I have finally found the perfect shoe. No more experiments! I purchased the F195 from Zappos based on my minimalistic coach's recommendation. My feet are a bit wide and so the UK 8 that I first ordered was not comfortable. I exchanged for 8.5 and it initially felt tight, but it expands a bit and feels perfect. What I like the most is the outer material at the toes and heel are made of a tough material, so will not tear when you bump a rock...I run 2 times a week and this has lasted me a year. Of course now the sole does not have the initial suspension. So I ordered my second pair. The black is one of the few sports shoes that looks decent in jeans or shorts. All I have to do is pop this into my washing machine and it comes out looking like new. The laces are also amazing, even a small tug tightens really well. All in all, it fits like a glove for me and lasts long (I hate to shell out $100 every other month!)

Downright excellent shoes! Great for crossfit and staying back on your heals when lifting...and they do really well for running too! Super light...I won't say it makes box jumps fun...because you know I would be nuts...but at least they're a bit easier.

Great for Crossfit! They give me the stability for lifts I was looking for and are fun to run in as well. I wear an 11 in Nikes and 10.5 in these fit me great. Highly recommend.

Was very excited to get these out of the box and over the Crossfit Box. I love them. I felt comfortable doing everything in them. Lifting, running, jumping...etc. Didn't want to take them off when I got home. Love the color too.

Lived up to the hype. Better looking in person. Perfect amount of cushion to be able to feel like a minimalist shoe while still providing some comfort.

I've had vibrams and Nike Free's before this. Was looking for a crossfit shoe that was somewhere in the middle between those and this is definitely it. Great minimalist shoe. I used to wear vibrams on squat days and my Frees on running days, but now this is the only shoe I need. They run very large though! I normally wear a mens US 12 and had to go all the way down to an 11.5. They are a snug fit, so you'll want to wear thin socks with them too. Very happy with the shoe.
