I usually buy the Women's Kadee work flats and have been buying them for years. But since Crocs do not come in half-sizes I have to buy the Size 9 Kadee and must wear socks to keep the back of the Kadee from popping off. When I saw the Alice work flat with the strap, I thought it would be ideal. But something about the way the heel is tacked on to the Alice work flat makes it feel as if the heels are crooked and likely to cause a misstep or accident. I hated them by the time I walked from my family room to my car in the garage. They would be so much better if the heels were molded like the heels on the Kadee work flat.

I have two pair of "Mary Jane" flats that have the signature croc holes in them. I lost my black pair and wanted to get another pair just like them BUT I can't find them. They are really loose fitting but not quite as bulky looking as the original Crocs. I sent this pair back as I have others like them that are tight fitting on my foot.

I bartend so I thought these non slip crocs would be great work shoes, but now I'm limping. It feels like my ankles are fractured. I wore them for four shifts and now I'm in so much pain. Idk if it's the hard shoe itself or the support, but something caused this and I'm pretty sure it was these shoes.

Do not not not like this shoe. Super cute but their is no center support so it feels like your foot is dropping when you step. Going back.

I bought this shoes because I LOVE my classic Crocs which are sooooo comfortable for long days in my feet. I can't wear backless or sling back shoes at work. I bought these ugly shoes because I thought they would feel like Crocs BUT THEY SO NOT. I wore them ONE TIME and was in so much pain at the end of the night I was in tears. I can't return them because I wore them so now I'm stuck with these shoes I'll never wear!

There are several bullet points to make about this shoe.
1. When they say it fits large, think clown shoe. For Bigfoot.
2. Shipping took forever. I was forced to keep them even tho they fit like if ordered them for the Sasquatch because they took too long to arrive. It took three pairs of socks to keep them from flying off my feet.
3. The first month, the right heel peeled off the sole in the middle of a shift flapping around like the kitchen managers mouth when she's in the weeds. This allowed floor garbage juice to get caked in between the heel flap and the shoe so gluing it back proved impossible.
4. The final straw happened yesterday that forced me to write this review. The little strap that feebly tried to keep the giant shoe strapped to your foot committed harakiri in an attempt to bring some sort of honor back to the crocs name brand. Sadly, it's sacrifice came too late. There is no redeeming this shoe ever.
I have never been so disappointed in a purchase in my life, including sea monkeys in the 70's.

Over priced. Took over 3 weeks to receive item and they aren't what I was expecting for comfortable work shoe. Terrible company!

The strap broke at the clip after one day of wear. I had to wrangle the strap back on because I didn't want to deal with the return and wait for a replacement. There is no ventilation in these shoes, so my feet get clammy and they make funny noises when I walk down the hall at work. They might be better as river or garden shoes.

I use the crocs for work. I am very dissatisfied; my feet hurt worse after wearing these shoes than they did before. I'll try a different style.

These shoes run small. They are not breatheable, I wore them for 1shift with cotton liner socks( if you don't wear socks your feet make horrid farting noises)....at the end Of my day my feet were awoken and it looked like I was standing in a puddle of water all day. I wore them a second time to see if the first was just a matter of breaking the shoes in... I was wrong. I have worn crocs for well over 10 year and have never had such a horrible expierence with their products... not to mention their customer service.

They cut into the middle of my foot where the strap is and caused blisters. Also, the shoes made me feel sweat really bad. Not happy with the shoes.

The plastic is very stiff. I have purchased 4 pairs in the past and love them. They have always been my favorite shoe. I keep one pair for indoors and one pair for outdoors. I love that I can wash them off. However, the new pair that I just ordered is very stiff and uncomfortable. I emailed customer service and was advised that they have not changed. I can clearly see and feel the difference.

I really wanted to like this shoe, but I guess they don't make half-sizes. I'm a size 11 in most shoes, with wide feet. I got a 10 first. Those were tight, especially at the toe bed. I returned those and got an 11. Those were too big; felt like a little kid trying on mama's shoes. So... back to Zappo's warehouse they go. Sad.

Bought these at Goodwill, and found out why they were there. Your foot rests on your heel and the ball, with your arch suspended in mid-air inside the shoe. I have high arches, and it didn't even come close to supportive. I use them to paint in for an hour at a time, maybe.

These are not equivalent to WW shoes as I was told they would be by online customer service.
