The non-skid sole makes this shoe not as cooshie as other crocs. This is the 2nd style I have tried with the non-skid sole and same result. The comfort lasts 3 hours and then my feet are hurting and I'm having to change into my standby crocs at lunch time. With my other crocs I can go 7 hours with out my feet hurting. The non-skid makes the sole more stiff and less coosh. I wear them for everyday and not for work. Still searching for a comfortable non-skid work shoe.

I have been a fan of crocs for several years as my work-shoe, because they can withstand the physical part of my job ( kitchen ) and still look professional in a meeting. However, I don't like my most recent purchase; "Alice Work". A good looking shoe, yes, but it is very painful from my foot to my upper leg. I have found myself brining two pairs of shoes to work, so I can change when Alice starts hurting me. I will remain a loyal Crocs customer; but not to Alice Work.

The shoe ran very large i'm normally an 81/2 so I went up to a 9 although the shoe runs large I did like the style and will order another pair in a smaller size. P.S. I passed the 9 onto a family member who loved the shoe.

I wear it for very short periods daily to walk the dog at the park. An earlier version was great, but when I bought a pair this year, the soles (in both shoes) became detached in just a couple of weeks.

They are very uncomfortable. My toes are compacted in the front of the shoe and I get blisters. They look weird wearing socks and stockings.

I don't like it at all. It's all rubber and makes my feet sweaty. A disappointment

The length and width were fine, but the placement of the heel made it impossible to wear.

SO disappointed, I wanted desperately to love these shoes. First pair arrived and when I walked, the left shoe sounded like I was stepping on a suction cup. Called customer support, who very nicely sent out a second pair. They're worse than the first. Both shoes make horrible squeaking noises when I walk. Too annoying to even wear around the house. Would never wear in public.

I bought these to wear at work. They leave my feet in so much pain at the end of my shift that they throb and I can barley walk. Will not buy again.

DON'T buy these if you work in retail, restuarant, hospital or any job that requires standing for long periods of time. Horrible support.
I wore them once for a 6hour shift.
I work in retail so I'm on my feet a lot. These shoes don't have enough support to be comfortable. I knew the shoe was narrow, so I wore them without socks and some powder to keep them from sticking to my feet. NOT THE BEST IDEA.
4hours into my shift I had blisters and had to sit for a bit. My arches were in pain too. I tried to wear them again with socks thinking it would help, but the shoe was still uncomfortable. Almost impossible to wear with socks.
I wear a size 11.
Crocs makes nice durable shoes...but this cute shoe...isn't meant for work. Unless you sit in a chair all day. If that's the case, why are they slip resistant??

Caused horrible blisters and foot would slip out of shoe. Not enough foot support for Food service industry. I really wish this shoe worked out. Still on the hunt for no slip good shoes.

I work in retail and walk on concrete. I have hard surface floors at home. I wear other crocs that do not make my feet hurt like these do. Not sure how they can call this a work shoe. Perhaps for people who sit at a desk? They are NOT suitable for walking on concrete or hard floors for 8 hours straight. I can not put them on at the beginning of the day and forget about them. My feet start hurting after wearing/ walking in them for 2 hours. I do not recommend them at all and truly regret spending money on them.

For some reason this particular pair of shoes hurt my foot, along the toe area. I can wear them once a month, for a few hours. I can't wear them, two days, in a row, because of the pain to the right foot. I have never had this happen before. However, they are really cute. I love the way they look, I just can't wear them as much as I intended.

Initially, when I tried these on right after getting them in the mail, they seemed great but when I actually went to wear them out and around to go shopping I found them fairly uncomfortable and could not wait to get home and take them off, unlike all my other Crocs. I bought these as I needed something a bit dressier and they have the non-skid sole which is very important to me but I felt wobbly in them as the heel is very narrow and the vamp cut into the tops of my feet. I'm not sure if I'll wear them again.
