This shoe was so comfortable! I hated that I couldn't wear it! I have a bunion and the way the top was cut, it came right across that bunion. I usually wear an 8 1/2, but was able to wear an 8 in this shoe. The comfortability would make it a great work shoe if you can wear that type of cut.

I ordered these for work because I'm on my feet the whole time. They are great! They do run large, I am a size 7.5 in everyday shoes, but for these I needed a 6. They are a little snug in the toe, but they do stretch out after a couple weeks. I wear mine with thin trouser socks and they are both cute and Very comfortable once they conform to your foot. Extremely slip resistant, so they are great if you work where there could be wet floors. However, if you do have a wide foot I don't think these would be the right shoes for you, they are narrow.

I was excited to try the Alice shoe, as Mary Janes are my favorite style. I found they were a bit narrow compared to my other Crocs and will need to try them in the next size. Other than that they were Very comfortable and I look forward to seeing just how durable they are in use.

These came close to being right. Very comfortable, but the straps are too long and hover above my feet. I have since bought a different style from a local Crocs outlet in Lancaster, PA and they are perfect! I now have 4 pairs of Crocs which are my favorite shoes and will donate these to Goodwill. Thank you for being so patient and helpful with my returns.

I bought these pair of crocs mostly for working in the kitchen. They fit snuggly on my feet. I purchased a similiar pair but ordered my normal size and they were always falling off. They serve there purpose and are attractive with a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. They gave me the support I needed for the time that I stand in them.

I bought the brown and black in this style. I wear an 8 1/2 normally so I ordered the 8 as I was warned that it ran big. It is still really big. I tried on the next size down (7) and it's way too tight. If these came in half sizes it would be absolutely perfect but since it doesn't... I have to either stuff my shoe or just put up with it slipping off my heel all day. I bought little gel inserts I put on the back of the heel to make other shoes fit perfectly but NOTHING sticks to the croc material. Thank goodness for the strap!

It's better than being barefooted! I work on my feet all day long and so far I have had no problems with them. I usually wear 7 but as I read the previous reviews I ordered 6and they fit perfect.

I ordered these. I am ordered a size smaller because of all the reviews saying that they ran to big and everyone had to exchange for a smaller size. Well as it turns out, they were too small for me and now I have to return and exchange them.

I am usually a size 8 1/2 to 9 so I ordered a 9 since there are no half sizes and they were HUGE! I quickly returned them and purchased an 8 which I haven't worn since 6th grade so I was worried. Sure enough, they fit perfectly! They are sooooo comfortable, the soles are very squishy and supportive, I feel like I walk faster with less labor while wearing these and they felt great even when I had to spontaneously run for the bus. The only complaints I have about them is that they show my toes a little too much and since they're rubber, they don't breathe which I fix by wearing socks.

I was working for a cruise on my feet 12 hours a day 7 days a week and needed a flat that would look presentable with dress pants - my normal flats were killing my feet! These had the support and flexibility and comfort to last me all day long. Size runs large, I normally wear 8-8.5 and had to return for 7. Easy to clean!! Comfortable to wear with tights or bare feet. Love my crocs!

I bought these in the black and brown for working in a hospital. The black are defective with the left shoe being a whole size larger although they are both marked correctly. Back these go. The brown are perfect. I would not suggest these if you have a narrow foot as they will not stay on and you will ultimately get hurt tripping on them. The brown are Very comfortable and hopefully they will send me a pair of black that will fit.

I love these shoes, I finally ordered a pair and I ordered size 7 and they are like a whole size too big for my feet. I have to return these and order a size smaller but I am still going to purchase the smaller size. I can't wait to actually wear them. When I called Crocs, the lady was very nice and processed my return immediately. I am looking forward to the right size, I usually wear 6.5 or 7, but I will have to order a size 6 because of how large they run

The shoe itself is great. But the stap on top isn't meant to fit women. I am also 8 months pregnant with swollen feet and its still way too big.

Glad I read others' helpful and accurate reviews about the size running small --this issue *is* a definite consideration. I usually wear a 7 in other croc styles (ABF-Flips, Athens, Patricia, etc.), but the Size 6 fits well in the Alice-Work shoe. I teach at an area college and so far, find these shoes to be comfortable when standing, sitting, or walking, and versatile enough to wear with many colors and outfits.

I bought these crocs for work. After reading the reviews, I decided to go down one size and ordered a 7 (I'm usually 8 or 8 1/2), especially since I have other size 8 crocs which are just a little big. It was too small, sadly. I wear socks when I work, and I hadn't factored that in. The Alice has little bumps to sit underneath the space of the toes, but the bumps were sitting too far forward, underneath the pads of my toes. Also my pinkie toe was being squished. I think I should have stuck with an 8, and I would have been fine. I'm really sorry too; they seemed like they would have been quite comfy once they had molded to my feet (and if they had been the right size). That's why I gave it four stars.

I got this pair of shoe in brown and it looks really cute, but the shoes ended up being a bit too big :(

I work with a financial advisor, so I need to look smart and professional. These do both, with my suits and slacks. In addition, they don't slip and slide when it (occasionally) rains here (or a water main bursts!), so I don't end up plunked on my butt (very unprofessional looking!) They run a little large--I got some silicone heel grippers to get mine to stay in place--very nice! They are comfy and provide arch support with flexibility and a great look.

Great work shoe- the strap helps keep the shoe from shifting or the heel slipping out, which I really love. This means you don't end up pushing your toes down all the time and straining your tendons. I work long hours in retail and I don't even need my arch insets when I wear these- and the nonslip tread is really good on different surfaces.

I purchased these shoes online without being able to try them on. I figured since I am usually a 7 to 7 1/2 in other shoes I would be close to a 7 in crocs. But when they arrived in the mail they were way too big! So I reordered them in a size 6 and they fit perfectly. My advice is order them in a size smaller than you normally wear

These are cute and are a little dressier than a lot of other Crocs styles. I am supposed to wear orthotics all the time, but the only shoes I can find that they fit in are very expensive and usually not very cute. This is the first shoe I have found that I can wear (without orthotics) for 8 hrs. without a lot of pain. I had hoped the heel would be more cushioned feeling. Since they don't have vents, feet start to sweat when the weather is warmer, but overall, this is a great shoe!

Love the look! They're lightweight. I should've ordered a 6.5. I'm a 7 normally and they slide off because they are loose. I pulled the tags off thinking I could wear them with a sock, but it didn't help enough. I'm also concerned that the material may not be durable enough.

Wore them a few times, pretty good but not a lot of support like the regular crocs, which I love. They look nice but not really sure I can spend the whole day at work wearing them and be as comfortable as wearing the other crocs I own.

Super cute but the fit is tight

I tried to use these for work..however.. I could not wear them for long. My toes were cramping, they dug into my heels. Although they look cute on, they were not comfortable. Ive never had this issue with crocs before.

I am a bartender and I am in my feet for hours. These tend to rub on my small toe and leave a blister even if I am wearing socks. Other than that they are comfortable but would not purchase again.
