Nice shoe, very comfortable. I am on my feet for 10 hours at work. At about the 8th hour I notice my toes beginning to rub on the sides. Since they are made of rubber your feet will sweat. For the price, they are a great comfy shoe! I was worried about them looking awful since they are Crocs. They are actually pretty cute!

I wear these at work (I'm an RN). They look cute with scrub dresses. They are pretty comfortable. No one knows I'm wearing Crocs! these run a full size big. They do get broken in as you wear them. I normally wear a seven in shoes and I wear a six in these.

Comfortable. The plastic Crocs material made my feet sweaty and gave me some blisters. But they are fine if i wear them with socks.

I decided to go with this shoe as I had recently switched to a standing desk at work and wanted something that would look good for the office while being comfortable enough to stand in all day. Overall, these fit the bill. My one complaint would be that they are a bit narrow through the middle where the strap attaches. Whereas most shoes would stretch over time to accommodate foot width, because of the rubbery material these don't, and it took some time for me to develop calluses in the right places. These really rubbed and pinched the arch of my foot for several weeks before that happened.

Some great points, and a few not-as-good points, but overall I like this shoe! First, the good: I have wide feet, with my right being a little wider than my left, which can make for some comical moments in shoe stores. I had no problems whatsoever with these shoes from the get-go. They were very comfortable for both feet, and I didn't have any sore spots, which I often have across the tops of my feet or on the outside of my pinkie toes. The nubs on the inside soles are nice for a little massage, but not too high where they irritate your feet after standing for a while. They're especially nice for when I've been standing a lot, and need to rub a little feeling back into my feet. ...and the not-so-good: The Mary Jane strap seems placed a little far back toward the ankle than other similar styles, so it looks just a little weird to my eye. That could just be me, though. I wish I could say this has arch support, because it does have heel support. But there's nothing I can feel underneath my arches, so if you really need that, this probably isn't the shoe for you. Overall, though, I'd order these again. (In fact, I think I will -- in brown!)

These shoes have served me well in my job. They aren't very slip-resistant, which combined with the fact that they're large can be problematic. Otherwise they're comfy and kind of cute, which is pretty much as good as it gets when it comes to work shoes.

In many ways, this shoe is just what I was looking for - a comfy, slightly dressy shoe to wear in the summer, and that only takes a second to slip on. I'm slightly disappointed by the support - the sole feels lumpy in places, and overall I wish it was thicker. Also, it gave me blisters after I walked around in them for a little bit (though maybe it was my fault too for not wearing socks). Overall, I am glad I got them.

I bought these shoes in espresso - browns can be tough - they are good for the season transition from summer to autumn when all I see in the closet are sandals or boots. This is my first pair of Crocs. I followed the other reviews and bought an 8 for my 8.5 foot. Fit is fine until the middle, end of day when feet swell just enough for them to become uncomfortable. Also tried the microwave tip that another customer recommended to stretch them a little...may need to try this one again. (If you do this, go for short 'nuke' periods) :)

Crocs are always comfortable at the begining. Theseones were ok but then hours later, the buttons on the sides hurt my feet. I guess my feet were very wide However, they are cute. People do not even think they are Crocs.

I've worn these to work several days a week this whole summer. They took a few wears to break in, but are now probably the most comfortable shoes I own. I don't think it's too obvious that they are plastic Crocs from a distance. They do get pretty sweaty and stinky, though, since I tend to walk outdoors during my lunch break. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9. I got a 9 and they fit me perfectly. I would definitely buy them again.

I'm a teacher who is on her feet all day and needed comfy shoes that weren't tennis shoes. These shoes are cute with their simplicity and so comfy but I'm bummed they don't come in half sizes because they run about a half size too big. I usually wear a size 7 but they were too big, I tried the 6 and it was too small, 6.5 would have been perfect.

I am between sizes and would have kept these except there is a ridge between the toes and foot to align your foot and it is too close to the top in 8 making my toes crunched but the 9 was much too large overall.

I like these shoes, but there is a weird toe bar thing under the toes that I will need to get used to. I also have the Kaydee croc and those are much more comfortable. I wish they came in wide and half sizes, a 9 is just a bit snug, and 10 is too big.

These shoes are comfortable and cute. My only problem with them is that the heel doesn't go up very far, so they slip a little, but the strap makes it not a big issue.

I should have listened to the reviewers who suggested getting a size smaller. I ordered an 8, and my feet were swimming in them.
Luckily I was able to pass them along to a friend, and re-ordered... in a size down!
I love that they are understated, but comfortable and durable. Due to the built-in support, these were the only shoes I could wear after spraining my ankle.
The waterproof design will make wet walks to work a whole lot more bearable!

Not everyone is emploiyed lwhere you can openly put on a pair of Crocs clogs to work, some higher end retailers, for instance, but wear these and they won't be able to tell otherwise! Alice is an ADORABLE shoe, with all the Crocs comfort you expect, and even a little bit girly. It's gently priced, too. This shoe is a happy addition to my Crocs collection and a great pair of Crocs...that look nothing Crocs. - SiobhanO "20 Pairs and Counting!"

I purchased the Alice Work crocs and they are very cute. Unfortunately, I returned them as they were too large. The size 8 shoe seems to be more of a size 9. I will be placing an order for a size 7 and am sure they will be a great shoe for me, but wanted to post they actually do run large.

I did as they recommended and bought a size smaller for my 11.5 size foot. The 11 touched my toe when I sat, and I knew it would be too snug if I had to walk long in them. (Which is weird, because my last 2 pairs of size 11 crocs seem quite roomy.) So I sent them back... (do you realize what a huge deal "sending something back" is when you are a homeschooling mother of 4 with a husband that works 90 hours? It's huge.) and got 12's. The 12's swim on me. So I get to go back to the post office with 4 kids in tow, get to spend shipping costs three times (luckily they didn't charge me shipping on my re-order,) and I still have no shoes. I'd go to the store, but there is never any selection for women in the 11-12 range. Especially in the 11.5 range. Nobody's fault. Just annoying.

I LOVE these shoes, and wear them all spring/summer/fall rain or shine. They're super comfortable, cute, and versatile. The only problem is that the strap stretches out and therefore wears out much faster than the rest of the shoe. When the strap gets too long, it moves around and rubs against the top of my foot, causing blisters. I tried talking to Crocs about getting a replacement strap but these particular straps were not available. Design team: Work on this?!

I bought these shoes for something comfortable while i was working and constantly on my feet. I have gotten so many compliments on them as well. Because they don't even really look like crocs. I have about 4 or 5 regular pairs of crocs, so it was a little different that I had to go a size down 7 (my normal size is an 8) but they fit fine. I really love them and would recommend them. If you are looking for comfort and cuteness than these Alice Work shoes are definitely for you!

Good work shoe unless you're on your feet all day - I haven't given these a real workout yet, but they don't seem quite as comfy as other Crocs I've worn. However, no blisters, no pinching, nice soft sole, seem true to size, comfy enough. They are solid plastic/rubber and there is zero breathability, which is good for washing, bad for sweaty feet. The toe cleavage is a bit much. But overall a nice shoe.

Website suggests when shopping for 1/2 size go down to next size. Therefore it runs small
I would have been better off w/ net size up, but I had to wear them to know that and
can't return them.
I have a high arch and strap cuts across "tight". Perhaps strap is short, but it
could just be my arch.

Absolutely the best shoes I've ever purchased for work. Not as comfortable as other crocs I own, but these look better for work. A good mix of comfort and work-style. Very happy with the price and the purchase in general.

I work at a Sonic and these shoes have been awesome by meeting my company standards, minus the toe cleavage it reveals, with black socks its not so noticeable. It took me alternating between this shoe and my old ones for a few weeks before my feet became comfortable with them and stopped getting blisters. After that it was smooth sailing. I have enjoyed them and have had many compliments from people I know from other businesses around my town. I always recommend crocs to any and everyone one I know.
