I'm not a Crocs wearing person normally, but I bought this pair and another regular pair to see if wearing them around the house would help my plantar fasciitis. I returned the other pair and kept the Mercy Work because you could really feel the difference in the cushioning in this shoe. I still think they are UGLY, BUT I wasn't buying them for beauty. I wanted comfort and cushioning and that's what I got.

This shoe was way too big for my 9 1/2 foot. I was informed they run big so I am returning for a smaller size. Wish you had half sizes.

I am so happy with these shoes! I was skeptical about buying these shoes but I am so glad I did. They have great cushion and are very comfortable. They are stylish and they have good traction so you do not trip, slip or slide. They are well worth the money.

I love these shoes. I have been looking for a comfortable shoe for sometime because of foot pain after developing bone spurs on both feet. I am a nurse and can be on my feet for 13 to 14 hours at a time. These shoes are so comfortable. Before these shoes, I had been coming home with foot pain and had to keep popping Motrin. No more. These shoes are wonderful. I just wish I had gotten them sooner. The shoes are true to fit and not as big as a normal Croc. I like the design as it isn't as clunky looking as the traditional Croc. I just can't say enough good things about them. It was worth every penny I paid for these babies.

These were true to size butt he toe box is more slender than original Crocs. My bad feet needed 3-4 shortish wearings to break them in but now they are like well known friends, I love them.

I thought these looked much cuter than the regular style Crocs, so I took a chance and ordered them. I'm on my feet for a 4 hour shift and was pleasantly surprised how comfortable these were. I wore them with socks because I need the extra padding and adsorption. They were great, my feet were happy all day and I got compliments on how cute they were!

The size 10F Mercy Work Crocs were almost a half a size too large but sox were a fine correction. Most Crocs tend to look even bigger (wider) than they are but this style, with the pattern on top, made it look much smaller than other crocs. As usual, Zappos outdid themselves. I ordered them on a Tuesday, about 4 pm. Next day I had a note dated 3 am Wednesday saying they were being shipped. The next day, Thursday, the Crocs were on my front porch. How can that be? Zappos must have a warehouse up the street from my house in Omaha. But they do not have a warehouse in Nebraska! This is just further proof that I live in the Twilight Zone. (Key in every music.)

Great shoes, Crocs are always good. Just got these because my old ones finally wore out. Cute and functional year round. Great indoor shoes - my chiropractor recommended them instead of slippers.

I ordered this shoe for working outside in the garden this summer. I usually wear a 9.5 in most shoes. I ordered this shoe in a 9, because they do not come in half sizes. I feel that it fits really good. Shoe is a little stiff at first but will break in after you wear them a while. The shape of the toe is a little different than the classic Crocs, but I like the shape for this style. I am glad I purchased these.

I used to own a pair of Crocs Bistros. When those wore down, I opted to purchase a pair of the Crocs Mercys to replace them. The first noticeable difference is the toe box, a lot narrower than my previous pair. This took a lot of getting used to. After breaking them in, they were just like every pair of Crocs I own and comfy! I followed the advice of those who have purchased this shoe and picked up a size smaller than my regular shoe size. I wish I hadn't. The only way I can avoid having my toes pushed too far forward is by keeping the straps on the top of the shoe. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, apart from the shoe size. I'm on my feet at work for about 10 hours every day, and these shoes definitely make it easier to get through it.

Bought for daughter to wear while working at her college restaurant job -- she says they are very comfortable. Shipped very quickly and no shipping charges!

The most comfortable shoe I have ever worn! I size down one size in Crocs and they fit perfectly. This style is sleeker than most Croc clogs. They sent the wrong color the first time but Zappos replaced the next day. Best customer service out there!

Very comfortable and soft shoes from the first day I put them on. I work on my feet for 12 hours and these shoes give me the least problems at the end of the day. Needless to say, they're the cheapest pair I own for the job. I have other expensive pairs of work shoes but not as comfortable as these Mercy.

I bought these specifically for gardening, of which I do every day. I used to have the original Crocs with the vent holes, but dirt and water always found their way in. These shoes keep my feet clean and dry, and believe me they get a lot of abuse. Love them and would not hesitate to buy these again when my current pair need to be replaced.

These are my second pair of Mercy work clogs. I initially purchased a pair of NurseMates, because we are required to wear all white shoes. Those shoes were evil. They were at least a half size larger and my feet were killing me after standing for 4 hours. These are great, and can be washed/sanitized.

These are so comfortable! I am on my feet all day and they are wonderful. Zappos is fabulous for their fast shipping!

Love these! They're so cute and comfy for long days on my feet at the hospital. They do seem to run just a tad big but I wear socks so it works fine.

Love these! I'm a nurse and have been in Danskos for the past 2 years. My feet have been killing me lately so I knew it was time for a change. I've had Crocs before, but the type with the holes have been outlawed in my institution. The Mercy Work style is fantastic! A nice closed toe, not too wide, not too narrow, nice arch support, and adequate instep height, and awesome heel cushion. These aren't going to show the scuffs like my Danskos do, so they will look a little nicer a little longer. With the money I've saved getting Crocs instead of Danskos I'll be able to splurge on a pair of non-work shoes too! Oh, and the shipping from Zappos totally rocks! Ordered on Saturday and shoes were on my doorstep Monday morning!

I bought these as a birthday gift for someone; I received them the very next day! She loved them and will not be returning them. All of my buying and returning experiences with Zappos have always been smooth, easy and no hassle transactions. A wonderful company to deal with!

The shoes are comfortable but are 1/2 to 1 size bigger than normal. Had to exchange for smaller size. The customer service is great.

I am a pharmacist at a chain store and standing for 12 hours a day is a nightmare if wearing flats or poorly cushioned work shoes. I wanted "professional" looking shoes for work that were comfortable but not expensive like Danskos or Hush Puppies. These are perfect when wearing long pants. I had to get a full size smaller than normal because these run large. Even in a smaller size there is still adequate room for my foot to spread out naturally when I put weight on it. Good for me because I have wider-set feet. The only worry I have is that my feet will sweat and slip when not wearing socks because there is no ventilation. But that is a small price to pay to avoid pain!

Great shoe for my wide foot. Protects my feet during surgery. Comfy for the eight hour day.

These are terrific, feel like the old sizing. Other Crocs that I have recently ordered and received were way too wide and the product was very stiff. These are fantastic.

I work as a RN on night shift (12 hours) and use Danskos and alternate with Birks. My feet still ache. I love my Crocs but still never wear the same shoe two days in a row. The shoe is a true fit, light and stays on the feet. Love the price.

Super comfortable. Bought these for work and they were perfect because they look a little more dressy. Gotten lots of compliments on them.
