I love to slip on these cute shoes and run out the door. They are so keen, comfortable, lovely, can be washed extremely easily, have a great design. My only con is if you need support these aren't for you. I may get some inserts to see if that remedies my foot pain.

These are very cute and very comfortable. I usually wear an 8½, but had to get an 8 in these as they run very large.

I ordered these in black, I am waiting for the bubblegum to come in stock to ship! I have heel spurs, and in the week that I have been wearing them, my feet feel great, still a bit sore, but it has only been a week. I can finally walk in the mall with comfort!

Ordered this style along with Bistro which I liked better. The Mercy has a slimmer fit but still comfortable. I prefer the Bistro because of its wider, more traditional Crocs fit across the toes. Still not bad overall.

Love these Crocs! Super comfortable wearing outside in garden and inside, even running errands. So glad Zappos carries small sizes.

I bought these Crocs to have an easy to slip on shoe to run out to my horse barn or the garden. Either my last Crocs are very old and flimsy or these are stiffer, but they do the job! As always Zappos is great!

I have a wide foot and have loved Crocs because they do not pinch anywhere. This new one must be called mercy because it will have you crying for mercy. I could not even get out the door with them. I could not stand the narrow foot.

They get toasty very quickly, because there aren't any vents, but they're cushy and comfy, and will keep my feet protected in the lab. I like that they're not excessively bulky (which is good, because I have big feet). They feel secure. My toes don't ride forward into the front of the shoe, and my heel doesn't rise out of the back. Considering the cost of other professional clogs, these are a great value.

I'm a nurse working 12 hour shifts, mostly on my feet. I'm loving my Crocs. I also love my Klogs, but these are more affordable, and just as comfy. But I really want to plug Zappos! You guys rock. Best customer service ever, and I shop online a lot.

I am happy with this Crocs purchase. These clogs have plenty of room in a size 6. It is too bad they don't come in half sizes. They are comfortable however they do make your feet feel hot. I am going to try them in the fall/winter with socks and maybe that will help with both the size and the foot temperature.

Let there be no confusion, these are Crocs and therefor are not super stylish, but I decided to forgo fashion for function. I normally wear a 9½ in running shoes, but I know these run big so I ordered a 9. They are huge. I am returning them in hopes that a size 8, will do the trick, but I am skeptical as that will be a 1½ size difference.

These Crocs are okay but not as cushy and comfortable as other ones I've had. Would not buy again.

I really wanted to like these. I bought them for work--I'm on my feet all day. Crocs are ugly, but I was willing to give them a chance since they are listed as service shoes. As far as the footbed goes they are very comfy and squishy, no complaints there. But they are rubber and they rub on the joint connecting my big toe to my foot. I now have a constant sore spot there. So I can only wear them with socks, which is hot and look silly.

I wear a half size, sizing up was too long, sizing down was too tight. Returned.

Wow...these didn't fit at all. I've been wearing Crocs for years. This pair, bought in the same size as I've always gotten (size 9) felt huge & sloppy on my feet. They wouldn't stay on even with the back strap in position. I didn't like the styling either, sort of narrow in front & wide in the back.

Huge! Guess I should have taken previous reviewers at their word. Very wide as well as too long. I think Crocs are just not the shoe for me, as they weren't very attractive (in my eyes, anyway).

This is my second pair of Crocs Mercy shoes. I recommend these because they don't hurt anywhere, and I am impossibly hard to fit. I placed a New Balance insole into these, as I wanted more support and a tighter fit. I chose these because I need a size 12, and I am a large size 12 at that. I had the silver ones before, but these look more elegant. I wore my old ones out rather quickly, and saw a hole in the sole. I use these when gardening, and in the rain. These have a beautiful sheen and appear elegant in a leisure sort of way. These fit a feminine foot, which is what I wanted. In other words, they are not unisex, where you just size up or down according to whether you have a male or female foot.

These are much easier to put on then rain boots. I love them for days when my yard is wet/mushy and I need to refill bird feeders.

Got this style even though the classic shape that was a little wider was cheaper, and I really like the toe shape. I have narrow feet, so they still felt big at first, but I'm used to them now, comfortable as I trudge through the cold (and sometimes splashy) kitchen and laundry room floor. I put the strap at the heel and it doesn't slip off. Will use this through winter, as I found that my feet do get sweaty when it gets warm---I have another Crocs style to get me through the warmer climes!

I gave these Crocs 5 stars across the board because they fit so well, and I am practically impossible to fit in most shoes. They are a reasonable width, not a "man width," so they work width wise. I put in a New Balance insole that I happened to have to get a comfy, snugger fit. I'd say that I am a woman's medium in width. I ordered a size 12, and they worked, even though sometimes I need longer than that. I plan to reorder the same exact shoe because the heel is wearing. They do wear quickly in the heels. The silver trim is very attractive. I use these Crocs for gardening, walking in a wet yard, and for walking in the rain.

I LOVE these shoes! I groom dogs and I am on my feet all day long. I've worn them basically everyday for over 7 months and they still look and feel amazing. They withstand some brutal wear and tear of 10-12 hours days. A huge bonus is how wonderfully they hold up while bathing dogs--water just bounces off. i really just love that at the end of the day, my feet are no longer an issue for me. I'll be buying a second pair very soon!

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars because they are so comfortable! Bought for nursing clinical after trying every pair of nursing shoes out there. These shoes are the best. Order a size down from sneaker size. I'm a 9 normally but an 8 in Crocs.

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable and lightweight. I am a nurse and stand 12 hours during my shifts; this shoes (plus compression hose) help keep me my legs and feet less achy than before. Of course I am still tired after a long day, but these Crocs lessen my lower back and foot pain substantially. As always, Zappos' shipping is the best. Thank you, Zappos!

I love the shoes and the fit is perfect. Crocs are so easy to wear and maintain, and I wear them all the time. I love Zappos shipping and always get shoes within 24 hours, even at our vacation cottage! Highly recommended!
