Great boot! Wear a size 9, but bought a 10 and I'm glad I did. I've owned other, more expensive, boots. These are well worth it. Just came out of the snow a few minutes ago, kept me warm and dry the whole time.

Great boot warm and comfortable. Also kept my feet dry in the snow.

I purchased these for my husband. He loves them. In fact he loves them a little too much. He wants to wear them everywhere. He says they are so comfortable and warm.

Full disclosure, these are the first "snow" boots I've owned since I was rocking golashas as a 4 year old. That said, these things are pretty good.They keep my feet warm in the ice and snow, haven't leaked at all yet, seem to be pretty durable and have good tread on the bottom to prevent busting of that ass. They feel pretty stiff out of the box, but they seem to be loosening up a bit the more I wear them. I'd recommend wearing a thick pair of socks or doubling up on normal cotton jams. After walking for a while I start getting some chafing on my shin. Again, this may stop happening the more the boots are broken in. Overall I'd say they're a great buy for the price. Recommended.

I bought these boots for a trip to North Carolina this Christmas and they are amazing, feel really comfortable and most important keep my feet warm and dry since are both insulated and waterproof I think I made a very good choice I would recommend this product to a friend.

Boots arrived one day after ordering! Extremely thrilled because I need them for work. Walking around the house, they felt extremely comfortable and about a half size smaller than marked, which is why I bought a half size larger. They are very lightweight, which is just what I need for my job so that I can move quickly. They are very stylish. I didn't have any problems lacing them up, as other people purportedly have had. The laces fit snugly into the hooks. Now, I'm looking forward to a snow storm so that I can try them out shoveling snow.

Really a good looking boot, however it is much more narrow than any D width I have tried in the past. A little shorter than your average size 10. Since they don't come in a wider boot or 1/2 sizes, I am returning.

Excellent snow boots. Good traction, warm, comfortable. I did go up one size so that I could wear a second pair of socks for really cold nights. Good value for the price.

I gave these boots to my husband for Christmas. He works on a ferry. Sometimes the weather can be rainy and windy. He told me that after wearing other boots that soaked his feet, these are a God send! He loves them. Thank you, Zappos, for an extensive selection in boots for men.

My wife bought these for our trip to England. I definitely had a great chance to test them against wet/cold climates. The shoes are amazing at keeping out any and all water. The only slight complaint is that they hold heat in so well that wearing them indoors cooks your feet. Really a solid construction and extremely easy to get my feet into. Padding is great.

I bought this for my 12 year old. He had the same boots last year and his younger brother is enjoying that pair this year. He has used these in the snow multiple times. They keep him warm and his feet dry. They are not too heavy or bulky to wear all day. His only complaint is that in deep snow the snow will get in around the top occasionally (which can happen with all boots). Overall they are good boots and I would recommend them.

These shoes are great! They are super warm, really water proof, and amazingly comfortable (the inside is very warm and fuzzy). I bought them for having to walk to classes in snow and what not and they are going to work great I imagine. They provide a solid grip and are made from quality material. If I had any critiques I would have to say that the design is a little bulky but I mean that is a given with any quality snow shoes (I just do not like it because it is not really my style but I would take the function over form any day). Also the laces are a little too long but that is really irrelevant.

I bought these for wearing at sloppy construction sites, especially through the winter. They are incredibly comfortable, and so far have been durable and waterproof. They're also extremely easy to slip on and off, without having to completely loosen the laces. My only complaints are two, and they're minor: one, they aren't quite as warm as I was expecting, though I admit I haven't worn winter-specific socks with them yet; and two, they've been kept in the back of my small station wagon, and being in a warm car environment has caused some out gassing of something and maybe the rubber, maybe the leather treatment and that has a less than pleasant odor. Where you keep them may make a difference in your experience. Overall, though, a great purchase, especially for the price.

I wear a women's 10.5 wide and I need some arch support. It is very difficult to find shoes that fit. Every shoe maker has different lengths and widths to go with their version of a size 10.5 shoe. It is disappointing that Zappos and the shoe manufacturers cannot come up with standardized sizing that reflects width and length the way that some blue jeans makers do. For example if you asked my husband what size pants he wears he would say, "I have a 33" waist and a 34" inseam". Why can't we have shoe sizes that are 28 centimeters long by 11 centimeters wide (at the ball of the foot)? That being said, I ordered women's and men's boots from Columbia, Baffin, Sorrel, Kamik, Propet and Pajar. Here are my thoughts: -Men's Columbia boots are better made then Women's Columbia boots, they have better lining/padding, better arch support and sturdier materials. The women's are more attractive. Both Men's and Women's Columbia boots in medium width are too narrow for me. The Women's wide were wider then the medium but not wide enough. The men's wide were wider but not by much. The Bugaboot III Wide is on my short list of desired boots, but I need one size up and they are currently out of stock. It was a little stiff but had good warmth/lining and good arch support. -Baffin boots were dreamy comfy. Amazing lining; soft and warm. Sturdy exterior, not too heavy. Sadly, these boots run almost 2 sizes smaller then the average boot. So, if you are looking at trying the Baffin I would recommend sizing up at least 1.5 sizes up. -Sorel boots have some good features, but not all Sorels are made equal. I ordered both the Caribou Wool and the 1964 Pac Nylon. The Caribou Wool was by far more comfortable and warm. Please note they also seem to run small, consider sizing up. I ordered the D width and found them on the narrow side. I am exchanging for a size up and hoping to gain a little more wiggle room in the width. Fingers crossed. -Propet women's boots were cute and I appreciated the width that they offered. If you have wide feet and width is your biggest concern I would recommend giving these a try. I did find them lacking in arch support and lining for warmth. But a thumbs up for style. -Kamik men's boot were interesting but also did not find the arch support I was looking for. -Pajar boot - I ordered at men's 42, they were too small but I liked their potential so I am exchanging for size 43. I really wanted to try the 44 but for some reason in both styles they were out of 44. Finger crossed for the 43 to fit. I hope that overview helped. I really appreciate the comments that other people write. It helps me figure out whether or not to give a shoe/boot a try. Thanks to everyone out there that takes a minute to write feedback. Bought for my husband who needed waterproof boots to tackle the northern IL winters. No complaints, he loves them and they are pretty stylish for duck boots. They do the job, keeps his feet dry and warm while working in snow and slush.

A pretty good budget winter boot. Decent comfort and warmth. The construction looked excellent. However, the laces were way too long! I almost think I got the wrong laces. They were easily 12" too long.

I wear a 7.5 in men but I went a size down and they fit really well. I got them for snow and I’m pretty sure I’m set for Boston snow.

Very nice boots, but I returned them because it was almost impossible to lace them up snugly. The laces bind in the metal triangle loops, and you need to pull hard on every crossover point to even get close to snug overall. My fingers got worn out, and I didn't want to wrestle with them every time I put them on.

These feel like good sturdy boots, especially for the price.

High quality boots, but the bottom padding is very thin and hurt if you'll be on your feet for 4+ consecutive hours. For limited use, these are fantastic. Very warm and well insulated for the snow.

I wear a size 7 or 7.5, but even compared to 4 other similar boots, this one felt very chunky. Also, I could feel the seam at the tip of my toes which wasn't comfortable. Otherwise super cushy inside and they seemed like they'd be really warm and pretty clearly waterproof.

I'm in Montana and I work outdoors in the winter. I need boots that are insulated from the cold and waterproof. These are great for slushing around in the snow and mud and they keep my feet warm. They are sturdy with good traction. A little stiff around the ankles, but I figure that will improve as they get broken in a little more. I had to buy some Dr. Scholl's inserts, because the cushioning is pretty thin. Otherwise, great boot at a decent price!

Just purchased but found I must return the size 12 for a size 13. Other than the sizing the boot looks to be a good value and decently made for a Chinese-made boot. Still wish the manufacturers would offer USA or made-in-Canada boots as an option...and charge accordingly!

These are super warm and pretty comfortable boots, I bought them for a winter trip to Colorado. They fit to size so it is unfortunate that there are no half sizes. I normally wear a 9½ shoe, I ordered a 9 and a 10 to be safe (thanks to Zappos' excellent return policy!) and went with the 10 so I can fit thick socks or double up. More importantly, I wanted to complete a review for Zappos and tell everyone how incredibly awesome the company is. I had to return both shoes, one for size and one because it was defective. I had the new pair the very next day! I buy most of my shoes from Zappos because of the customer service.
