I was searching for a good winter boot that I could just slip on and go walk the dog or slip on to go to the hockey rink. This boot is awesome. Great fit around the ankle, easy on and easy off. The zipper stays up and it is waterproof and rated to -40°F. Which is the average temp in Minnesota for more than half the year. I was comparing this boot with the model offered by Sorel. The Kamik has more support and a padded collar that keeps out snow and cold. Great boot. In addition, Zappos had the boot delivered three days after I ordered using standard ground shipping. This was a great transaction.

It is okay. Feels a bit loose, weird on the heels. Not easy to walk for long distances. Very easy to take off and put on though. That's the whole purpose of getting something like this. Would have been more comfortable if it was a bit shorter.

Great for the snow. Easy zip up front. Keep your feet warm and not sweaty feeling. Very comfortable!

Just what I wanted in a snow boot. Keeps my feet warm and dry while shoveling or sledding with the kids. Had to buy 1 size larger to get the fit right. I do have a wide foot.

I love these boots. I can slip them on in seconds and the are very warm.

Had to return first pair because they run close to a size small. Zappos return procedure is the best in the Biz! Just because of that I will always start with Zappos. Otherwise great boot for the price.

A real bargain. These boots are very comfortable and compare and perform as well as Sorels and other boots I have that cost more than twice as much. They are warm and fit very well. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best winter boots for snow and ice. I purchase them for my husband and he still continues to rave about the comfort, warmth and accessibility these boots provide. It is his go to boot for the storms and blizzards we've had this year. Originally purchased as an easy on-and-off when he went skiing is now the all the time boot.

Very nice boot and truly waterproof. Great for putting on chains on my truck. Zappos shipping was Wow fast even though I didn't request it.

Bought for skiing, awesome boot for slopes! Quick in and out, and comfortable! After messing with ski boots, this boot is the only way to go!

Very warm and waterproof, but the comfort leaves something to be desired. The boot doesn't include an insole and the padding in the heel is minimal. After walking around in them for a while my heel started to hurt. I had to order a size up from my normal shoe size for them to fit properly. Unfortunately, I'll be returning them to try a different brand.

It looks good, tread looks as if it would work nicely in snow. Definitely a size smaller than what used to be a 10 and the ankle/leg very tight and might loosen with use. Was disappointed.

These boots are pile lined, the perfect height without too much bulk under the pant leg, quick entry with zipper and very warm with only one heavy sock on! They are well made with an excellent traction sole and totally waterproof! Order exactly one size larger for correct sizing! These are the best boots that I have ever owned! I bought a pair for my 94 year old father, too! He loves them!

Good boots for the price. The back comes down too far, seems they would catch snow. They are a somewhat strange fit too, tight on the mid-foot but loose in the heel.

Super fast shipping! Boots feel good, and seem very comfortable. I hope the zipper holds up and the boot doesn't get loose since you can't tie them tight. I took everyone's advice and went up a size and they fit great. I wear a 13, but ordered a 14 and they fit perfect.

Okay boot - soft and warm on the inside but the front does not flex in the front when walking, it provides little arch support and feet start to hurt after 30 minutes. Used mostly for snowblowing the neighborhood and walking out to the car in the AM. More comfortable when not zipped up - will not flex when zipped. Not something to wear throughout the day.

The boot is nice and warm but they run small. Buy a size up from your normal size.

My husband loves these. They are comfortable, easy to slip on and off and super warm. Several family members and friends have purchased since he's worn.

Nice boot. Will serve as my go to in snowy weather. Had originally ordered an eleven, but it was way too small. I went with the size 12 and it fits great.

I bought these for my 80 year old dad who loves to go to my niece's and nephew's lacrosse and soccer games in the snow, rain, sleet and whatever else! He needed good boots with a good arch support and that alone sold him! They are completely waterproof as well and have a durable zipper for ease of putting on and taking off. He has arthritis in his hands but this zipper was easy and stays clasped well. The boots are light-weight (also a must, he said) and easy to walk in, and they have a nice waterproof lining as well as the exterior and he said they keep his feet nice and warm. He wears them everywhere and as all the grandkids say,"Gramps looks so cool wearing those boots!" He typically wears a size 9.5 but he got a 9 as the 10s made him feel like he was sloshing around in them; so these ran about a half size small but the 9s felt good on his narrow foot eventhough he wears a good, thick woolen sock. If you have a wide foot, you'd need to consider. Great boot for the price and practicality!

This boot is exactly as described but is too loose for the type of work the person wearing them will need. We want to exchange the shoe for a lace up instead of the zip up shoe design.

I love these boots. This is my second pair. They are great to go to the movies, out to the woodpile, or to walk the dog. They run true to size as a winter boot should. I have wide feet and a bunion, yet my normal size 10 accommodates my feet well with a heavy winter sock. These are not intended to replace your Sorel or Mickey Mouse heavy duty boots. They are to supplement your wardrobe. They have good support and you will have no problem walking a mile in them. Easy in and out. After four years of steady use in Connecticut, one zipper finally broke. No complaints here, nothing lasts forever.

The zipper needs some time to break in. Once thats done, its an awesome shoe. Keeps your feet toasty and warm. Since the shoes are super warm, I would recommend using these with moisture wicking socks.
