Very cute and stylish but I can't wear these all day because of my bunions. Even though they aren't incredibly high in the heel, for some reason the arch is high and makes them feel high. Too much pressure is put on the ball of my feet and after an hour or two of standing or walking these cause extreme pain even with foot pads. I have kept them for times when I'm not on my feet for hours at a time and they are fine for short periods like an evening out or brief errand running. They look great with so many things, skinny cargos, dresses, jeans you name it.

If it were all about looks I'd give a 5 stars. But when it comes to support and comfort, I have to say my satisfaction drops. I turned my ankle several times the first time I wore these because there is no support around the ankle. For the same reason they are harder to walk in than other boots. Not sure if I will keep them.

What I expected, it looks cute but is not made well. The sole under the ball of the foot feels like you are walking on the ground (there is no cushioning) and the footbed of the shoe itself is a rigid plastic. No room in the toe box to add padding. The style, however, is spot-on. Very cute.

Gorgeous shoe, but not comfortable. There was absolutely no padding, so it hurt whenever I walked. Shoe fit okay, but just not comfortable. Wanted to love it but returned it.

These are incredibly uncomfortable. I wish that I never bought them. They squish my toes and the left shoe feels like a right shoe. They are not well made shoes and I can't walk more than a block in them. The insole is also thin and flimsy. I don't recommend them at all. Cute but painful.

Loved the look of these shoes but they were so uncomfortable. The heel is higher than it looks, no padding under the ball of the foot and the arch is really high. Really sad I had to return them but just too uncomfortable to wear.

Did not like these booties. They were not my style. They didn't fit well and were too clunky. I also felt like the distressing made them look cheap instead of "cool".

The shoe style is great but the comfort is lousy. It feels as if I'm walking directly on a surface...this boot needs more cushion!

I love this shoe in black and ordered the taupe with high hopes. They are a disappointment. The fit is fine but the leather is not very nice at all and I am returning them.

I completely agree with the writer from Dallas. These boots are adorable; however, no cushion or padding at all and, after an hour walking in my office, I said no way and returned them. Too bad.

The heel covering is made of paper. I'm not exaggerating, they are actually covered with paper that's printed with a wood pattern and coated with wax. I'm not particularly rough on my shoes, but the first time I wore them, the paper covering got chipped, showing the white plastic heel underneath. They get more chips every time I wear them. I've worn them 3 or 4 times, and now they look so bad I can't wear them anymore. I have several pairs of Clarks, and have always been happy with the comfort and quality. But I will certainly not buy any more Clarks shoes after this. Huge waste of money.

Yes, they were comfortable if the nail head or whatever was not sticking into my foot. Sure, my mom called me the prince and the pea, but I ordered another pair because they were so cute and there was a little bump digging into my foot in the same spot! Very disappointed.

These are THE cutest boots, and I was really hoping to wear them all winter. Unfortunately, they were so uncomfortable after 5 minutes wear on the carpeting, I couldn't wait to take them off. There is no arch support, and the sole part of the shoe doesn't fit the natural curve of my foot at all. Too bad, because they are super cute boots.

LOVE these boots! I haven't worn them without jeans yet because they look so adorable with boot cut jeans. They give the look of boots without the bulk and weight. I do suggest taking care of them frequently with leather polish and brushes. It keeps them looking great. They also are extremely comfortable!

Best purchase I made. I literally wear this with everything. If you are looking for a pair of comfortable, but stylish booties that go from fall to winter to spring (and perhaps a bit of summer), get this pair, now!

I'm really happy with this shoe. Fits true to size, is very comfortable, and has nice flexibility (not too stiff) from day one. I don't usually wear heels so these comments are from someone who really values comfort. These shoes fully met my expectations. They are a higher heel so after a full day's wear my feet did still hurt a bit but I felt that was to be expected. I have also received numerous compliments on the style...I have the grey, and I find them very versatile.

These shoes have a major negative, a neutral point, and a positive. The negative, they're really high and really uncomfortable on my ankles and toes. Too much toe pressure even after adding inserts. The neutral point is that overall they're well made, very high quality. The positive is that they're very cute, unfortunately they don't look good with anything. I tried rolling my jeans like they show in the video and it looks stupid...and I'm a fairly hip, young city-dweller. I'd pass on these. Too expensive and I've only worn them once. Wish I could return them. That being said, if you're used to wearing high heels and don't mind the ankle discomfort, they might be worth it.
