Returning. Pretty boot but the top digs into my ankle and is really not comfortable. I wear 7.5 and ordered 7.5 and was a perfect fit.

I have these in the gray leather. They're nice, but not quite what I expected from the picture and description. In all the pictures, the leather appears smooth and shiny, but when the shoes arrived, the leather actually has a very "weathered" look. I know this is trendy and some people may like it, but when I spend this much on a pair of shoes I want them to look brand new and last for many years, not come looking half-way worn out already. Also, it should be noted that these are not "slip-on" as described. They have shoelaces and have to be tied on, which also doesn't show in the picture. Overall, the style of the shoe is cute. They look great with skinny jeans, and maybe could be worn with a casual skirt. They are pretty comfortable, I can walk in them most of the day without hurting too much, but they are not as comfortable as I would expect a pair of Clarks to be.

The oily brown is a beautiful bootie, very stylish; my only complaint is that the foot bed is not as cushy as most Indigo shoes!

These are fantastic shoes! Last year I got them in green suede and this year I had to get a second pair in another color! This time I got the gray leather. The color isn't as gray as it looks in the picture. It is a brown/gray color but still pretty neutral. They are comfortable but if you need to stand in them all day, I do recommend putting cushion insoles in them. These shoes DO NOT have a cushy foot bed. Other than that, they're great! I wear them with everything from jeans to dresses and skirts! Great purchase!!

I am enjoying the Indigo shoes. I saw them in a Clark's store in Colorado and was surprised to find a much more stylish shoe than I thought Clark's produced. They are comfortable and a good alternative to my usual boots or flats.

I bought bootie because it is angled in the front instead of coming up even all the way around the ankle, which cuts the leg off and makes me look stumpy. This boot elongates my leg and the height on the heel is just right, and very stable.

Overall I love these shoes. I think they're pretty comfortable, but I will agree with other readers when they say they could use a little more padding in the footbed, around the ball of your foot. I have slightly wide feet, and while these fit, they're a tiny bit narrower than I'd like. But nothing that prevents me from wearing them all day. The cognac color is great!

I love the look of these shoes, but since they are by Clarks, I expected them to be more comfortable. The foot bed is not cushioned at all and the heel (3") is about a half-inch too high for running around in all day. However, the ankle opening is very comfortable. Also, the suede shows scratch marks very easily. Still, they look great with skinny jeans, and the taupe color works with both browns and grays. I put a gel insert under the balls of my feet, and the shoes are much more wearable.

This shoe is a stylish and dressier version of the standard Clarks desert boot. I do agree with other reviewers regarding this shoe not being as comfortable as one would think an Indigo by Clarks would be. I wouldn't walk to the Metro or around town in these, but they are perfectly fine to slip on once you've reached your destination.

I bought this shoes about 3 weeks ago and love it. Everywhere I wear it I get compliments. Very versatile, it makes a dress look modern, I can work it with tights to mid calf and I can rock it with skinny jeans. Plus it's comfy because of the cushioned bed. I added some extra padding for the balls of my feet though. You should totally get it.

These are comfortable, cute, and versatile. My only complaint is that the heel is wrapped and not stacked, so the leather can peel off.

These are cute and the heel height is just right. They look great with all pant styles, too. I've gotten lots of compliments. My only complaint - not a lot of padding under the ball of the foot, so I put an insert in, which seems to help the comfort.

Super looking shoes, but not very comfortable. They look great. I wore them around the house, seemed fine, and then wore them to work. Not a smart move. Love the look. Not good for everyday wearing on the job.

I love the look of these shoes and they are very much as pictured. I had hoped that they would be more comfortable, especially because of the Clarks name. I can only wear them for a few hours at a time.

Roomy - but that helps with extra thick socks. I wouldn't wear these to walk the dog, but I do love them. Seriously considering another pair in another color. Heel's just a tiny bit too much for everyday activities (like toddler chasing).

These are extremely cute. I got the taupe and am considering buying them in black too. I do a lot of walking and found, however, that they weren\'t as comfortable as I\'d like for extended wear - needed more cushioning. Adding a gel insole did the trick though and now they are perfect.

I love these boots, but unfortunately they weren't very comfortable. I wish the toe area had more padding. Because of the high heel, I felt my weight was being directed to my toes, and the sole is just so thin that there was no absorption or cushioning. They will be going back. Too bad because they are very cute shoes.

I bought this boot a few months back. They definitely look great on, true to size. However, the shoes are not that comfortable, which was a surprise from a division of Clarks.

I usually like Indigo by Clarks but these are surprisingly uncomfortable. They made my little toe angry and have little support and virtually no padding. Taupe is a great color, for what it's worth.

Not as comfy as it looks but the suede was soft enough to have a slight give to tolerate the ankle and lace lip discomforts. Though I'd much rather have the taupe suede colored ones. The taupe suede was too stiff to handle the ankle and lace lip issues. It does look real good so I'm compromising by keeping the black suede one.

I was a little disappointed that the Clarks comfort wasn't quite as evident with this shoe. The leather is pretty stiff and there's very little padding, neither around the ankle area of the shoe nor the footbed. The ankle area felt kind of loose, but I think that's the style, and the laces kept the shoe effectively in place. I have a high arch and the arch support felt lacking. It's really cute and stylish but I'm holding out for something I can hopefully run around in when catching up to my 3 year old. The heel is just a bit too high for me to do that. I have a wider foot or I would have considered buying an extra insole and arch support to compensate. In the end I decided to return the shoes.

I had been looking at these shoes because they were cute. I finally ordered them and was barely able to stand wearing them. I got through half of the day at work and got my tennis shoes out of my car. The length is good and the width is good. The make of the shoe is strange. The ball of my foot hurt and under my toes. Very uncomfortable. They had to go back.

I wanted to love these, but they were just too uncomfortable. I tried 3 different insoles, but in the end they were just too hard on the ball of the foot. Maybe they were a bit too high for me. Too bad.

I ordered the Oily Brown a half a size up from my norm (so an 8 instead of 7.5). Size wise, I think I should have gone with 7.5, though it really doesn't matter because though beautiful, these boots were so uncomfortable almost instantly that they need to go back. There is a strong pull across the arch, perhaps due to heel height, and a good deal of pressure and weight is forced onto the ball of the foot. I have owned shoes with similar effects in the past and the result is hobbling around with the balls of my feet in extreme pain. Just not worth it.

Got these in black, super cute but unfortunately very uncomfortable. Not sure what it is because I can wear heels fine. These will have to be returned.
