i use this for walking in the cold, or when i am outside in the snow, moving around it is very warm and combrable.

I absolutely can't say enough about the Northdace products.

I brought these as gifts for my daughter and husband. They Love Love the hat ! I got one in black and grey, my daughter has got some many comments on where did she find the grey color :) the hat is extremely warm . My husband work out doors and some times rolls the hat to uncover his ears because it can get a little heated in there!

I bought this for my husband who is in and out a lot at work. He loves it. He said it keeps his head warm and doesn't make his forehead itch like many other hats.

This hap had an extra fleece band on the inside making my ears especially warm while letting my head breathe.

Love the band of fleece inside that covers my ears in soft, not itchy warmth... Outside is a nice knit. Great looking and seems like it will last a long time. Red is really nice!

I bought this North Face Bones Beanie to give me something to wear during the colder months. I live in coastal SC and we don't get bad winter weather but it does get cold. I got the black and royal blue as I have lots of black and blue colored clothing. I really like the fleece inner lining that wraps around the ears and temple areas. Overall good value and a great classic look. Various colors make for a great accessory for casual clothing or performance.

This is a great beanie. The only drawback is if you have a large head it doesn't fit well. I have a pretty big head so it is useless to me. Also if you are looking for a beanie with any slack at all then this isn't for you. If a tight fitting no-slack beanie is what you want then this is perfect for you!
