These are winter's finest. I don't need socks to walk my dogs and they are like slippers. These are my second pair. The other pair lasted 3 years.

I have had these "slippers" for at least 6 years and wear them all the time when I am home. I not only wear them indoors, but outside as well. Love them!

These shoes are heavenly. I looked for weeks to find a black leather shearling lined clog with no bling. I was between the 9 and 9.5 and decided to keep the 9. This was the correct decision. These are fantastic on a cold Iowa day but do not overheat your foot.

Perfect for going to and from yoga in cold weather. Comfy and cozy. But let's face it -- these are basically outdoor slippers!

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn on my problem feet! I love they have the look of clogs but the lip in the heel ensuring stability. I wear them as slippers and outside shoes because of the excellent arch support and the out of the box comfort. I tried approximately 20 shoes before I found them and the searching ended! One foot has been surgically reconstructed and the other needs surgery. Well the other foot does not need surgery if I wear these terrific shoes. I was a toe walker for 40 years and have incredible pain in my toes and ball of my foot. I was looking for slippers and the prices were $65 and above. Then I remembered these shoes and voila! double-duty. I'm wearing my first pair for the second season and still look new. Since I have given up on wearing Dansko's I am buying the smooth black leather to give the look I want. I think these shoes are terrific!

I bought these shoes because my feet feel like icicles during the winter and I was looking for warm shoes to wear instead of boots. These are fabulous! They are so comfortable and warm. I stand a lot throughout the day and typical loafers and clogs make my feet and legs ache by afternoon. These feel as great as my sneakers. I was disappointed in the styling of the shoes though. They looked cute online, but look very big and clunky on my thin little legs. They are definitely not for wear with leggings, but look okay with jeans. I'm thinking of buying another pair!

I've been buying these shoes for a few years now and love them. Last year they had a version that was a little narrow in the toe box and I didn't care for them, but this year they seem to be back to the old style and they're as comfortable as ever.

This is my second pair of Merrell Encore Ice shoes/slippers. The first pair has lasted 10 years of use in the fall, winter, and spring. These are sturdy shoes that are ideal as slippers -- you can wear them for trips to the garage or outside to get the mail. Very warm and comfortable...definitely worth the price! You can also put in your own orthotic -- a thin one.

I have had these shoes before and they are amazing. comfortable and warm. I was at an outdoor event last weekend and had these on with warm socks and while others said their feet were freezing, mine were warm and comfy. (By the way, Patrick Dempsey was at the event.)

I have worn Merrell shoes for quite a while, but never tried this style. I love it. Quick to slip on and nice and warm! These shoes wear very well.

I love Merrell's and the Ice are so awesome! I bought a pair of hunter green ones three years ago. They still look new and I wear them all the time...summer and winter. And I live in Alaska! I wear them without socks in summer and with socks in winter. I'm getting ready to order the same shoe in rhubarb. And try another type in another color now! Oh, I get gout from time to time but I can still wear these without socks when I get a flare up! They rock!

These shoes have great support. I was really looking forward to having a good slip on shoe to stand in while working in my studio. The medium is a nice size for a narrow foot, which I have, even though I usually wear a medium due to a bunion. My big toe is a good half inch longer that the rest of the toes and rubs up against the end of the shoe. I really hoped they would fit. I wear an 11 and unfortunately there is not an 11.5 to try. Danskos are too wide and too short for me. These Encores are great width but too short.

This is the most incredibly comfortable clog I've ever bought, and as I mainly wear clogs, I have quite a variety. It is like walking on the softest pillow imaginable, yet the sole is really sturdy, and I've worn them on long walks without any problems, even in the rain.

I just bought my third pair of these in about 7 years. They are my everyday shoe in the colder months and I love 'em. I get the hard leather ones because they clean better than suede. I am a narrow-footed person and usually cannot wear clogs. But the shearling lining and insole add enough padding so that they are super-comfy &warm with a pair of normal weight socks.. (Very wide-footed people should be aware of that, these may fit snugger than the average M width) Anyway -great shoes. Don't stop making them Merrill.

I cannot praise these shoes enough! I have arthritic joints everywhere. These are the only shoes that I cannot bear to leave at home. But where is the navy blue? You know how many people in this country live in jeans! The comfort is unbeatable, and the style of the sole make these shoes a lot less clunky looking than the competition. Defined heel, a cut-out indicating the arch, the sole is not sticking out wider than the body of the shoe and the bottom of the heel is cut in slightly from the rear for an ergonomic walk, unlike others that look like the wearer has been scooting their feet forward for the life of the shoes.

Incredibly comfortable. While the back is low, it provides enough edge to make the shoe fit more like a shoe than a "mule" or backless clog: more hold, less slippage. The lining is yummy -- both to my feet and to my dog. Keep the sheepskin away from the latter.

I am freakin' living in these shoes. First off, Zappos customer service great! Second, these came the next day. After opening box, I put them on, wore them all day. Have not really taken them off except for bed and showers. Comfy, supportive, keeps tootsies very warm and cozy, no cold feet! They fit true to size. I usually wear an 8, ordered 8, and they fit well with or without socks.

Wow! I ordered these in suede but, as soon as I got them, wished I had ordered leather. However, they are so comfortable, I don't want to take them off to return them. My feet are chronically cold and I have trouble finding really comfortable shoes. These are amazingly easy to love: comfy, warm, true to my size, and forgiving of small bunions. I don't find them so stylish - maybe I would like them better in leather, or that great cinnamon color. But they are clogs, after all. Isn't clunkiness a given? I'm in love!

I just bought these shoes and have worn them since I got them. I have reoccurring pain in my feet but these shoes are really comfortable. I plan to buy them in additional colors. They do run close to size but if in doubt, move up a size.

These are perfect cold weather shoes. Very furry and warm. They seem to run slightly large, but not enough for me to go down half a size.

I lived in these shoes last winter and when summer came I switched to my standby, Mephisto Helens. In California, I can get away with wearing sandals anywhere. Because the Ice are a casual style, I occasionally had to resort to good boots or dressier shoes, but at home or anywhere casual, these were my standby shoes. I live in California and, without socks, the warmth of the shoe was just right. When visiting a cooler climate, I just added a pair of wool socks and was good to go. They are perfect for traveling; I have worked eight hour days without any problems at all and I am 66 and have a heel spur. They were comfortable as soon as I put them on and have shown little wear. I am thrilled to see that more colors have been added. I have two colors now and will soon have a few more. Can't say enough about these shoes. If you buy them, enjoy!

I absolutely love these shoes. They are so comfortable that I also bought a pair in black for work. They fit very well and have great support and cushioning.

Love these shoes. I have 3 colors. Warm, no need for socks and absolutely comfortable.

My 3rd pair of this style. Always a winter favorite! I can wear any thickness of sock comfortably. Walking on any winter surface - snow, ice,etc. feels secure.
