I've had Merrell shoes before, otherwise I wouldn't have known to get an 8 (my usual shoe size is 8.5 or 9). It fits like a glove which is just right. Best thing about them: My wife thinks I look great in them!

Just love this shoe. My wife has the women's version and raved about them so I thought I would give them a try. True to size and comfortable.

In the name of less is more, quite simply, this shoe is the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn! I'm on my third pair and hope that Merrell will continue to make this line of shoes.

I have now purchased 5 pairs of these shoes. I live on a horse farm. My last pair are now farm shoes and I wait them in the barn. The are indestructible. They are so well made and I just live the look. My daughter is a veterinarian in Huntsville Alabama . She loves them as well. She just purchased a new pair of Merrill's last month. I just love the look of the smooth leather. Easy on and easy off! Look good with jeans and I can wear them with a brown suit. I will continue to enjoy them!

Really, really like these. Very good just the way they are: don't try to "improve"! Will be ordering more in case you decide to discontinue - like all other good things!

While not wonderfully attractive the Encore Gust delivers great comfort and durability. I have foot problems and have been medically advised to only wear clogs, specifically Merrill. These shoes have been extremely helpful to my daily comfort and mobility.

This is the 2nd pair of these I have purchased for my husband, after he relayed, "I don't think I would wear those"! He has the shoes in black as well. I do order a half size smaller than he normally wears.

Merrel: Where have you been all my life? Going out tomorrow to get another pair. I have severe tendinitis and a haglunds deformity (pump bump), so a low back is key to comfort! These are AMAZING. Thank you!

Attention Women: This shoe fits like the original Merrell Women's clogs used to fit -- nice roomy toe box. Accommodates orthotics much better than current women's version. The smallest men's size in this style is a "7", which translates to what used to be an 8/12 women's. Too bad Merrell had to go and ruin a good thing in the women's design.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The feel like wearing slippers, but really comfortable slippers. They run a tad wide so take that into account.

size, comfort, looks all perfect

I love these shoes. I have a very large foot and have to buy men's shoes so it is hard to find something other than running shoes that don't look out of place on a woman. These fit the bill when I want something nicer than athletic shoes but not all dressed up. These are very comfortable and good looking. Love the light weight. I have bought them in the black and brown and am very happy with both. Thank you Merrell. Love your shoes!!

The men's Encore Gust is an awesome shoe. My husband loves the comfort and swears that Merrells are second to none when it comes to comfort and quality. The price is high tor Merrells, but the quality is worth the price over and over again! These are shoes that my husband purchased about 5 years ago, and he wears them everyday. Merrells are truly built for this kind of wear and tear. My husband also loves these shoes for traveling. They are easy on and off...and feel like bedroom slippers on the go! If you're looking for a long lasting quality shoe, look no further!
