Adorable. Liked the reasonably wide toe box but not enough arch support for me, I normally wear Danskos.

I agree with the other reviews that the shoe size has changed. I have purchased 4 pair in the past and the last 2 have been too small. I love the shoe but will order a size larger.

I am returning these shoes for the second time. I really like the style but the fit is extremely small. I wear size 7½ and even the 8 is too small so I am trying one more time to get the proper fit.

Although I love this shoe I must agree with other reviewers that it runs very small. I always wear a 7 1/2 and cannot get this shoe on. I reordered size 8.

These shoes are very uncomfortable. I was only able to wear them once and they left blisters. I ordered the size I always wear and the fit seemed fine when they arrived, but after wearing for four hours they left blisters.

Fit not true to size. I ordered larger and it was still small.

Super Cute style- the snake texture has a slight shine w/o looking to cheesy But the leather is very thin so not sure how long they would hold up & not comfortable Maybe a dress-up/ out for a fun few hours for a night out!

Very much like the look of this shoe. Have worn this brand before and always ordered the same size. Unfortunately this shoe didn't fit--a tad too short.

Cute shoe. Very soft leather. Nice fit in the toe box - not too narrow. However, I wear a Size 10 and my toes were pushing the end of the shoe. Order a full size up.

These are lovely shoes. The are soft and just right for pants or skirts but I had to return all three sizes that I tried. I am an 8-8½ and returned an 8½ and 9 as too small. The 9½ was too loose. That is too bad.

I love the look of these shoes and after debating and reading reviews I decided to buy a pair. I went by the suggestion of others and bought a size up...at first they fit great, but by the end of the day they had stretched out so much...I started having foot cramps trying to keep them on. I kept them only because the soles were scuffed up and I didn't feel like I should try and return them in that condition. However, I did purchase some inserts and they do stay on better and I have tried to wear them a couple of more times. I do have a narrow foot so maybe ordering a size up was a bad idea. I would suggest ordering your true size, you can always size up later if they are to short.

I really liked these shoes - they're comfortable, a little sparkly, easy to dress up or dress down. But after only wearing them a few times, I noticed the inner sole started coming undone and curling away from the edge of the shoe. I contacted Zappos and to their immense credit, they offered to exchange the shoe, and sent the new pair out immediately. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened to the new shoes, so there must be something wrong with the glue they're using for the sole. I'm considering returning them, but I really like the shoes on the outside - I'm hoping the sole peeling off doesn't become too uncomfortable. I don't think I would recommend buying these shoes new, however.

Garbage shoe. Absolutely no support or structure to this shoe. It also runs 1/2 to 1 size small. Too bad, the look is super cute! Returning...

Love love there's shoes!!! They run a size to size and a half to small, but when I finally found the right size they are so comfortable!! You can dress them up or wear causal classy.

I purchased these shoes hoping they would be comfortable, however they are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever purchased. 20 minutes into wearing these shoes, my ankle was raw and the shoes cut into the top of my toes. The sole is cheap and slippery... not what I expected for the price. Unfortunately I wore them to work and will be unable to return them. I usually wear a 7.5, I purchased a size 8.
