Love these shoes but they run very small. I take a 9.5 and after I read the reviews I bought a 10. Still too small my toes hit the end. The leather is so soft and pretty. :(

These are the most comfortable flats made, once you wear them a few times. This was my second pair, so I was prepared for a day or 2 of painful rubbing. Once you get them broken in, they are great. Perfect with skinny jeans and skirts. I like the Zeppa over the Sloop because the small wedge makes them look more like proper shoes as opposed to slippers. Agree with everyone else, buy a 1/2 size up.

These could be the cutest shoes ever. I cannot tell you though how they look since I can't even get my foot in it. I am sending it back for a full size bigger than what I wear. I'm a 7.5 and going to 8.5. Here's hoping. I cannot rate these shoes for comfort since I can't get my foot in.

These are the best flats I own. I highly recommend ordering a half size smaller since these do stretch to your feet. They don't have arch support but you hardly notice as they still so incredibly comfortable. I also have the Sloops. I love these flats! I am and active person with a bit if back trouble and these are my go-to shoes.

I fell down a flight of stairs and hurt my ankle. I just started a new job and had to have shoes that were dressy and comfortable and that didn't press on the side of my foot near my ankle. These shoes fit like a glove on your feet, they are very comfortable and soft. I don't even feel like I have shoes on. They look great with a dress or dress pants not to mention jeans. I loved them so much that I bought another pair to wear when the original ones wear out!

These are so soft and comfortable. Total surprise for shimmery flats. The insoles are the softest leather I've ever felt.

I love these shoes and Zappos! Comfortable shoe with support and a bit of a wedge! I have a black pair and a gold pair.

These are by far my favorite shoes! Wish I could afford a pair in every color! I have a pair of teal green and I walked for miles in Boston and my feet didn't hurt once! I wear them at least 2 times/week and get compliments every single time. I wear them without nylons often and they never seem to make my feet sweat. They were a tiny bit tight when I bought them but quickly stretched to a perfect fit. They look great with skirts, jeans, or capris. Love them!

So disappointed. Exactly what I wanted but they're a tad too small & since I wear an 11, they don't come any bigger. Bummer. Beautiful flat shoe.

Way too small. I’m usually a 9 1/2 or 10, but had to order an 11. Very cute, dressier type shoe.

I usually wear a 7 or 7 1/2. I had to return the 7 1/2 because I couldn't fit my foot in it - I exchanged for the size 8. I have never come close to wearing a size 8 - incredibly mis-sized. Other than that the shoe is cute and comfortable.

The toe box was too small for me. I typically wear a size 9, so that’s what i ordered, but after trying them on, it just took two steps for me to know they have to go back. It’s a shame because the leather seems soft on the inside and they look really nice.

Ordered 10B. BooHoo ~Couldn’t get this Cute French Sole shoe on my foot! I loved it! The style is so Cute! Please make French Sole in Half sizes and Wide Width! I will buy French Sole because they are adorable in STYLE!

Length was perfect but a bit too wide, so made unfortunate noises with each step.

I had to return them---I usually wear a 10-1/2, and the 11 was too small. Really cute patterned patent leather, though, and nice, non-slip but not-clunky sole.

I loved this shoe. It was just what I was looking for but the toe was way to short. It is beautifully made and very nice looking. I may try to reorder in a longer size.

Love these shoes. Usually wear a 9.5, but tried these in 9.5 and 10. Finally ordered the 11. Very soft leather.

I trusted other reviewers that said these shoes stretch and ordered my usual size. I wore them with damp nylons for a few hours and they stretched out to fit my foot pretty quickly and are now the perfect size. I love the look and added comfort from the slight heel. The snake print is very attractive and adds a little interest to everyday black flats. But like most fashionable flats, they lack arch support. Overall I'm very pleased.

I have had these shoes for a couple of years. I love them. They are very comfortable and cute. I gave four stars because the inner soles come off. I think soft textile lining would be better.
