I just received my Uggs today and I love them. I am so happy that I ordered these in the youth size. I usually wear an adult size 7 so I ordered the youth size 5. They were the perfect fit. I will buy these again in the future. I cannot wait until the cold weather kicks in so I can rock my Uggs!

These boots are worth every penny. I own 4 pairs of Uggs and I love them! I take care of them like they're my babies. Very comfortable and keep me super warm during winter. Do not wear them in the rain! Water will ruin them. Totally recommend these to anyone who likes comfortable yet stylish boots.

Customer service was exceptional...hassle free. This was a return because my daughter damaged the first one. She loves the boots.

I just received these yesterday, and I love them! They are very well-made, warm, and so soft! I wear a women's 6.5-7, and this fit just right. I just have to wait until next winter to wear them! If you're contemplating buying some, do it. You won't regret it!

True to size and exactly what we ordered.

Like walking an a cloud. Comfortable and warm. Durable and high quality. Not the greatest for walking in an ice storm (not enough traction) or through puddles (your socks will get wet), but that's not really what they are made for anyhow.

Love my boots! They are super warm & cute! I wear a woman's 7 and the youth 5 fits me to a T. I also bought the spray and have not had any problems with water or salt staining them. Love love love.

I purchased these boots for my eleven year old daughter. She loves them! They keep her feet warm and dry and go with everything! Well worth the money.

These boots are so comfortable I wear them all them time (except out in the rain or snow). No socks required. They are worth every penny for very happy feet.

These are fabulous. I also bought the boot care kit and waterproofed them, which may be why they are so great at resisting stains. They are super comfy, I can't get my daughter to wear socks with them (yuck) because she loves how they feel on her toes.

I love these Uggs. they are amazing the color is very pretty. When I saw the blackberry wine I knew I had to have it because of the rich purple color. These Uggs did not disappoint. even with the purple color they watch all outfits and add a pop of color. Also because you do not see this color a lot in the stores not many people have them making you unique in an Ugg filled world. I get so many compliments every time I wear them. I am usually a six in womens Uggs so I got the four and they fit perfectly. Since Uggs stretch I recommend going a size or two down from your regular shoe size. Although I do wish Uggs offered arch support.

I love these. I bought them for myself. I wear a size 8 in womens and really wanted pink boots. When I saw these I thought I would give it a try! Yahoo, it worked.

These boots are great. I have a size 6.5-7 in womens shoes so the 5 youth was a good pick. I can wear with or without socks, though I will say my Warmbat boots (another Australian company) keep my feet a bit warmer. I primarily wear them to and from work in the colder months, and the black is great for not showing dirt!

I bought these for my 7th grade daughter and she loves them. She has gotten lots of compliments on the color. I purchased size 6 girls for her instead of women's 8, and they are a perfect fit. Great savings there. Don't forget to protect them with spray and you keep them looking like brand new.

I was very happy with Zappos. The item was a gift for my daughter for Christmas. I got it the very next day which made me happy since Xmas was just a couple of days away. On top of that, I even got the item before it was charged. I would recommend it to anyone, and I will use them in the future. Thanks Zappos for making it easy and smooth. I would like to tell you the story of how Zappos saved Christmas. I have shopped Zappos in the past and have always been happy with the service, but it was the holidays and in an effort to save a few dollars I thought that I could order this pair of Uggs for my daughter for Christmas from another internet vendor. Well you get what you pay for and the item was never shipped, they had charged my credit card and also charged me for hidden shipping costs. It was December 23rd and I was told that the boots were now out of stock and I would not have them for Christmas. I couldn't bear disappointing my little girl on Christmas and I thought of Zappos! I ordered these boots on December 23rd at 830am and I had them in my hands on December 24th at 3pm. It was truly a Christmas Miracle. My daughter was thrilled with her Christmas surprise, she loves the boots! And I love Zappos for their fabulous customer service. I would highly recommend Zappos to anyone who wants high quality products backed by great service!

Perfect for my 7 year old daughter! She lives in them and they were worth every penny. They are durable and easy for her to get on and off on her own.

I was panicked as these were a last minute change of idea, Christmas Gift attempt. I could not find the right size and color anywhere. Was on every site...including Zappos. Last ditch effort at 12 noon Tuesday, tried Zappos one more time and they were available. Thank you whoever changed their mind!. Quickly hit purchase and they were at my door, perfect, by 1 PM the next day! My daughter is thrilled and I get to be the best Mom again! She is a size 7 woman and these kids boots fit perfectly!

I have UGG boots and slippers for myself and love them. If cared for properly, they will last for years. I bought this pair for my 8 year old granddaughter. She was so thrilled! She absolutely loves them! Typical of UGG's, I ordered 1 sized down and they fit perfect. Best worn without socks, which she loves. Also, I must speak of Zappos outstanding customer service. It is the best I have found. I do the majority of my shopping online and Zappos is head and shoulders above everyone in their service.
