The boots looked worn and used. All the fur was already down and had very little. There was a weird contrast in color. One color on the boot looked darker than the other. It was just very poor quality.

I own this shoe in adult sizes and I love them so much that I bought my daughter the tall chocolate brown boot. Unfortunately, she wore the shoe once and the outside toe looks permanently wet/a darker color, despite the fact that I had used the protective spray on the boots before giving them to her. I love my Ugg boots, but for the price I am disappointed in the quality of the kids boots.

These boots are a NIGHTMARE !!! Stay away from this company! They are NOT waterproof and they stain quickly and easily. The customer service department is a disaster and they do NOT stand behind their product, they will try to get you to return the product (at YOUR cost) and will NOT guarantee a refund, only that they will check into it. They actually then want you to buy MORE of their products such as stain repellents, water repellents, etc. This is a VERY bad company to do business with !!!!! STAY AWAY

I got these boots for Christmas last year. I wore them from that time until mid March when I put them up since it was no longer cold. Pulled them out today to wear for the first time since then and walked about ten min a before all skin on my heel was worn off. All the lining at the heel in the left boot is completely gone. For boots that were supposed to be a good investment they should have lasted for a very long time with light use. I will never buy another pair because they are so poorly made.

I have over twenty pairs of uggs. I have been waiting forever for my mom to buy me this pair and i had it purchased in the auburn color. the boot is too narrow in the calves and the color is not at all what the picture shows it to be. I have the triple baily buttons in the same size as these classics and the classics fit way to tight. and the fur is a bit weird. it doesn't feel like other uggs. i reccomend getting a size bigger or not purchasing this product if you have bigger then stick thin calves. that is all good day/night.

Very disappointed in Ugg. I have had multiple pairs of the Classic and other styles. First pair came in and the fur was scratchy and uncomfortable. This pair came in and one foot was much larger than the other, not snug. Since Uggs stretch this was a huge problem. Also the sheepskin on the button boot was much softer and more plush than the sheepskin on the Classic. Highly discouraged and will have to go in to a store and try on pairs to find a pair that fits correctly. Quality is inconsistent from the days when the boots were made in Australia.

This product is the polar opposite of my 2001 UGGs, which were made in Australia. The new boots are poor quality material, thin, flimsy, & poorly contructed.

Previously purchased UGGS and was satisfied. This time they are tight and tufts of fur came out - also this time there was a sticker stating they were made in China! Very disappointed with what I perceive is a change in quality.

The most terrible customer service i have ever experienced, i recieved uggs for christmas which was 2months ago and then i had to ship them back because they were too small so i specifically wrote on the return label that i only want to change the size and they send my money instead and they took long to send me the money back and so i complained about it and so they offered a 30% discount and i had already said that i wasnt going to purchase anything from them the first time anymore so when they offered this discount i said ok ill try them out and so i did and my uggs got here but they never told me that they were going to be used i was so dissapointed they were used they were wrinkled and had stains i was super angry up till now 2 month later feb 6, 2011 i havent recieved ANYTHING

Never been so disappointed in a "Luxury" company. I've had my chestnut tall uggs for two years, i loved them wore them around my apartment and out to do errands. One day i noticed that there were one-inch tears in BOTH of the uggs on the seam in the back. I was upset and called but [*] they can't do anything about it and even if I was willing to pay I couldn't even send them out to be repaired. So basically there's shoe glue holding [$] pair of shoes together. I have three pairs of uggs and will never buy another pair...total junk...total gimmick. I'd expect them to have MUCH more pride in their product...literally have heels from [@] that have help up better. Such a joke.

i wore my black uggs daily for months. my feet, socks & jeans continue to get dyed black. i thoght it would evebntually ease up i followed their wipe down/ baby powder suggestion & it didnt help 1 bit. i was told i would have to pay to have my uggs shipped to them to be evaluated to see if its a defect...umm pretty clearly a defect. this process will take over a month & they may decide my uggs are fine & send them back to me. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A LOYAL COSTUMER. i should send u the bill for all my clothes your defective boots have dyed black!!! disgraceful!!! you should be ashamed of youselves. i aldo got 3 diff stories from the 3 diff agents i spoke too. & this is not inflammatory...just giving my honest review. i tried w/ your customer service & got NO WHERE, ist ladt was down right nasty

I wear my UGGs everywhere. I got new grey UGGs a week after christmas and already in the right boot the stitching in the toe is coming undone. I want to exchange them for another pair that are prepared correctly.

i hate these!! i am never going to recommend them to a friend! i bought these a year ago and the color is wearing out the original color is brown but people think they are grey. The fur falls out and they scrunch up. They are ripping apart . In the back where it says ugg australia the stitching is coming off. I am very diasspointed considering that i got authentic uggs.

Im very upset with Ugg. Ive been an Ugg boot customer for years I love all my boots but this year i needed a new pair and i found out that they are not the same anymore. I order the classic tall online here i got them in and the color (chesnut) was really dark and the fur on the inside was rough and tan not white like in the picture and how they used to be and the bottem of the boot was like plastic not rubber like they used to be. I went to a department store here the carry's Uggs and asked the clerk why these boot are soo cheap now [*]. So im very upset cause i need new boots. Please go back to your nice quality boots.

Product received and I was very excited as these were for my daughter - could not get cardboard out of the one boot - not happy -gave up. Tried other boot put it on and the calf was too tight (don't have big calves to begin with) - no room whatsoever to tuck pant legs into the boot. Unfortunately I am returning boots today. We will find boots elsewhere that will fit correctly.

Unfortunately, the quality of Ugg products is no longer as good as it used to be. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 yrs, and there is a obvious difference in the quality of products bought within the past 3 years as to the products I purchased prior to that. Every product (boot) I bought in the past several years have not lasted more than a year (one winter season to be exact) without having to be replaced. And that is only with being worn one or twice a week.

I am unhappy to find that after less than a year, I now have a hole in the toe of my Uggs. Telling customers to buy a size down is bad advice. I usually do not buy expensive shoes and clothed so these were a splurge and I had hoped they would last. I am also bothered by the warranty policy that requires me to pay to ship them back to evaluate them for a defect. I am sure a hole worn in the toe will not be considered a defect so now I am stuck with a pair of expensive boots with a hole in the toe.

I got mine less than a year ago and only wore them during the cold weather. While they were warm and slipper like footwear I could wear to work and on errands, there is no arch support. However, most importantly, for a pair of boots that costs nearly $200, they are already worn through in the toe area. I think going a size down is bad advice to give the consumer. I assumed they might be replaced under warranty but I have found that you must send them back (at your own cost) for a evaluation to determine if the problem is covered under warranty. I had similar looking boots from another (much less expensive) company and they lasted much longer. Very disappointed in Ugg. :(
