I have been wearing uggs for the past 15 years and this is by far the worst pair I have received. The manufacturing quality has decreased significantly. The upper part of the boot is much thinner compared to the past quality and looks flimsy. I would not purchase the tall classic again.

I have been buying Classic tall UGGS for my girls and myself for about 10 years... I have a pair now, made in China, that lasted me 3 years. I bought a pair online at a the store I have been using for years...and I thought "These must be fake?" First they were not a size larger, too small, very stiff, already fur breaking down, BLACK FEET... MADE IN VIETNAM? So, I journeyed out to try some on at local stores... The clerks had no idea, they carried both countries. They could FEEL the difference...SEE the difference in softness from the China made.. Wider, so comfortable. but unfortunately they only had my size in black from Vietnam. I would love to order another pair if you can guarantee CHINA MADE. I would recommend those only...

The shoes are pooly cut. One is VERY loose and the other is very tight. They are the same size and the soles are the same length and width but the material was cut inconsistantly. I am very unhappy with my purchase. I would only recommend purchasing boots from ugg if you are able to try them on in advance. I will never order from them again.

I use the product only in winter time, they are great because they are good for winter and they aren't so great because the boot came damaged.

This past winter, 2 different times I ordered the classic tall black boots in women's size 8. Both times the boots were uncomfortable so did not fit correctly. 1 time there was a block of wood protruding in the instep area and the order time the felt was not even throughout the foot area. I had to return the boots both times and was so disappointed! Next time, I will go to a store to try them on. I have had 2 black pairs in the past and never had any trouble ordering them online.

Incredibly disappointed in my last two pairs of Uggs. I have 10 pairs, and feel as though the quality is diminishing lately. My two newest pairs both of holes in the sheepskin... Something that has never happened with my previous pairs, my ten year old ones have help up fantastic. I have had my chestnut ones a year and a half, and obviously don't wear during the summer and they already have a hole in them! Thinking twice about purchasing my next pair!

I tried them on once and they just ripped up the back!! I was so sad because I had been saving up for these forever!! Please fix!

The seams are coming a part after less than an hour of wearing. The store would not replace the boots but said that it was a warranty defect issue and they need to sent off and will be replaced in 2-3 weeks. This is an ugg store. Poor customer service at best on top of a poor workmanship.

I just received my order and I'm so disappointed with the quality and how much I paid. Compared to my older UGGS (purchased in 2010), these are very thin and the color is more purple than chocolate brown. The interior isn't as "fluffy" as my old pair. The suede is much thinner than my old pair. The sole has a visible glue mark and the stitching has loose/sloppy threads. I'll be returning these.

I do not believe they are worth the money. I bought them to keep my feet warm and they do not.

So I have has 3 products by Ugg and I just ordered Bear paws. My uggs are very comfy and cute. After I wore my product from ugg the fur wore down a lot and it was stiff and hard as a rock when I finally was done with them. I do not recommend wearing uggs on a Daily basis.My slippers got a huge stain on the front of them and I went to get them cleaned but it could not be cleaned so I can't wear them ever again. I am really disappointed with the qualitie of these products. I just ordered a pair of bear paws Emma 12 inch boots. I hear they don't last long. I hope they are better than uggs because I'm never buying any product for ethier company ever again if I'm not satisfied!

Not delivered when promised. Terrible customer service. This is my last Ugg Australia purchase ever!

Ok, I used to love these uggs. I got my first pair in 2009. I had the tall chestnut. I then got tall black in 2010, and the gray cardis in 2011. I still have all three pairs and even though my black ones are slightly worn and my chestnut are pretty worn, they're still in good condition. These boots are NOT meant for actually snow. Wore mine in the snow and it messed them up. However, they have changed UGGS. The older ones I have are very thick, have lots of fur cushioning, and fit great. I got a new pair this year for Christmas and they're TOO SMALL. The boots are just way too tight on my calves! All my other pairs fit, but these barely fit with leggings, no way I could wear them with jeans. They are also a lot thinner and have less fur, and I'm pretty sure they're shorter. Not to mention, the prices have gone up! My first pair was 180. Now the tall are over 200. Just be aware that these WILL be tight on your calve. Not even comfortable. I'm returning them. I want the old uggs back.

Ripped at the seam after only a few uses. Sent back for a refund and haven't heard anything back from UGG. Poor customer service and I would like a refund.

I've bought several pairs of UGGS and this pair is not the same quality as previous pairs I've bought. the upper boot is thinner and not as thick, not happy with my boots

I just purchased these UGGS about 1-2 months ago for my daughter leading into the Winter time. We've purchased them for past winters. However, this pair my 13-year old daughters toe kicked out after about a month, and the shoes are unwearable. Nothing specific occurred for the toe to kick out except for the shoes must have been defective in some way. I hope that you are able to provide some replacement shoes in some way, as these were disappointing.

The color is now a faded chestnut not like years before interior "sheepskin" is now dog fur rough Also falls out with just a small tug AWFUL cheap product

Have purchased the classic Ugg boot for many years. Just purchased 10/24/2013. The color is not a true chestnut as previous ones, It is now a Washed out tan, the inside lining material used to be soft and plush and NOW it is Harsh and falls out and pulls out like dog hair Just awful, never purchasing again Price used to fit quality and now it is beyond low quality, faux fur is softer than this Returned for refund

This product was way too over-priced. I bought some are only half the price of these! And the same quality! I do not think it is worth the money though they are cute and comfy.

The sole on my Uggs wore out really fast on this particular pair of Uggs. But I have other styles that have lasted and are worth the value. But this is my favorite pair as far as comfort. So as long as Ugg continues to honor their product quality warranty than I will continue to be a reoccuring customer. I have already 10 pairs and I just started buying them about a year and a half ago so it shows you how many pairs I've purchased in such a short time.

Sadly I have multiple pairs and the toe always rips through. 9's too small, 10's too bug. Good service on the site.

Everything thing went well online ordering and delivery time. I was disappointed on the fit in the shin was so tight it was cutting off my circulation/uncomfortable against my skin. You couldnt even stick my finger down into the boot. Not a good fit that you couldnt wear over jeans. Maybe you can consider doing custom orders because everyone shin is a different size espeically in the tall boots.

This was my fifth UGG purchase and I have never had this problem...but these boots were so narrow I could not even get my foot in the boot. The boot itself 'looked' very narrow. Have re-ordered in hopes it was a fluke and the boots were not made typical.

Black dye of sheep skin rubbed off on my bare feet the first time I wore these boots. Took a lot of scrubbing to remove.

Boots are comfortable & warm for me, however, I purchased two pairs as gifts, and unfortunately, they will neeed to be returned because they do not accommodate wide width and/or wide calf sizes.
