I received my UGGS as a gift and I love them. There was something wrong with my first pair so I sent them in and they were replaced no questions asked. My only sadness is that I only have one pair. I wish I had every color and every style. I wish they were easier to keep clean and brand new looking. I have the Ugg cleaning kit but it is a lengthy complicated process so I'm either extra careful not to get them dirty or I'll take them to a professional shoe cleaner.

I love uggs but maybe over time the sizing has changed. I had 2 pairs of 8, and with all the comments of true to size I got a 9 for next pair. They feel slightly big but not enough to go a full size down. Wish they had have sizes or let us know if the sizing changed over time, spent so much time debating before ordering! I love uggs though :)

I think i was dissapointed was a extra 100 euro charge for delivery to ireland,ridicolous...

I bought the tall chesnut uggs as a birthday gift to myself, and they arrived today! Perfect timing. This is my second tall pair and I was dissapointed when I noticed the fur has changed and isnt as fluffy and cozy as it was a year ago, when I purchased my last pair in the chocolate color. Please dont change the quality! None the less, uggs are my favorite shoe, I wear them at least 5 days a week!

At first I thought the top of the boot was going to be too snug around my calf but they fit great!

This is my third pair of UGGS, and the first two were bought in store at Sun&Ski. They were extremely comfortable. I ordered this pair on line because no stores carried the light sand color anymore. The shipping was awesome, the customer service was great, friendly. However, the boot felt somewhat stiff, and all over tighter fit. I thought they would maybe break in, or relax/stretch, but they have not. They are not bad enough that I can not wear them, and I did...almost the whole time I was on vacation and walking a ton. The shaft of the boot feels more snug everywhere, and my calves now, are smaller than they were. The foot too, feels tighter in width but not length. I bought the exact same size my other two were so I'm not understanding why these are not as soft.

I love uggs all around and I can wear them almost anywhere and they go with anything.

They're great, just need a different size.

Your sizes are inconsistent. I have other Ugg boots that are a size 10 and when these arrived they were too small. Annoying.

I love ugg I got my first pair when I was in 9th grade and I still have them I've gotten 4 more pairs since and I live in them. It's really the only shoe I wear when it starts getting cool. The only thing is if it rains I get spots on the toes even though I've waterproofed them.

i got these boots for Christmas and i wear them EVERY SINGLE DAY and i had them for 1 year and the still feel like brand new i love them and hopefully i can get a chestnut pare for Christmas

I got these for christmas last year and I love them! They are so great for cold weather. A lot of times in the winter, my feet are the warmest part of my body! I wear them to school every day and they still look brand new except for some water spots. This are the best!!!

I love these boots! I have them in chesnut. The only thing is when you fold them down it leaves a crease. But other than that I love them!! Super warm and cute (:

I'm a 8.5 and I got an 8 and it fits if I don't wear socks....I should have gotten a 9...oh well next time....I still love them

I purchased these boots in tan and black because I attend school in a region where it is cold and snows a lot. These will get me through the cold and snow. I am so excited to wear them all the time.

Very comfortable. Bought online because the wool on the inside at other stores wasn't as soft. Only problem I have with them is that the black Uggs have a black dye on the wool inside the boot. Your not suppose to wear socks with them, but the dye leaves my feet black. Currently looking for a solution. Other than that, very comfy, but not for use if its wet outside.

OMG I love these. My boyfriend got me these last year for christmas and I absolutely love these! They are super comfy, super warm, and I love everything about them except... the calf width. I wish that they gave you the option to get a bigger sized calf with. I have muscular calves due to being a dancer and they do feel a bit tight when you put them on if you haven't warm them in a while, but after a little bit of wear during the day they stretch out. That would be my only concern. If any one knows a way to stretch them out prior to wearing that would be great, lol! But I love UGG, besides these I have 2 other pair and a pair of slippers! I am a forever buyer :)

I love, love, love this boot, but I wore it in a light rain and now they have some rain spots, so if you get them i would make sure you spray them well with waterproof spray, but other than that, they are great and I would deffinatly reccomend them!!! <3

well igot these last christmas and they were a size 7. i usually wear a 6 in shoes,but they still fit me. these were my first pair. i sprayed them with the water protector and they got stained with a weird black substance, i had to scratch it off. i would recommend 3 coats of spray....... people say that they arent suppose 2 make your feet sweat, but mine did. my feet also got a little cold in them, but otherwise they are great

I do like my boots, but I will say I will never pay full price for another pair of them
