ordered item was defective and returned and still waiting for the replacement

First pair never caused a problem, the black ones caused a hot spot that is now cellulitis.

I require a good arch-support and prefer it to be built into the boot by the manufacturer. The sole, sheep and stitching are great!

I love this product, it keeps me warm.

The shoe felt like it was squeezing my ankle for a wk or so now it's fine (shoe arrived feb. 2ish)

I wear these almost everyday they are really comfy they stain easily and wear out easily

I ordered a kid's size because it was cheaper than women's and it fits great, just not as tall.

I wear them when I can.

My only concern is the part around the calf is very tight they are difficult to get all the way up.

I have a small foot and find it difficult to find shoes to fit me. I was excited you carry size 5 although the opening is a tad snug I can still tuck my jeans inside the boot so overall I'm pleased.

This is my daughter's fourth pair of Uggs. From October through March or April she wears them every day she doesn't have gym, as do most of the girls at her school. Do wish they were a little more waterproof, but otherwise great. I'm sure there are many more pairs in her future. Customer service is also great, dealt with a problem with previous pair quickly and satisfactorily.

I use the product for wearing them to school to keep my feet comfortable and cozy. These boots provide good warmth, although they stain VERY easily. The boot does not stay and fit as tight as they were when i first bought them, they are rather loose now and i do not like them as much.

I got the tall Sandy ones for Christmas and I love them. So versatile.

I live in Minnesota, where the winters are super cold and there's tons of snow. Having a good pair of boots is a necessity. These boots are tall enough to keep the snow out and warm enough that my feet don't freeze. They're also comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time, whether I'm indoors or outside.

Overall good product

My daughter has been asking for these for a couple of years. I finally broke down and got them. She loves them!

Great for cold weather. Too bad not everyone knows to order a whole size smaller than your actual show size. They stretch out and end up looking very sloppy but I got the right size this time.

I was surprised the boot fit so tight. Everything I have read indicated they would stretch overtime so I have been wearing them around the house. They have stretched some in the toes, but still waiting for the calf area.

this product is worth every penny. They look great and there are no complaints about them.

Thq quality of Ugg products is always exceptional however, it seems that the fit or cut of the classic tall boot has changed. I ordered the same size for my daughter as last year and this year she couldn't even get it on her foot.
