Love my new boots! First pair I have owned...I'm 48! They feel a little big, but I think a size down would have been to small. I'm happy with them overall!

This is a great product. Unfortunately it's made to fit the majority of people and my feet are odd. I have an extra wide foot with a high instep and arch. I truly hope that the boots will become more comfortable as they stretch. They already are stretching some,so they may well become a favorite pair of shoes. I am glad that I went up a half size, rather than down a half size. I love that they are so lightweight. I don't love that they are so expensive.

I had to return the boots. They did not have any extra room around the calf to put on over jeans.

Have always wanted a pair of UGG boots. Decided to treat myself and splurge on a pair this Christmas. I am a true size 8 so that is the size I ordered. Felt a little snug around the toes at first but are breaking in nicely now. Super comfy and warm (almost too warm sometimes for our California weather!)My only complaint about these boots is that they are quite snug on the calves. They take just a bit of effort to get off and on as well.I am average height and weight but would guess that a larger person would probably not be able to wear these due to the slim fit on the calf. I contemplated returning them for a larger size but was afraid they would slip in the heel since the heel has more than adequate room in my current size. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and expect, with a little effort cleaning and maintaining them, to be able to wear these for quite a few years to come.

I use my UGGS everyday! With winter weather and spring showers these are my go to boots. My only complaint is the boot is narrow in the calves. I've been wearing them for a month now and they store bed but they still bunch a lot which looks bad and makes me feel awkward wearing them.

First time Uggs user! At first I was worried these boots were not for me since they were a bit tight around the top of my feet. After wearing them for 3 days straight, I had loosen the tightness of the boot and they felt a lot more comfortable. I had to wear them regularly in order loosen the fabric/skin and then they felt just right! I only wish they would come in half sizes since I had to get a half size larger and sometimes I trip when I walk. :) Even thought I wear wide size shoes, Uggs are still very comfortable. Overall they are very cozy and keep my feet warm!

The boots was a gift my granddaughter was very happy overall with the style and comfort.We have no complaints!

The product is top quality but found same item forty dollars cheaper in stores.

I purchased the classic tall a few years ago and the recommendation was to order a size smaller. I did, and they were perfect. I ordered a new pair last month using the same guidelines and I could barely get my feet in them. So, I bought the actual size I wear and they fit perfectly.

I wanted a pair of Uggs that were unique, and that's exactly what I got! I chose the Classic Tall for the style, comfort, and warmth, and I got them in Redwood which is a color I hadn't really seen before, and they are absolutely GORGEOUS! I am so happy with my purchase.

I bought these boots for my daughter for Christmas. She had a pair for a few years, but she wanted another. I am disappointed because you sent me an email stating get the boots care kit for free. I click on the link and it just goes in circles, I get the run around. There is no free care kit. So, please don't lie.

I have owned a pair of these for 7 years, wearing them several times a week every week in the winter and they look almost the same as when I bought them. These will surely last a while, if you take care of them. I`ve used the waterproofing spray from the same brand.

I wear a size 7 but wish I had gotten the size 8. It's not too tight of a fit just wish I had some more wiggle room. Hopefully it will begin to stretch out but otherwise very comfortable and warm.

I love UGG boots! They are very comfy and perfect for everyday casual wear during the fall and winter. Note: they do not come in half sizes so I would suggest going with half size smaller than your normal size for a perfect fit.

This boot is very comfortable and perfect for the cold weather.

I wear these to school almost every day, and they fit great! The thing is, the back heel is starting to bend whenever I walk and is starting to get really worn out.

I am hard on this product. I wear out the toe area. But company replaced with no questions asked. I bought a size larger this time hoping that wont happen. they actually feel too big but hoping to eliminate the toe wearing out. I have tried cheaper brands and there is no boot this comfortable out there.

I've bought a new pair of classic Uggs every year for the past few years. They are so comfortable and are made well. The only con about the black pair is that if you live in the New England area, the salt from the roads can heavily stain the boots in the winter.
