Zappos is amazing - I am thrilled with Zappos customer service. I was just a few days from my daughter's birthday when I came across Zappos. Not only did I receive the boots the following day, I also received a second pair two days after then when I realized the first pair was larger than what she needed. Both were sent to me free OVERNIGHT shipping! The boots are about 1- 1 1/2 size larger than her normal size but I was able to keep them for my older daughter for Christmas.

These boots are a GREAT DEAL for the money! I am a vegetarian, so I am very pleased to find a stylish boot that looks real. I get a ton of compliments when I wear these with my sweater dresses and tights. Also, the shipping was unbelievably fast. They do run a bit big. If I didn't want to wear them right away, I would have exchanged them for a half-size down.

I bought this shoe during the summer because I was looking for a lightweight, wide width walking shoe that would not be too hot on my feet. I have fibromyalgia and diabetes with neuropathy in my feet. I walk daily, up and down hills on gravel roads. These shoes don’t work well for that kind of walking. They are okay to go to the fair to walk on flat ground or to go shopping. There is very little arch support, so they are probably better for people who don’t have a high arch. I have a WW that works very well, but they are short. When I tried an 8, it was too big, but the 7 1/2 is too short for real walking. I read that another reviewer had the same problem. I made an exchange through Zappos and it was a dream. I wish all online companies had the exchange policies of Zappos. I’ve been a customer for years and never even knew they did exchanges. I thought it would be unnecessary because there are no shipping charges, but the exchange gave me my shoes faster, without adding to my credit card balance.

Great boots!! These boots are so comfortable once you break them in. When you first get them, they're a little snug. But once you wear them a couple times, they'll mold to your feet so don't think you have to return it for a bigger size. I normally wear a woman's 6 but I ordered the youth 4 and it fits perfectly. Don't hesitate to order the children's sizes, since it is cheap. Just check to make sure you converted your size correctly. I definitely recommend these shoes!!

Always a favorite - My daughter has been asking for these boots for over a year. They are very hard to get. They are extremely comfortable and fashionable. My only complaint isn't with the boots. As I expected these boots tend to look better on a taller person. My daughter is a petite 4' 10" and therefore these boots take up most of her lower leg!

SO COMFY! My daughter and I each got a pair of these boots. I typically wear a women's size 7 and ordered the YOUTH size 4 in the Uggs. They fit perfectly! With Uggs, you should buy a full size smaller than you usually do. Buying the youth sizes saved us A LOT of money! We love these boots...

Great kid shoe - These are obviously great for adults, and fit my daughter the best out of any other boot she owns. They are called her snuggle boots around here. Owns three pairs.

Ugg Craze! Well I tried to avoid this Ugg craze, by buying Ugg look-a-likes the past 2 years, figured I'd pay an extra $50 and get the real things this winter. I love how they look, and love that I got them for a steal on Zappos. I'm a size 8 in women, bought the Youth 6 and they fit great... Can't wait to see how they work in the snow, cause Chicago winters are not to play with! Over all I love them and want to get them in chestnut now!

Uggs - Great fit! Exactly what I ordered. I wear a womens 7-7.5 and the size 5 fit perfect.

Perfect - I order Uggs in youth sizes for myself, I struggled with the adult sizes one was too big, the other was too small. I'm a size 7 in womens and I ordered the youth 5. These fit perfectly I got them in two different colors already!

Wonderful boot and service! I bought a women's size 6 boot and it was too big (I wear 5 1/2 to 6) I wanted a different pair and found out that I could buy kids Uggs and save money! So I chose a size 3, and it's perfect. However, it is very snug so if you like wearing socks with this boot get a size 4. I bought this shoe Monday night around 6 and it came Tuesday afternoon. FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!

~ STYLISH YET FUNCTIONAL ~ I got the Ugg Kids Classic Tall boot in chestnut for my 4 year old. She LOVES them! They are perfect to dress either up or down and we get no complaints about discomfort like other fall/winter boots. I would highly recommend these!! No need to size up in the kid version as opposed to the adult. Boot felt true to size! Enjoy!

Uggs Boots - This was my first time ordering from Zappos. I read the reviews from Ugg buyers because I wanted to see if people bought youth sizes for adults. I bought the Tall chestnut youth size 5 for my daughter who wears a women's size 7 1/2. They fit beautifully. They were supposed to take 4-5 days but I got them in 2 days. Great service. Thank you Zappos.

Youth Sizing for Adults - I bought the youth size 5, and I am normally a size 6...I still have plenty of room in the boot, and could have gotten a size smaller but since they are boots, and not heeled boots, it doesn't matter. Also, I was worried that the calf size would be smaller since they are for youths (I tend to be taller than the average person that has size 6 feet, so often times in adult boots I have an issue with the calf)...they fit perfectly in the calves, so for those of you worried, don't be.

I love Zappos’ velvet glove treatment - I bought these boots for my daughter and she absolutely loves them. We looked everywhere and couldn't find her size in the model of Uggs she wanted, but after they arrived and once she started to wear them, you can't get them away from her. The product is wonderful, but what's even better was the treatment by Zappos. I ordered the product on a Saturday morning hoping I'd receive it in a week or two counting delivery time, I opted for free delivery, so UPS ground. To my delight I received an email 4 hours later that said, "We are overnighting your order at no cost!” All I can say is WoW! Now I don't expect this to happen every time, this was the first time I have ever used Zappos and all I can say is, I'll be back for anything and everything. The context to all this is, she had been waiting for 7-8 months for her size of Uggs in the model she wanted what a super surprise when they showed up on Monday! Zappos, you guys rock!

Great! I have to say that I think the kids Uggs fit me better and look sleeker than the adult ones. I totally recommend going this route for those whose feet are small enough. I wear a size 6.5 adults and bought a size 5 kids.
