Kid goes wild! This was the only thing my niece "really" wanted for Christmas. Finally I got them on Zappos and her Christmas was complete!

Youth Uggs - My daughter loves her Uggs. She wears a 6 in ladies but a 5 in the Uggs. We were very pleased with the boots and the service we received from Zappos. The customer service rep. I spoke with was very professional and courteous. Zappos shipped the boots next day at no additional cost. I will definitely do business with Zappos again. Thanks Zappos.

Shopping Online with Zappos - This place is the "bomb". You can't beat the prices, quality of products, and excellent service. I purchased a pair of Uggs Kids Classic Tall boot from Zappos online for my granddaughter. The boots were all they are said to be, great quality, fit perfectly and delivery was timely. I would recommend Zappos to all who will hear me.

Ugg Kids Classic tall - My daughter loves these boots! They are very warm and stylish. My only concern is that since she is not very tall, they are a little high up her legs.

Cute but Painful! The heel is a killer- very stiff and unyielding. I love Born and wear many of their styles, wanted a flat and thought this would be it, but they hurt my feet even after a very brief try on.

Beautiful boots, leather is rich and supple. No Zipper.. pull these on.. the heel is very stiff, imagine it would give a blister. Ordered size 8, and they fit my nearly 18" calf nicely. Was able to pull them over my jeans.. wish they had a zipper, it would make it easier to wear w/ jeans. I am returning these because they were too narrow for my foot. My foot is wide, I was able to get them on but they weren't comfortable for me.

Classic Tall Uggs, Youth - Ordered Uggs for my granddaughters last Christmas, and they wore them winter and summer and asked for Tall Classic for Christmas this year. They are still wearing last year's and plan on switching from short to tall as long as they still fit. They do love them and I noticed their friends chatting with them about Uggs in general. Great item for the girls to have.

As an update... once you wear them (2 or 3 wears) the heel slips a lot less and they're much more comfortable. I love these boots!

Warm and Cozy! My daughter is not allowed to wear pants or leggings to school, but she refuses to wear tights. Thanks to these boots, I will not be brought up on child endangerment charges. She loves wearing them, and they keep her warm. I recommend the Ugg waterproofing/stain resisting spray, because my kids wear their Uggs more than one season and they do get dirty.

Comfortable right out of the box. I have wide-ish feet and was worried about them being narrow, but not a problem. Barefoot, the heel slips slightly, but with trouser socks they are perfect. I like how they look, but just a warning, my husband says they look like grandma shoes. Hmph.

Perfectly comfortable! I never really understood the craze about Uggs, but now I know. They are SO comfy. Btw, I am an adult 8.5 and ordered a Youth 6. Fits great.

UGGS - I absolutely love these!! They are my favorite yet! The fit is amazing! They really work with me!

Christmas Gift - I purchased UGGS last year from Zappos for my daughter, and she loves them! Shipping was quick and when I was having difficulty with sizes, they shipped me another pair so I could see which size was better. I then shipped the one I was not keeping back - with no additional charges - Great customer service. This year, she is getting the Tall black ones and when they were not in stock, I was notified when they were back in stock which is a plus - I don't have the time to keep checking back. Zappos has been a really good place for shoe shopping... and the UGGS are loved by my daughter!

UGGS - My daughter loves them; they run a little large so we went down a size and they are perfect. Just what she wanted. And the shipping was so fast. This is my 3rd order with Zappos!! They are the greatest!

Zappos is amazing - I am thrilled with Zappos customer service. I was just a few days from my daughter's birthday when I came across Zappos. Not only did I receive the boots the following day, I also received a second pair two days after then when I realized the first pair was larger than what she needed. Both were sent to me free OVERNIGHT shipping! The boots are about 1- 1 1/2 size larger than her normal size but I was able to keep them for my older daughter for Christmas.

These boots are a GREAT DEAL for the money! I am a vegetarian, so I am very pleased to find a stylish boot that looks real. I get a ton of compliments when I wear these with my sweater dresses and tights. Also, the shipping was unbelievably fast. They do run a bit big. If I didn't want to wear them right away, I would have exchanged them for a half-size down.

I bought this shoe during the summer because I was looking for a lightweight, wide width walking shoe that would not be too hot on my feet. I have fibromyalgia and diabetes with neuropathy in my feet. I walk daily, up and down hills on gravel roads. These shoes don’t work well for that kind of walking. They are okay to go to the fair to walk on flat ground or to go shopping. There is very little arch support, so they are probably better for people who don’t have a high arch. I have a WW that works very well, but they are short. When I tried an 8, it was too big, but the 7 1/2 is too short for real walking. I read that another reviewer had the same problem. I made an exchange through Zappos and it was a dream. I wish all online companies had the exchange policies of Zappos. I’ve been a customer for years and never even knew they did exchanges. I thought it would be unnecessary because there are no shipping charges, but the exchange gave me my shoes faster, without adding to my credit card balance.

Great boots!! These boots are so comfortable once you break them in. When you first get them, they're a little snug. But once you wear them a couple times, they'll mold to your feet so don't think you have to return it for a bigger size. I normally wear a woman's 6 but I ordered the youth 4 and it fits perfectly. Don't hesitate to order the children's sizes, since it is cheap. Just check to make sure you converted your size correctly. I definitely recommend these shoes!!

Always a favorite - My daughter has been asking for these boots for over a year. They are very hard to get. They are extremely comfortable and fashionable. My only complaint isn't with the boots. As I expected these boots tend to look better on a taller person. My daughter is a petite 4' 10" and therefore these boots take up most of her lower leg!
