Zappos was terrific. I wanted Uggs for my daughter and you didn't have the ones in stock that I really wanted so I purchased the next choice I could and went on an email waiting list for instant notification when the ones I wanted came in. I received the first pair of Uggs the next day and by that night, I also received an email saying the ones that my daughter really had her heart set on had come in. So I immediately purchased them and followed the easy instructions to return the first pair. The whole process was easier than going back and forth to a store. The second pair of Uggs came within another day. Wow! Thank you for your unbelievable customer service and ease of returns, etc. I am sold on Zappos.com!

I bought these for my 12 year old niece for Christmas. After much research, I found out that Youth Ugg shoes are equivalent to adult Ugg shoes, just size down 2 sizes. My niece wears a 7 and this youth size 5 boot fit her perfectly. She can wear them with shorts and also tuck her jeans into them. She is thrilled! I could have bought them at Nordstrom, but the price was better at Zappos and with free shipping, and no sales tax, I saved even more!

What can I say? Uggs is simply the best casual boot product period! They're durable, so warm and trendy. My daughters simply love them. For the third year in a row, they put Uggs on the top of their Christmas lists. 3 years later, they still wear their first pairs, too, as the boots are so roomy! Coupled with Zappos' phenomenal customer service, I'm a customer for life.

I bought these for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas. She normally wears a 11/2 shoe, so I bought her a 2 boot. It is a perfect fit with a tiny bit of extra room. They are wool lined so you need them a bit bigger. She loves them. Has worn them every day since Christmas. I sprayed them with suede protector.

My daughter said these are the most comfortable shoes she has ever worn. She loves them! They are warm and much more comfortable than any other boot she has. In Denver it can get really cold in the winter, and these do the trick! They look cute with skirts and pants, with the top of the boot rolled up or down, they are just great! They were expensive, but I think worth the money. We tried a few of the knock-offs first and they either fell apart immediately or were scratchy, and definitely not as warm.

Love the Uggs, but what I really loved was how quickly my order was delivered. I ordered these at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day and received them at 11:00 a.m. the next morning! Now that's what I call great service. Plus, the shipping was free!

I received a speedy delivery, even around holiday season. My girl friend hasn't tried these ones on to see if they fit correctly but I did buy a pair last year from Zappos and she loves them. They provide very good service. I would recommend this website over others because of the price, free shipping, and because they are real UGG shoes, not like some websites. Thank you Zappos.

My granddaughter loves these boots and Zappos came through again. Quick shipping, an exchange for a better size and then quick shipping again. The UPS man was laughing when she met him at the end of the driveway the second time, because she was so happy to get her boots! Also, with all the imitator styles of this boot, it was nice to have confidence in the product because Zappos has proven themselves so trustworthy.

My daughter really enjoys her boots. They are perfect for Chicago weather. She says that the boots very warm and comfortable. They are worth the money.

These are the original classic UGG boots. They run as they always have, which is pretty true to size. The shearling inside does matte down with use making the boot become looser fitting, which is why most people will suggest buying a half to full size smaller than your child's usual shoe size. My girls tend to want them true to size or a half size smaller only as they like the comfortable fit, even when it seems to loosen up. The boots are often worn barefoot by kids, although I always prefer for them to wear at least a lightweight sock. These are for warmth and comfort, and are a trendy statement in many US schools. They are not waterproof. Look at the child's Brookfield model for a waterproof UGG boot or buy a separate snow boot!

Zappos is, has been and will continue to be my favorite way to shop online! I started out with shoes and have expanded to their clothing lines! Shipping is efficient and prompt. Returns are a cinch! These are fabulous boots; I bought them for my 12 year-old granddaughter for Hannukah and she is deliriously in love with them. We love your web site and your service is simply the best.

I wear a size 7 womens in normal shoes, so I bought the 5, as others had recommended. I cannot tell if I would have been happier with the 6 or not. The 5 was snug when I first bought them, but I think they are stretching now, but I happen to have pretty wide feet. Also, I like the wider width of classic Uggs and most of the knockoffs, but these are a little more narrow, probably because they are made for kids. So if someone is looking for a more narrow Ugg, I would recommend getting the kids. The lining is so warm and amazingly soft.

Great shoes, without even saying so. My daughter is thrilled and very happy with her early Christmas present. The handling of the package exeeded any of my expectations - ordered at 9 pm received at 11 am the next day - I was shocked. Thank you, Zappos!
