These boots are exactly what I ordered, my daughter loved them. This is the 6th pair of Ugg boots I have ordered from Zappos. My nieces love the ones they got for Xmas. Can't go wrong with Uggs. They keep their little feet warm.

Great comfort and color! My daughter loves these! This was her first pair of Uggs although she had several knock-offs; she said the comfort was so much better! I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

I used the wrong shipping address when placing the order. The customer service at Zappos was once again fabulous and corrected my mistake. The boots arrived in two days during the busy holiday season and our daughter loves them!

The black Uggs are great because they go with everything. The tall ones are fun because you can tuck your pants inside or even cuff them over for a furry look. Two of my kids and I wear the same size so we have them in every color and share. There is nothing like the real thing. I have tried fake Uggs; the fur itches, the insides wear out quickly, and the sole wears poorly. Real Uggs are definitely worth the extra money!

First time using Zappos. Very satisfied. They had the product when no one else did. The price was about the same but the shipping was free which actually made it less. We received it in a couple of days. Everything was perfect. We\'d definitely use Zappos again.

I wear a woman's size 6.5 to 7 and these youth 5 fit perfectly. I use arch support insoles and even with those the fit is still ideal. They may feel a bit snug at first but the lining will compress a little with wear.

Zappos was terrific. I wanted Uggs for my daughter and you didn't have the ones in stock that I really wanted so I purchased the next choice I could and went on an email waiting list for instant notification when the ones I wanted came in. I received the first pair of Uggs the next day and by that night, I also received an email saying the ones that my daughter really had her heart set on had come in. So I immediately purchased them and followed the easy instructions to return the first pair. The whole process was easier than going back and forth to a store. The second pair of Uggs came within another day. Wow! Thank you for your unbelievable customer service and ease of returns, etc. I am sold on Zappos.com!

I bought these for my 12 year old niece for Christmas. After much research, I found out that Youth Ugg shoes are equivalent to adult Ugg shoes, just size down 2 sizes. My niece wears a 7 and this youth size 5 boot fit her perfectly. She can wear them with shorts and also tuck her jeans into them. She is thrilled! I could have bought them at Nordstrom, but the price was better at Zappos and with free shipping, and no sales tax, I saved even more!

What can I say? Uggs is simply the best casual boot product period! They're durable, so warm and trendy. My daughters simply love them. For the third year in a row, they put Uggs on the top of their Christmas lists. 3 years later, they still wear their first pairs, too, as the boots are so roomy! Coupled with Zappos' phenomenal customer service, I'm a customer for life.

I bought these for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas. She normally wears a 11/2 shoe, so I bought her a 2 boot. It is a perfect fit with a tiny bit of extra room. They are wool lined so you need them a bit bigger. She loves them. Has worn them every day since Christmas. I sprayed them with suede protector.

My daughter said these are the most comfortable shoes she has ever worn. She loves them! They are warm and much more comfortable than any other boot she has. In Denver it can get really cold in the winter, and these do the trick! They look cute with skirts and pants, with the top of the boot rolled up or down, they are just great! They were expensive, but I think worth the money. We tried a few of the knock-offs first and they either fell apart immediately or were scratchy, and definitely not as warm.

I received a speedy delivery, even around holiday season. My girl friend hasn't tried these ones on to see if they fit correctly but I did buy a pair last year from Zappos and she loves them. They provide very good service. I would recommend this website over others because of the price, free shipping, and because they are real UGG shoes, not like some websites. Thank you Zappos.

My granddaughter loves these boots and Zappos came through again. Quick shipping, an exchange for a better size and then quick shipping again. The UPS man was laughing when she met him at the end of the driveway the second time, because she was so happy to get her boots!
