Zappos customer service was excellent. I had to return a pair of Uggs 3x before I had the right size for my niece. Customer service was courteous and extremely helpful not to mention fast. You cannot beat Zappos return/exchange policy. I will be a lifelong Zappos customer!

I bought these for myself in a size 6. I take a woman's size 7 and they fit perfectly! These boots are expensive in Canada so you can't go wrong with this price.

Love them, I hate to take them off! I normally wear an 8 1/2 in womens but to save a few bucks I ordered a size 6 in girls...they fit perfect! Zappos is the best too, free fast shipping - couldn't ask for more than that!

I finally broke down and spent the money on Ugg boots and it was worth it. My daughter loves them and she looks darn cute in them.Well made and beautiful.

I bought these boots for my daughter and she loves them. I could not find Uggs in any of the retail stores in our area, they were all sold out. I was thrilled to find the color and size she needed and get them the next day.

For the longest time, I wanted to avoid the 'trend' of Ugg boots and I assumed they were all hype. However, after being frustrated in not finding simple, comfy boots that kept my feet warm, I relented. These boots are amazing! When I first got them I was a bit disappointed in the thin, EVA sole and wanted something thicker. I ordered several other brands to compare and nothing was as comfortable as the Ugg boots. With a thicker sole came a heavier boot and part of the appeal of the Uggs is how light they are. Anyhow, it was $140 well spent. I've been wearing them constantly! They're even excellent to wear to the beach while walking on sand, as long as you don't get them wet. For reference, I am typically a women's size 7 and I purchased a youth 5, they fit great.

My daughter loves her boots, she said they are really cozy. She just wishes they would stay clean.

Bought these for my 9 year old daughter. She has not taken them off. She loves them. Spend the extra money for the real thing, the quality is excellent and they will last a long time. Zappos does a great job making the whole process effortless.

Let me just say this, my daughter absolutely loves her Ugg Boots. She has worn them every day since she opened the package Christmas morning. I appreciate the quality, she appreciates the "hip" comfort. Finally, Zappos service is excellent. My purchase, just as I ordered, arrived within three days. Thanks so much.

I love Zappos! They provide excellent and super fast service. I got my kids Ugg shoes in 2 days! I love the boots, too. I bought them for myself and I have narrow feet. They are super warm and weightless. I lined them with Dr. Scholl thin insoles and the arch support issue was solved! Aida
